Exploring the Conceptual Elements and Meaning of Meta-affect in Mathematics Learning (수학 학습 메타 정의의 개념 요소와 의미 탐색)

  • In this study, in accordance with the research trend that the learner's emotions expressed positively or negatively in mathematics learning or the learner's beliefs and attitudes toward mathematics learning affect the results of mathematics learning, the learner's emotions and affective factors are analyzed in the learner's own learning. A power that can be adjusted according to a goal or purpose is needed, and I tried to explain this power through meta-affect. To this end, the meaning of the definitional and conceptual factors of meta-affect was explored based on prior studies. Affective factors of meta-affect were viewed as emotions, attitudes, and beliefs, and conceptual factors of meta-affect were viewed as awareness, evaluating, controlling, utilization, and monitoring, and the meaning of each conceptual factor was also defined. In this study, the conceptual factors and meanings of meta-affect in terms of using them to help in learning mathematics by controlling them, beyond the identification or examination of the characteristics of the affective factors, which are meaningfully dealt with in the field of mathematics education.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore components of affective domains for teaching activities regarding computer education in elementary school. In addition, we investigated various influences on the components from teachers' responses. This paper included qualitative data collected from a total of thirteen teachers. Using qualitative analysis methods, we identified teachers' positive and negative emotions, attitudes, self-efficacy, expectations, interests, and internal and external motivations as well as various influences on the affective components. Therefore, we emphasize the importance of teachers' cognitive domains as well as affective domains to achieve the goals of the teaching of computer education. This study will contribute to research pertaining to the affective domains supporting successful teaching of computer education.

  • The definition of 'critical cancer' in critical insurance(CI) is more insurance meanings than medical meanings. The difference between critical cancer of insurance and critical cancer of medical cancer is made difficult problem to the underwriting of insurer, contractor and medical doctor.   • 조종실은 항공기-조종사 시스템에서 항공기와 조종사간의 긴밀한 상호작용이 이루어지는 유일한 공유영역으로서, 조종사의 인간성능 특성과 조종업무 특성의 체 계적 반영이 요구되어 진다. 인간공학적으로 설계된 조종실은 조종 편이성, 운용성 및 비행 안정성의 향상을 가져올 수 있다. 항공산업 육성의 초기 단계에 있는 국내 에서는 항공기 장비성능 개발 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으나, 조종실에 대한 인간 공학적 분석 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 조종사의 인간요소특성에 적합한 조종실 공 간을 체계적으로 설계하기 위하여, -조종실 공간 설계요소의 체계적 추출 및 계층적 구조 설정 -공간 설계에 적용될 인체측정요소의 정의 및 계층적 구조 설정, -설계요 소의 특성 파악을 위한 설계요소간 연관관계 분석, -설계요소와 인간요소간의 연관 관계 분석, -기존 전투기, 훈련기의 설계 제원 현황 및 설계지침 파악, -한국인 인체 측정자료의 Data Base화, -인간공학적인 조종실 공간 설계제원 분석을 수행하였다. 조종실 공간 설계요소로는 143 항목이 정의 되었으며, 설계요소들 간의 연관관계 Matrix 분석을 통하여 선행/병행/후행 설계요소 및 설계요소의 중요도가 파악되었다. 조종실 공간 설계에 적용될 인간 측정요소로는 133개 항목이 정의 되었으며, 설계요소 와 인간요소간의 연관관계 분석을 통하여 설계요소별로 고려되어질 인간요소를 분석 하였다. 또한 설계요소와 관련된 다른 설계요소, 인간요소 및 인체측정치, 설계지침을 종합적으로 적용함으로써 인간공학적인 조종실 공간 설계제원을 제시하였다.

The Function of Meta-affect in Mathematical Problem Solving (수학 문제해결에서 메타정의의 기능)

  • Studies on meta-affect in problem solving tried to build similar structures among affective elements as the structure of cognition and meta-cognition. But it's still need to be more systematic as meta-cognition. This study defines meta-affect as the connection of cognitive elements and affective elements which always include at least one affective element. We logically categorized types of meta-affect in problem solving, and then observed and analyzed the real cases for each type of meta-affect based on the logical categories. We found the operating mechanism of meta-affect in mathematical problem solving. In particular, we found the characteristics of meta function which operates in the process of problem solving. Finally, this study contributes in efficient analysis of meta-affect in problem solving and educational implications of meta-affect in teaching and learning in problem solving.

  • XML은 메타언어로써 구조적인 문서를 생성할 수있게 하며 이러한 구조적인 문서는 내용 기반검색,질의등의 처리가 가능하다는 것이다. XML문서의 논리적 구조를 표현하는 방법은 사용자 정의 문서타입(DTD)과 XML Schema 의 두가지 방식이 있으며, XML Schema 는 사용자 정의문서타입(DTD)에 비해 다양한 데이터 타입, namespace, Open-ended 데이터 모델등을 지원하여 문서의 구조 정의를 훨씬 더 유연하고 명시적이게 하게 하는 장점이있다. 본 논문에서는 XML 문서 검색을 위해 XML Schemadp 기반하여 내용 검색과 구조 검색을 효율적으로 지원하는 인덱스 구조를 제안한다. 요소들의 정의에 따르면 계층관계를 표현하기위한 구조정보와 XML 문서 인스턴스에서 나타나는 각 요소들의 순서정보를 요소의 ID로 사용함으로써 임의의 요소를 효율적으로 접근할 수 있게 한다.

