시스템 다이내믹스 연구에 있어서 피드백 루프는 시스템의 구조와 행태를 연결시키는 핵심적인 개념적 도구이다. 특히 여러 개의 피드백 루프로 구성된 복잡한 시스템에 있어서, 지배적 피드백 루프(dominant feedback loop) 및 그 전환(shift)은 시스템의 행태를 결정짓는 구조적 원인을 제공한다. 그러나 지배적 피드백 루프에 대한 연구는 아직까지 그 발견방법에 관한 알고리즘 연구에 머물러 있는 상태이다. 지배적 피드백 루프는 시스템의 급격한 변화를 예상하는 단초가 된다는 점에서, 지배적 피드백 루프를 어떻게 인식할 것이냐는 정부의 정책결정에 있어서나 기업의 의사결정에 있어서 중요한 문제라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 지배적 피드백 루프 및 그 전환에 대한 의사결정자의 인식에 관하여 살펴보고 어떠한 인지적 편향이 있는지에 관하여 검토하고자 한다.

도서관은 공공서비스 중에서도 강제적인 서비스가 아니고 임의적인 또는 생활의 질과 관련되는 서비스이기 때문에 서비스 수요는 접근용이성이나 주변환경 등의 영향을 받게 된다. 그러나 지금까지 우리나라의 공공도서관의 입지결정은 정책결정자의 의지나 경험이 크게 작용하여 이용자의 이용측면을 고려하지 않고 설립되었다. 본 연구는 공공도서관의 입지와 이용과의 관련성을 밝히기 위하여 이용자가 인지하는 접근용이성과 주변환경의 주관적 인지도를 측정하고 이용이 높은 도서관과 이용이 낮은 도서관간의 차이를 밝힘으로써 앞으로의 공공도서관의 입지선장에 유용한 자료를 제시하는 데 그 목적을 두었다.

The confluence of computers, communications, and databases is quickly creating a distributed database where many applications require real-time access to temporally consistent sensor data. We have developed an object-oriented real-time database system called BeeHive to provide a significant improvement in performance and functionality over conventional non-real-time database and object management systems. In this paper, the performance of two data-deadline cognizant scheduling policies EDDF and EDF-DC and the baseline EDF policy with/without admission control are evaluated through extensive experiments on BeeHive. The ranges where data-deadline cognizant scheduling policies are effective and where admission control plays a role are identified.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the integration and separation phenomenon of the legislative network by analyzing the Legislative cosponsorship networks in the process of multicultural, family, and gender legislation. First, I analyzed the Legislative cosponsorship networks centered on the proposed bills in the Women and Family Committee. Second, Analyze the network of joint initiatives for multicultural, family, gender related legislation and representative laws in each field. In this process, we analyze who participates in the Legislative cosponsorship networks and who is the leader of the political coalition. Finally, Understand the shared characteristics and differentiated characteristics of policy networks according to policy issues.

지난 2017년 1월 17일, 우리나라는 재난 및 안전관리기본법의 자연재난에 우주물체의 추락 충돌로 인한 재난을 포함시켰다. 이는 '14 진주운석 추락 등 잇따른 우주재난에 대한 국제적 관심고조 및 이에 대한 대비의 필요성 제기 등이 바탕이 된 것으로, 우주재난에 대한 국가적 관리의 필요성이 현안에 반영된 결과이다. 한편, 기존정책의 범위가 축소되거나 확장되는 등 변화가 발생할 때 해당 정책이 효과적으로 집행되기 위해서는 정책의 실질적 집행 효과를 경험하는 대상이 되는 정책적 고객이 정책의 변경내용을 인지하고 해당 정책에 대하여 공감하는 것이 중요하다. 우주재난의 경우 재난 및 안전관리기본법에 기존에 포함되어있던 기타 자연재난과 비교할 때, 그 위험도나 피해정도 등이 대중에게 어떠한 평가를 받고 있으며, 특히 기타 자연재난과 비교할 때 같은 맥락으로 이해되고 있는지를 파악하여 향후 세부 정책에 반영할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 "우리나라 국민의 우주위험인식 수준과 국가 재난정책"의 후속연구로서 2016년 9월 발생한 경주지진 전 후 자연재난에 대한 국민의 인식에 변화가 있는지를 분석하여 이를 토대로 우주재난에 대한 국민의 인식을 설명하고 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is analyze the factors affecting the standard precaution(SP) performance on the knowledge, awareness, attitude and safety environment for SP of healthcare workers of general hospitals. The research method was a descriptive research study. The subject were 262 of healthcare workers of general hospitals. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Chi-square test, ANOVA, Person's correlation coefficient and Multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program. As a result of the correlation analysis SP Performance was positively correlated with attitude (r=.18, p=.003), safety environment (r=.42, p<.001) and awareness (r=.63, p<.001). As a result of the stepwise multiple regression analysis on the factors influencing SP performance were SP awareness and safety environment. Therefore, in order to improved performance of SP, it's important to improve a awareness and safety environment of SP. Different and persistent infection management educational programs that consider the occupational characteristics and monitoring are required.

