This study argues that traditional 'On the Job Training(OJT)' for performance management in the public sector has paid little attention to the innate nature of public performance management, while mainly focusing on introducing new techniques and differentiating new ones from existing ones. This neglection leads us to commit repetitive errors in practice and misunderstandings about the nature of public performance regardless of the introduction of new techniques. This study emphasizes that on the job training for performance management in the public sector should be able to foster critical thinking and debates over important issues to overcome the problems mentioned above. From such a point of view, 10 important debating points for training and education are suggested to balance both theoretical and practical perspectives in public performance management. Finally, this study maintains that the necessary first step for successful performance management is public employees' correct understanding on the nature of public performance management rather than on a new technique itself.

This paper examines the centered on the Ritualized of Royal archery as a national event led to the demonstration of military rites was settled during the early Chosun Dynasty. And aims at considering of traditional of archery a Royal family and high position military people's. It was maintained as an system for both stability of royal family and centralization of government authority. As we know, since ancient times, the performance number of shooting arrows had been reduced in the early Chosun Dynasty. And one more reason is, traditionally Royal family liked shooting archery. For example, King Taejong was very openly shooting archery to inside palace and outside field. He says the archery is a principal element of military persons. Anyhow, to the King Jungjong, many Kings played shooting archery. However, at that time, the Royal archery came from ancient Korea and Kingdom of Koryo. In this historical background, Military rites will be established not just from ancient China. It specially called five manner of rituals. However, the rule of Confucianism to be Government police, archery ritual was declined. It's involved Curriculum of education. And this is related to the who got the new group of government authority. They are young confucianist. From there, the Confucianism manners, were to change of traditional of archery in Early Chosun Dynasty.

In a paper reporting the introduction and settlement of Anoplophora horsfieldii (Hope) into Jeju, it was found that Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel) was misquoted as "it was introduced into the Jeju area and is currently being discovered." Fortunately, the sentence was quickly discovered and corrected to "it has the potential to be introduced to Jeju Island". Taking this as an opportunity, we would like to emphasize to researchers that it is necessary to verify very carefully when describing the domestic distribution of prohibited quarantine pests. Estimating by the cold stress index of the CLIMEX model, B. dorsalis was predicted to be unable to survive in Jeju in the winter of 2022-2023. However, in the winter of 2023, it was confirmed that the occurrence of A. horsfieldii was found to occur in the summer after overwintering at sub-zero temperatures, and it was judged to have succeeded in settling.

한국의 농촌개발정책은 지난 50년에 걸쳐서 많은 변화를 겪어왔다. 농촌개발정책은 국내외의 정책 환경인자와 관련성을 맺는 가운데, 농업 농촌이 처한 시대별 과제를 해결해나가는 과정의 결과라고 여겨진다. 농촌개발정책은 1960년 이후 현재까지의 기간 동안에 4단계의 시기별, 정책구성요소별로 의미 있는 변화가 일어나고 있다. 2000년을 전후하여 국가발전을 위한 행정이념이 효율성에서 형평성으로 전환됨에 따라 농촌개발정책은 전반적이고 근본적인 변화에 직면하고 있다. 농촌지역은 국가발전을 위한 새로운 가치와 자원을 가지고 있는 공간으로 재인식되고 있다. 농촌은 곧 마을이라는 으로 변화되고, 농촌의 소도읍이 새로운 농촌지역의 삶의 미시적인 관점에서 접근되던 정책이 인근의 도시와 연계를 맺는 방향 공간으로 접근되고 있다. 농촌개발정책은 농업을 중심으로 하는 정책에서 비농업부문의 개발을 중시하는 방향으로, 지역농업과 공간정책을 통합하여 개발하는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 이 과정에서 농촌개발과 관련이 있는 중앙정부 부처의 수가 증가하는 가운데, 지방정부와 지역주민의 역할이 강조되면서, 수직적 수평적인 분권화와 협치 체제의 구축이 중요해지고 있다. 또한 지역의 고유성과 지역단위사업의 연계성에 대한 강조는 자연히 지역단위 계획제도의 정착과 이를 현실적으로 뒷받침할 수 있는 예산제도의 변화를 가져오고 있다.

Traditionally, the definition of a republic in the constitutional sciences has remained passive, identifying whether or not a king exists. However, this is not an accurate understanding. Reinterpreting the meaning of the Republic at this point is expected to play a role in easing the side effects of neo-liberalism. It is more important than anything to establish a concrete picture of what a republic is in reinterpretating its meaning. Therefore, the main content of this paper is to clarify it by presenting requirements for the Republic.

