This study analyzes the social integration policy of migrants in Australia and draws implications for Korea. To do this, we first analyzed the literature on the social integration of immigrants in Australia and the Ministry of Justice report. Based on this, I have found out the policy implications for the Korean government on the social integration policy of the Australian government. First, the Australian government's social integration program emphasizes participation in social integration programs for humanitarian migrants, who need more help than other migrants. In Korea, the humanitarian integration program for migrants is very poor. Therefore, it is necessary to raise interest in active social integration of migrants through interest and consideration of humanitarian migrants like the Australian government. Second, the Australian government's social integration policies and programs are mainly established by the Australian Immigration Border Protection Department and the Social Welfare Department, but the implementation of the program is mainly conducted by local governments and emphasizes their role. In our case, we should give more authority to the local government's social integration policy and make them operate various programs according to local characteristics.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the ICT legal system and the ICT performance by new technology's investment for government organizational changes. I will show the impact of government ICT investment interest, competency, convergence and process change, and then present policy direction. A research method used the structural equations. As a result of analysis, ICT investment interest and operational competency showed the negative impact the ICT legal system and the role change of ICT process and convergence of new technologies showed the positive impact. The Framework Act on National Information showed the positive impact on organizational performance, but the E-Government Act showed the negative impact. The contribution in the study expanded organization research from MIS perspective, and each organization is required the conflict resolve by ICT investment. A future study will require longitudinal study of ICT capabilities from previous to present government.

Fishing villages, which are the focus of this study, are interested in fishing tourism for creating a new income base and sustaining fishing communities. This is because the extraordinary nature of the fishing village space creates new values in line with the function of tourism, however, the related policies are less than adequate compared to the importance of fishing village tourism. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the interest of Korean society in fishing village tourism the manner in which this issue has changed over time. Using the news analysis system, BigKinds, we systematically collected and analyzed articles related to fishing village tourism reported in the domestic media. The results showed that social interest in fishing village tourism and government policy support had increased over time, suggesting that fishing village tourism was an important strategy that could revitalize local economies and prevent the disappearance of fishing villages.

우리나라는 그동안 급속한 경제성장의 결과 국민들의 경제사회 생활이 향상됨에 따라 건강에 대한 국민의 관심이 고조되었고, 보건의료를 비롯한 복지욕구도 해마다 증대되어 왔다. 이러한 국민적 욕구에 부응하여 정부는 2000연대를 향한 기초사업을 이미 제사차경제개발 5개년 계획시부터 사회개발정책의 일환으로 시작 하였으며 금년부터 시행하고 있는 제6차 계획 가운데 사회개발정책의 주요과제의 하나로서 국민보건의료의 확충사업을 채택하여 경제성장의 혜택을 모든 국민계층에 형평되게 배분함으로써 국민건강증진을 통한 복지사회 구현을 도모하도록 하고 있다.

2006년에는 특히 혁신을 통한 산업구조 고도화정책을 추진예정인 중국은 외자기업의 모회사와 자회사간 이전가격조사, 인민폐 외채 관리 강화를 통해 외자기업에 대한 관리를 전반적으로 강화하고 기존의 제조업 중심의 외자유입 체제를 서비스산업으로 확대해 나갈 방침이다. 중국 현지의 한국기업들은 중국정부의 정책변화에 부응하여 기존의 수출지향형 생산구조를 내수시장 진출형으로 전환하는 것이 바람직하며, 중국의 수출구조 고도화에 대응하기 위해 대중 수출제품의 첨단화를 추진해야 한다.

산업화에 따른 대량생산, 그리고 소비 증가 및 일회용 생활양식 등으로 인해 생활 폐기물의 발생량이 증가하고 있다. 그리고 발생되는 폐기물의 종류도 매우 다양해지고 있다. 또한 환경에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 추가 매립지의 확보가 현실적으로 어려워지고 있어, 매립위주 정책에서 벗어나 소각, 재활용 등에 대한 요구가 커지고 있다. 이런 배경에서 실제 지자체 폐기물 처리실적의 변화 추이를 분석함으로써 각 지자체가 변화하는 폐기물 처리 정책에 적절히 대응하고 있는 지를 파악하고자 하였다.

전기통신 기술용역업은 Telecommunication Infrastructure 의 구성에 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있으나 여타 통신분야에 비하여 발전이 이루어지지 못한 모습을 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 전기통신 기술용역업의 현황을 분석하고 그 발전방향을 제시하여 전기통신 기술용역업에 대한 관심과 정책적 중요성을 제기하고자 한다. 본고에서는 전기통신 기술용역업 현황으로 시장에서의 수급구조현황 및 관련 법규 및 제도를 분석하여, 현황을 통하여 본 문제점을 도출.분석하였으며, 이를 토대로 하여 (1)시장확대, (2)첨단 Engineering기술확보를 위한 구매 제도개선, (3)업체의 전문화 등을 전기통신 기술용역업 발전방향으로 제시하였다.

상당 부분의 방위 교역을 미국에 의지하고 있는 우리로서는 Extension of ITAR Exemption to Qualified Countries에 특별한 관심을 가져야 할 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 ITAR면제 대상국이 되기 위해서는 수출통제, 산업보안, 정보체계, 사법체계 및 상호호혜적인 방산시장접근 허용 등 선진국가와 같은 수준의 정책방향 및 제도를 요구하고 있는 바, 모든 것이 개방되고 있는 추세에 맞추어 우리의 방산능력을 전문화하여 특정 분야에서의 경쟁력을 갖추고 당당히 선진국가와 상호 교류 할 수 있는 제도를 구축하여야 될 것이다.

신재생에너지의 한 분야인 소수력발전은 지형이나 기후 등 자연적인 조건과 조화를 이루며 국내 부존 잠재량이 많아 보급효과가 큰 것으로 평가되고 있다. 국내의 소수력 발전 부존량은 1,500MW 정도로 알려져 있으며 시장잠재량은 2030년까지 660MW로 예측되고 있다. 국내 부존량을 모두 개발하면 연간 70만M쪼, 약 700억원 규모인 것으로 예상되고 있다. 정부는 오는 2011년까지 소수력발전 보급목표량을 80MW로 정해 소수력발전 보급을 추진하고 있다. 최근 정부의 신재생에너지 보급정책에 따른 지역에너지 보급사업, 신재생에너지 의무공급제도(RPS)와 발전차액지원제도로 소수력 개발의 필요성이 증대되면서 공공기관에서 소규모 소수력 개발이 활발하게 추진되고 있지만 본격적인 상용화에는 한계가 많다는 지적이다. 소수력 발전의 전체 시장 매출은 매년 비슷하지만 정부의 정책적 지원 및 관련 기술개발, 인허가 절차의 획기적 개선 등을 통해 국내의 풍부한 부존량을 개발하면 새로운 시장이 열릴 것으로 전망된다. 특히 세계 최고의 소수력 보급 국가인 중국의 경우 앞으로도 지속적으로 소수력 발전소를 개발할 계획이어서 해외진출에 관심 있는 설비건설 업체라면 중국 시장을 노크해볼만 하다는 게 전문가들의 의견이다. 이번 호에서는 소수력 발전 기술 및 동향과 시공사례를 살펴보고자 한다.
