본 연구는 기업가정신 글로벌비즈니스 세미나 과목의 과제로써 기업가정신이 무엇인지 확립하고 기업가정신과 연관 지을 수 있는 주제를 선정하여 스스로 연구함으로써 그 의미를 구체화 하고 새로운 패러다임을 제시하고자 하는데 의미가 있다고 볼 수 있다. 저자들은 '문화'가 갖는 상대성에 주목하여 기업가 정신을 해석하였으며 재학 중 배웠던 '홉스테드의 문화 특성' 이론과 접목시켜 문화가 기업가 정신에 어떤 영향을 끼치는지 연구하였다. 글로벌 기업가정신 모니터(GEM)의 글로벌 기업가 지수 순위 조사 결과와, 홉스테드 인사이트(Hofstede-insight)의 6가지 차원에 따른 국가별 문화지수 파일을 접목시켜 수치화하고, 시각적 그래프 및 엑셀 데이터 다중 회귀분석을 통하여 결과를 도출하였다. 홉스테드의 문화 특성이 기업가 정신 순위에 영향을 미칠 것이라고 가정하고 분석한 결과, 홉스테드의 6가지 차원 중 하나인 불확실성 회피성향이 기업가 정신에 가장 높은 영향을 미친다는 사실을 발견하였다. 이번 연구를 통해기업가 정신을 계승하는 기업문화를 제고하고 경제학과 인류학 통합 연구의 필요성을 제시한다.

This study is to investigate the mediating effects of social support on the relationship between acculturative stress and mental health of multicultural youth. The results of the study were as follows: 1.573 of the 4th(middle 1) to 6th(middle 3) of the multicultural youth panel were analyzed by AMOS 22.0. First, the acculturation stress of multicultural youths had a positive effect on mental health. Second, acculturation stress of multicultural youths had a negative effect on social support. Third, social support of multicultural youths had a negative effect on mental health. Fourth, social support of multicultural youths had a mediating effect on the effect of acculturation stress on mental health. This result shows that the stress of multicultural youths in the process of adapting to the dual culture negatively affects social support, and this social support has a positive effect on the mental health of multicultural youths.

"한국사상사대계"는 우리 사상의 발달과 전개과정을 체계적으로 보여주는 데는 다소 미흡한 '방대한 논문모음'이라는 일각의 비판에도 불구하고 학제간의 공동연구의 산물이라는 점에서, 거시적 안목에서 한민족의 정신문화를 조감할 수 있게 했다는 점에서 상당한 의의를 가진다고 학계에서 평가되고 있다.

문화융성은 문화의 여러 층위와 지향들이 상호작용을 함으로써 개인을 비롯한 사회 각 주체들의 창의와 지성의 정신 활동을 생산성 있게 지속시키는 데로 나아가는 것, 그리하여 이들 활동들을 역동적으로 융합(networking)하고 선순환 함으로써 우리의 정신과 의식이 산출해 내는 것들의 가치가 높아지고, 이 시대를 살아가는 우리들의 정신적 삶이 더욱 높은 수준으로 고양되는 상태를 말한다. 본 논문은 2014년 문화체육관광부가 제정, 공포한 <지역문화진흥법>에 담긴 문화융성을 담론분석 하였다.

In this review article, the meanings of the somatization phenomena were reviewed and discussed in terms of cultural psychiatric view point. The somatization is an universal psychopathology. But frequency, pattern of symptoms and it's cultural factors in the conversion of emotional distress to the somatization are much different from culture to culture. Conventional impression and monotonous interpretation that somatization is prevalent in the non-Western or traditional society and it is due to poor differentiation of the psyche is seriously criticized. Cultural metaphors of expressing emotional pain, traditional disease concepts, conventional way of adopting a given culture and society, and medical delivery system and milieu could be regarded as important cultural factors of the somatization. Cultural meanings of somatization in Korea were summarized and discussed. Finally, clinical guide line for transcultural practice were summarized.

This study was intended to analyze the effects of Entrepreneurship on manufacturing(G-automobile) employees' Organizational Culture and Job satisfaction. A proposed model based on previous research was empirically tested via SPSS 25.0 using 349 valid samples collected from current employees of G-automobile Enterprises in Chang Won. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows. First, Entrepreneurship(Innovativeness, Proactiveness, Risk-taking) had direct effects on Job satisfaction. Second, Entrepreneurship(Innovative, Enterprising, Risk-sensitive) had direct effects on Organizational Culture. Third, as a result of analyzing the effect of Organizational Culture on Job satisfaction, it was found that Organizational Culture(Development Culture, Rational Culture) had a significant positive(+) effect on Job satisfaction. The results of this empirical analysis are considered to be related to the rigid organizational culture of automobile manufacturing companies with many male-oriented field workers. In the future, research involving other automobile manufacturers is expected to be needed.
