20 years has passed since June democratization movement of 1987 that made the representative system worked democratically on the basis of free election politics. So far, democratic movement bloc has been elected to government power at least two times. Conservative bloc of old ruling forces made a peaceful re-turn-over and grasped the government power. It looks that electoral democracy has been working very well. But people's distrust in Korean politics is not decreasing. Recently, crisis of representation is discussed. Korean representative system faces the dual tasks. One originates from the delay of institutional reform, another from the change of political circumstances. This paper diagnose the Korean representative democracy of today, focusing on those dual tasks. Especially, it is proposed to reform the present Korean presidentialism of winner-takes-all power structure. It is also to resolve the problem of Korean parliamentary politics deeply depending on the presidency.

5월 31일 전국 동시지방선거를 앞두고 월간 Social Worker에서는 지난 11월부터 사회복지정치세력의 필요성과 가능성을 제안하고 사회복지사 출신 정치지도자들을 소개한 바 있다. 이어 이번 호부터는 사회복지정치지도자들의 이야기를 통해 사회복지사들의 정치세력화를 위한 우리의 과제에 대해 들어보았다. 그 첫호로 지난 1월 24일 고경화 국회의원, 김태선 지방의원을 차례로 만나보았다. 사회복지사로서, 어느 누구보다도 사회복지사와 사회복지계에 열정을 가지고 있는 두 의원의 이야기를 통해 사회복지정치세력화에 힘을 싣고자 한다.

제주도 연안의 정치망 어업은 대모망, 소대망, 및 각망어구를 이용하고 있는데 이 어업에 대한 면허건수는 총 63통으로 이중 각망이 93％를 차지하고 있다. 정치망어업은 지역적인 환경의 영향을 크게 받는 어업으로, 특히 지리적인 특성이 해황의 변동과 더불어 내유어군의 접근과 이동에 직접적으로 영향을 끼친다(야재, 1971). 그리고 어장환경이 잘 갖추어진 어장이라도 정치망 어구 구조에 따라 어획이 변동한다고 한다(소지, 1972). (중략)

국내 가압경수로 가압기 안전밸브는 운영기술지침서에 따라 운전 중과 같은 환경조건에서 압력설정치(2,485 psig) 시험을 수행하도록 규정되어 있다. 가압기 안전 밸브는 일정한 주기로 압력설정치 시험이 수행되고 있으나, 시험시의 주변 온도, 사용 유체 등 그 시험 조건에 따라 압력설정 허용치 $\pm$1% 이상의 편차가 발생할 수 있음이 확인되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 압력설정치 시험시의 주변온도 상태에 따른 설정치 변동 사례를 조사하고, 보수 후 압력설정치 조정을 위한 대체 방안과 그 문제점을 고찰하였다.

최근 문화 산업에서 정치적 올바름 요소를 더욱 확장시키고 있는데 이러한 소수자 우대 정책이 작품내 맥락을 고려하지 않아서 부자연스럽고 역차별을 야기한다는 주장이 많다. 본 논문에서는 게임에 들어가는 정치적 올바름 요소에 대해 알아보고 설문조사를 통해 게임 사용자들의 의견을 분석해서 게임에서의 정치적 올바름 요소에 대한 개선안을 제시하고자 한다.

이 글은 2010년 이후 복지가 정치의 중요한 쟁점이 된 사회경제의 구조와 정치과정에 관한 연구이다. 2010년 이후 갑자기 활발해진 복지정치를 선거와 정당을 중심으로 살펴보고자 하며, 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 복지에 대한 국민의 관심이 다른 경제정책이나 안보문제를 능가할 정도로 커진 원인을 1998년 외환위기 이후 사회경제의 거시구조적 변화를 통해 살펴보았다. 둘째, 2010년 중반이후 정당들의 복지확대 경쟁을 선거승리를 위한 정치적 동학의 측면에서 정리하였다. 셋째, 만약 선거와 정당을 중심으로 하는 복지정치가 복지정책과 정당체계의 수렴을 수반한다면 한국의 복지모형에 어떤 변화가 있을 수 있는지를 짚어 보았다.

This study was conducted to derive a model of a sustainable politics and administration system that will enhance human happiness. A new long-term sustainable development model has been established based on the experience of the politics and administration system over the past thousands of years. Currently, the democratic political system and the bureaucratic administrative system dominate, but they are facing many problems. In this study, we analyzed the politics and administration system experienced by human society, and derived a model of a politics and administration system that is ideal for the present and future societies and is sustainable in the long term. The necessary condition should be a model that can solve the problems of the current politics and administration system. It must be a model that is faithful to the characteristics and essence of modern society. And as a sufficient condition to ensure long-term sustainability, it must be based on the common principles of human society. After analyzing the problems of the current system and analyzing the conditions required for the new system, the axioms that are the basis of the politics and administration system were presented. Based on the axioms, the structure and operation model of a new politics and administration system were derived. The derived model was named as a servicism politics and administration system. It is a dynamic model in which two opposing opponents recognize each other's contradictions and balance them dialectically in the space-time dimension.

This study attemped to examine the effects of health care nursing policy education on nursing students' political efficacy, political participation, and political interest. It attempted to guide the direction of policy education within nursing curriculum. The subjects consisted of 89 nursing students of G-university from March 8, 2023, to June 21, 2023, including 44 in the experimental group and 45 in the control group. The health care nursing policy class was developed using the ADDIE(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model of instructional design. Data analysis used the SPSS 25.0 program through mean, standard deviation, and independent sample t-test. The experimental group that participated in this education showed statistically significant improvement in political efficacy(t=2.34, p<.05) and intrinsic political efficacy(t=2.75, p<.05), as well as passive political participation score(t=2.22, p<.05) compared to before the intervention. Based on the findings of this study, it is suggested that health care nursing policy education should be structured to enhance external political efficacy and promote active political participation in future nursing curriculum.

As to the research method for this study, it examines the conceptional understanding of organizational politics along with existing theories, prior research and prior models on the perception of organizational politics. Empirical analysis concerning the six hypothesis of the research, is carried out based upon returned questionnaires. The subjects of the survey were more than sergeant executive of 51 units R.O.K Army. Out of the 350 copies of the questionnaire, 323 copies were returned of which 294 were used for analysis. Results indicated that perceptions of organizational politics were negatively related to job attitudes(eg. job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior). The relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and organizational citizenship behavior was moderated by trust in supervisor. Finally, implications and future research suggestions are discussed.