  • Mathematical creativity is essential in school mathematics and mathematics curriculum and ensures the growth of mathematical ability. Therefore mathematics educators try to develop students' creativity via mathematics education for a long time. In special, 2011 revised mathematics curriculum emphasizes mathematical creativity. Yet, it may seem like a vague characterization of mathematical creativity. Furthermore, it is needed to develop the methods for developing the mathematical creativity. So, the goal of this paper is to search for teaching and learning models for developing the mathematical creativity. For this, I discuss about issues of mathematical creativity and extract the factors of mathematical creativity. The factors of mathematical creativity are divided into cognitive factors, affective factors and attitude factors that become the factors of development of mathematical creativity in the mathematical instruction. And I develop 8-teaching and learning models for development of mathematical creativity based on the characters of mathematics and the most recent theories of mathematics education. These models make it crucial for students to develop the mathematical creativity and create the new mathematics in the future.

  • 솔리테르(solitaire) 중 간단한 게임인 자리바꾸기 문제에 대해 학습자로 하여금 다양한 해결방법을 산출 하도록 한 후, 그 과정에서 학생들의 수학적 창의성의 발현 과정을 추적해 본다. 제시한 문제 해결 과제에 대한 학습자들의 반응과 해답을 분석함으로써 수학적 창의성에서의 인지적 구성요소인 확산성, 유창성, 논리성, 유연성, 독창성과 정의적 구성요소에 해당하는 적극성, 독자성, 집중성, 정밀성 등이 어떻게 나타나고 있는가를 살펴본다. 또한 그렇게 함으로써 각 구성요소의 의미와 특성을 규명하고자 하며, 나아가 이들 구성요소를 판별할 수 있는 방안에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

A Comparison on the Relations between Affective Characteristics and Mathematical Reasoning Ability of Elementary Mathematically Gifted Students and Non-gifted Students (초등 수학영재와 일반학생의 정의적 특성과 수학적 추론 능력과의 관계 비교)

  • The purpose of this study is to measure the differences in affective characteristics and mathematical reasoning ability between gifted students and non-gifted students. This study compares and analyzes on the relations between the affective characteristics and mathematical reasoning ability. The study subjects are comprised of 97 gifted fifth grade students and 144 non-gifted fifth grade students. The criterion is based on the questionnaire of the affective characteristics and mathematical reasoning ability. To analyze the data, t-test and multiple regression analysis were adopted. The conclusions of the study are synthetically summarized as follows. First, the mathematically gifted students show a positive response to subelement of the affective characteristics, self-conception, attitude, interest, study habits. As a result of analysis of correlation between the affective characteristic and mathematical reasoning ability, the study found a positive correlation between self-conception, attitude, interest, study habits but a negative correlation with mathematical anxieties. Therefore the more an affective characteristics are positive, the higher the mathematical reasoning ability are built. These results show the mathematically gifted students should be educated to be positive and self-confident. Second, the mathematically gifted students was influenced with mathematical anxieties to mathematical reasoning ability. Therefore we seek for solution to reduce mathematical anxieties to improve to the mathematical reasoning ability. Third, the non-gifted students that are influenced of interest of the affective characteristics will improve mathematical reasoning ability, if we make the methods to be interested math curriculum.

ITS Architecture Study for FTMS (FTMS를 위한 ITS 아키텍쳐 연구)

  • 시스템 아키텍쳐는 시스템의 가장 상위수준 개념이다. 이러한 아키텍쳐의 정립이 1997년 8월에 완료된 2수준 아키텍쳐에 이어 3, 4수준 아키텍쳐가 연구되었다. 본 연구는 그중 고속도로교통관리시스템(FTMS)에 관한 것을 제시한다. 제 3수준 아키텍쳐는 2수준 아키텍쳐를 서비스 구현단위로 분해한 서브시스템이며, 다양한 ITS 서비스를 '제품(Package)'화 하여 ITS 서비스를 선택적, 점진적으로 구현 가능케 하였다. 제 4수준 아키텍쳐는 물리아키텍쳐 개념을 도입하여 3수준에서 분해된 서브시스템을 구성하는 각종 물리적 요소를 정의하고, 이들 간의 또는 외부요소와의 정보흐름을 정의하였다. 이에 따라, FTMS는 고속도로 교통관리 서브시스템, 고속도로 교통류제어/연계 서브시스템, 고속도로 돌발상황관리 서브시스템으로 분해/정의되었다.