The goal of this study is to explore the factors that influence on intention to use UHDTV Service. Research problems has been designed to Structural equation model by Technology Acceptance Model. The Perceived quality, Price sensitivity, Innovativeness are adopted as independent variables. And Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use are adopted as intervening variables. A result of analysis, Perceived quality and Price sensitivity influenced the Intention to use via Perceived usefulness and Perceived ease of use. But in case of Innovativeness, it did not influence the Perceived usefulness while it influenced the Perceived ease of use. Meanwhile, the influence of Perceived quality to Perceived usefulness had more impact than the other path between the other factors.

This paper analyzes the factors influencing the childbirth intention of married women with the goal of analyzing whether times of spouses' housework, marital satisfaction, values of children and traditional gender role, and social services related to the reduction of low fertility contribute to women's intention to give birth. The respondents of the research were 1,000 married women, and the research was conducted with 482 women of childbirth intention. The findings are as follows. Age of sociodemographic factors has an influence on the childbirth intention. Related to family's character, factors influencing childbirth intention are number of children, times of spouses' housework, and marital satisfaction. In addition, emotional and instrumental values of children, number of recognized public services for reduction of low fertility. In other words, the more women share housework with spouses and satisfy their marital life, the more childbirth intention of women is increased. In order to improve childbirth intention, changes of perception of gender role and sharing housework, reinforcement of social system for work and family compatibility that convert changes of perception into action, advanced marital relationship programs, extensive support for subfertility and a huge build-up of social services related to reduction of low fertility need to be provided.

With the rapid development of radio technologies, there have been actively researching the convergence between radio technology and other industry as well as wireless communications itself. In this paper, we investigate the paradigm shift of radio policy as radio technologies such as small cells and cognitive radio advance, and analyze the directions of spectrum policy and radio technology to promote the creative use of radio waves. In particular, we propose the spectrum policy for the expansion of open spectrum policy, technology development of interference management, and restructuring of the Korean radio law.

주문형 비디오 서버의 중요한 목표인, 동시에 보다 많은 클라이언트들의 요구를 만족시키기 위해서는 저장 매체 상에 비디오 데이터를 효율적으로 배치하는 것이 중요하다. 이와 같은 주문형 비디오 서버를 위한 배치정책으로서 디스크 그룹화를 통한 배치정책이 소개되었고 실험을 통해 기존의 배치정책들 보다 검색 성능이 향상됨을 보였다. 이 정책에서는 유사한 성능의 디스크들을 한 그룹으로 묶고 각 그룹마다 독립된 디스크 배열과 같이 취급하며 각 그룹의 성능을 고려하여 가장 적절한 비디오 데이터를 스트라이핑 시킨다. 이 정책에서 고려되어야 할 중요한 요소는 디스크들을 그룹화하는 과정에 있어서 각 그룹의 크기와 성능의 유사도를 어떻게 정할 것인지의 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 위와 같은 고려 요소들이 검색 성능의 향상에 미치는 영향에 대해 실험을 통해 밝히고자 한다.