The PC (Precast Concrete) construction method is a technique where concrete members that have been produced in a plant are constructed on site. Thus, continuity and secure integration of a structure that can be obtained by connecting rebars at splicing joint for PC members are the main areas of concern for this method. To evaluate the splicing and bonding performance according to application of a splice sleeve for connecting rebar in this research study, the diameter of rebar, development length, grouting strength etc. were set as variables. The performance and stiffness of splicing according to the development length of grout strength were measured and evaluated. In addition, by conducting comparative analysis on each of the variables, the factors that affected the splice sleeve for connecting rebar were discussed. The results confirmed that the strength and stiffness of the splice sleeve for connecting rebar were significantly affected by the development length while the increase in performance according to grout strength was not as significant.

안양공공예술프로젝트(APAP)는 한국에서 가장 성공적인 공공예술사업으로 손꼽힌다. 낙후된 유원지와 중소 도시 도심에 예술조형물로 활력을 불어넣고, 우수한 국내외 작가들이 자발적으로 참여해 도시의 격을 높여 시민의 자산으로 정착됐다는 평가를 받는다. 서울시의 도시 게릴라 프로젝트나 광주 비엔날레의 도심 조형물 설치 작업인 '폴리 프로젝트'가 벤츠마킹한 대상이 되기도 했다. APAP는 2005년 만안구 안양유원지를 정비해 예술공원으로 조성하는 것으로 시작돼 2007년에는 이를 도시공원화 작업으로 확대하며 평촌 일대에 공공조형물이 조성됐다. 2010년에는 골목 안으로 들어가 주민들과 함께 공동체 복원을 위한 프로젝트로 진행됐다. 특히 안양예술공원 안에 있는 안양 파빌리온(구 알바로 시자 홀)은 포르투갈 출신의 세계적인 건축사 알바로 시자(1992년 프리츠커상 수상)가 설계한 작품이다.(그는 이 작품에 이어 파주출판단지에 '미메시스 아트 뮤지엄'을 만든다.) 당연히 안양시 차원에서 추진된 공공예술사업에는 건축사 등 많은 전문가들이 참여했다. 최승원 건축사는 "지방건축발전에 기회가 오면 건축사가 적극 자문하여야 지방다운 건축이 살아나고 꽃피울 수 있다"고 강조한다. APAP 초창기부터 참여해 역할을 해온 최승원 건축사에게 안양예술공원으로 보는 지역건축에 대해 들어봤다.

북한이탈주민의 입국자가 곧 3만 명에 육박할 것이다. 이로 말미암아 북한이탈주민에 대한 한국사회에서의 안정된 정착이 큰 문제로 대두되고 있기에, 그 문제들을 해결하고자 창업교육을 실시하여 북한이탈주민의 경제적 고립을 막고, 한국사회에서 올바른 진로를 선택하여 미래 통일 역군을 만들고자 한다. 본 논문은 창업교육 전, 후 창업동기 및 의지, 기업가정신, 진로장벽, 진로성숙도, 진로미결정 요인을 분석하여 창업교육에 대한 효과성을 강조하고자 한다. 아울러 장지적으로는 국내 입국 후 북한이탈주민들이 느끼는 심리를 분석하여 그들이 진정으로 원하는 진로와 정부지원정책을 도출해 내고자 한다.

Given the lack of moral consciousness and increase of inappropriate behavior in cyberspace which is part of information society, more emphasis has been laid on netiquette. In this context, this study develops a theoretical background on netiquette, analyzes types of inappropriate behavior in cyberspace, and suggests some recommendations to settle down the sound cyber-culture and information society.

조직의 안전문화가 사고의 원인이 될 수 있다는 것이 알려지면서 안전문화의 개선과 정착의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 우리나라는 항공법 제49조에 지정전문교육기관은 자체 안전관리시스템을 운영하도록 규정하고 있으며 관련 규정에는 조직의 안전문화를 조사하여 상태를 파악하고 발견된 문제점을 개선할 것을 권고하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 교통안전공단에서 개발한 축약형 CASS Scale을 사용하여 조종사양성 교육기관의 안전문화지수를 측정하였다. 측정결과 안전문화 평균치는 3.711로 나타났으며 하위지표의 측정결과는 직원 권한위임에 대한 평균값이 3.980으로 가장 높게 나타났고, 상벌체계에 대한 평균값이 3.309로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 서비스제공자는 이러한 측정 결과에 근거하여, 취약부분에 대한 개입전략을 수립, 적용함으로써 조직문화 향상에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다.
