Global e-commerce websites offer personalized recommendation services to gain sustainable competitiveness. Existing studies have offered personalized recommendation services using quantitative preferences such as ratings. However, offering personalized recommendation services using only quantitative data has raised the problem of decreasing recommendation performance. For example, a user gave a five-star rating but wrote a review that the user was unsatisfied with hotel service and cleanliness. In such cases, has problems where quantitative and qualitative preferences are inconsistent. Recently, a growing number of studies have considered review data simultaneously to improve the limitations of existing personalized recommendation service studies. Therefore, in this study, we identify review and rating mismatches and build a new user profile to offer personalized recommendation services. To this end, we use deep learning algorithms such as CNN, LSTM, CNN + LSTM, which have been widely used in sentiment analysis studies. And extract sentiment features from reviews and compare with quantitative preferences. To evaluate the performance of the proposed methodology in this study, we collect user preference information using real-world hotel data from the world's largest travel platform TripAdvisor. Experiments show that the proposed methodology in this study outperforms the existing other methodologies, using only existing quantitative preferences.

This paper evaluates Korea's achievements in implementing the WTO Information Technology Agreement (ITA1), which has been referred to as one of the most successful stories in trade liberalization. ITA1 and other agreements for trade liberalization were evaluated based on quantative statistics, and the implication that is not shown as numbers has often been ignored. Based on in-depth interview methods, results of this paper provides academic importance in filling the gap in knowledge regarding the success of trade liberalization from a qualitative perspective. As well, it has practical importance in exploring implications for continuing the success in implementing the ITA2 and further implementing other agreements for trade liberalization.

The purpose of the current study was to research scientific basis and necessity of supplementary materials for field lesson out of golf swing teaching methods. As the subject of study, skillful tour pro golfers were chosen to reinterpret field lesson results for driver swing from the viewpoint of kinematics. In addition, through precise analysis, this study developed a case to verify the validity and error of field lesson. As a result, field lesson showed a slight difference among qualitative evaluation of kinematical analysis of techniques, subjects of study, and items. Accordingly, there was a little difference between two methods in view of evaluation of errors that 5 subjects of the study have shown. However, there was a significant difference in compensation to prevent causes of error and errors. Based on instructor's experience most errors could be evaluated. Therefore, feedback for error correction based on instructor's experience showed a significant difference from qualitative evaluation of kinematical analysis of techniques. In conclusion, the following are required for correct golf swing lesson; instant feedback through field lesson and qualitative evaluation of kinematical analysis of techniques to determine fundamental causes correctly.

The application of a multiple rock classification method, which is a generalization of a binary rock classification, is studied in this paper. In particular, this paper shows how to incorporate qualitative data through a case study. The method suggested in this paper can be effectively used for a systematic multiple rock classification such as RMR system developed by Bieniawski. It will be very useful for rock classifications. In addition, it is known that the expected cost of errors can be atopted to indicate how well a investigation plan is made.

본 연구의 목적은 IT 아웃소싱의 효익을 정성적이고 정량적으로 측정 가능하게 해 주고, 성과를 지속적으로 관리하게 해 주는 IT BSC 기반의 성과측정 프레임웍을 제안하고자 함이다. BSC는 전통적인 재무적 성과측정 방법에 고객, 내부 비즈니스 프로세스, 학습과 성장과 같은 무형의 효익 보완해 준다는 측면을 가지고 있어, IT 성과를 측정하는데 적용되어 왔다. 본 연구는 IT BSC를 통해 비즈니스 전략과 연계한 성과를 측정하기 위해 지표의 도출, 측정 데이터의 수집에서, 분석 보고에 이르는 전 과정을 제시하고 있다. 이는 IT 아웃소싱의 성과를 정량적, 정성적으로 측정하는 것을 가능하게 해 주는 방법론의 제시라는 데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relative efficiency of the research results of the convergence research project (CAP, Convergence Research Center) and general trust research project under the auspices of the NST, as the qualitative assessment of the government's R&D investment has recently been emphasized. To achieve this objective, DEA, which is widely used for the relative efficiency of research results, was used. The analysis targets were focused on the case of the KBSI, and the quantitative assessment of the number of papers and patent applications using net research and labor costs as input indicators for the DEA was compared and analyzed through IF of the paper and SMART3 of the patent. The analysis results showed that convergence research projects were highly efficient from a qualitative perspective in terms of CCR standards and BCC standards. This suggests that convergence research is being conducted at a higher level than general entrusted research. As a result of this study, we would like to present the criteria for qualitative assessment, which the government has recently emphasized, and expand this study to provide implications for planning policies and research tasks for rational R&D investment choices for human resources and research funds by assessing the efficiency of qualitative perspectives on all institutions in the future.

The risk analysis phase of construction risk management process is subdivided into the qualitative risk analysis that plays a major role, and the quantitative risk analysis acting as a supportive role. The traditional calculation method for quantifying a risk value that has been applied so far is an equation to multiply a probability by an impact simply, but its result shows the low risk value biased distribution. Although another equation that shows the high risk biased distribution as an alternative of traditional method was proposed, both of the low or high risk biased equations do not match with the statistical general knowledge that most natural phenomenons are close to the normal distribution. This study proposes a new risk value calculation method that is concentrated to the moderate risk value. Because the risk value distribution by a new method shows a normal shape similar to natural phenomenon, it helps to choose a middle level not biased to the low or high levels when choosing the level of risk response. Furthermore, it could contribute to improve the flexibility and rationality of risk analysis method by providing additional options for the risk value calculation.

풍력발전기 성능은 유동의 안정성과 풍속에 의해 결정되는데, 이때 유동 불안정성은 풍력발전기의 성능뿐만 아니라 구조적 문제를 함께 유발시킨다. 본 연구에서는 풍력발전기 타워 후류에서의 불안정성을 최소화시키기 위하여 타워 단면의 기초 형상설계 연구를 수행하였다. 기존의 풍력발전기 타워 형상에 부가 구조물을 설치함으로써 Karman vortex의 생성을 지연시키고 와류 간섭현상을 줄여 풍력발전기의 안정성을 증대시키고자 하였다. 이를 위해 다양한 타워 단면 형상에 대하여 양력계수 및 항력계수를 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 반지름의 1/2 길이의 자유류 방향 tip과 splitter plate를 후방에 설치하는 것이 후류 불안정성을 억제하는데 가장 효율적인 것으로 나타났다.

A variety of SME ICT support programs has been very great significance and performance for Improving national competitiveness and constitution strengthening in Korea's industry. However, it could not solve ICT gap between each SMEs. In this qualitative study, we analyzed ICT support programs for SME and collected requirements from the perspective of the consumer. Then we designed ICT policy strategies and detailed support program for SME in Digital Economy.
