소프트웨어에 대한 고객의 요구수준이 점점 높아지고 복잡, 대형화됨에 따라 개발인력, 예산, 기간 등 많은 개발 자원이 소요되는 추세이지만, 개발자 직관에 의한 정성적인 판단으로 소요자원의 과부족을 초래하는 원인이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 요구분석 단계에서 기존의 정성적 판단에 따른 문제점을 보완하기 위해 요구분석 프로세스를 수정/제안하고, 의사결정기법을 이용하여 요구사항을 정량적으로 분석하고 식별할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 사용자 요구분석 프로세스 검증단계에서 요구사항 평가활동을 추가하고, 의사결정 모델을 이용한 요구사항 가중치 계산, 시스템 기능과의 관련성 평가, 중요도 가중치를 계산하여 요구사항에 대한 식별의 기준으로 삼는다.

물체의 공간에서의 운동을 다루는 공간 추론의 연구에서 충돌을 이해하는 것은 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 정성적 충돌 이론과 추론 기법을 소개하고자 한다. 충돌 해석에 있어 관련된 물체의 공간적 속성과 운동방향의 상호작용을 분석하여 충돌로 인한 힘과 운동 방향의 전달을 계산하였다. 추론 과정에 있어서는 충돌이 갖는 특성인 불연속적인 변화에 대한 분석과 회전 운동으로 인한 변화의 분석이 소개되었다. 제안된 충돌 이론과 추론 기법은 구현되어 자동차 충돌 사고의 충돌에 적용되어 유효성을 입증할 수 있었다. Abstract Understanding collision is important in spatial reasoning problems that study the motions of objects. This paper introduces qualitative collision theory and reasoning techniques. Force and motion transfers are computed by analyzing the interactions of the spatial properties and motions of the objects. This paper also presents inference techniques for handling discontinuous changes and angular changes by rotation. These theories and inference techniques are implemented and applied to real car-to-car collision accidents. The test results verify the reliabilities of our techniques.

대부분의 기업은 경영전략을 결정하는데 고객의 소리(VOC:Voice of Customer)를 매우 중요한 정보로 사용하고 있기 때문에 기업들은 다양한 방법으로 고객과의 관계증진을 위해 VOC 데이터를 이용하고 있다. 그러나 수집된 내부VOC 데이터에서 많은 정성적인 데이터를 포함하고 있으므로 분석하는 데는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 소셜 빅 데이터를 분석하는데 사용하고 있는 시스템을 이용하여 다른 업종에 비해 고객이 다양하고 서비스가 매우 중요한 여행사 내부 VOC를 분석한다. 적용 사례로서 국내 대표적인 여행사에 직접 적용하여 분석한 결과를 제시한다. 본 연구 결과 빅 데이터 분석 도구를 다른 서비스업종의 내부 VOC의 정성적인 데이터를 분석하는데 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 보여주었다고 사료된다.

현재의 지식 사회에 대응하기 위하여 교육인적자원부, 시 도 교육청 각종 교육관련 기관은 다량의 교육용 콘텐츠를 개발하고 보급하였다. 그러나 교육용 콘텐츠에 대한 질 관리에 대해서는 개념도 불명확하고 법이나 규정도 미비하여 국가수준의 질 관리방법이나 절차도 체계성을 가지지 못하고 있어 양질의 자료 선별과 품질이 관리된 특화된 정보를 사용자에게 제공하는 기회가 부족하였다. 본 연구는 양질의 콘텐츠를 선별 탑재하기위해 기존의 정량적 평가 방법에 정성적 평가 방법을 보완하여 콘텐츠 특성에 맞는 평가를 할 수 있는 지침을 마련하였다.

새로운 사용자 경험의 향상을 위해 UI 의 개선방안을 모색할 때, 기존에 수행해 오던 일반적 사용성 평가 방법만으로는 모바일과 같이 복합적 컨텍스트를 가진 서비스 이용환경을 파악하는데 적지 않은 한계가 있다. 가령 특정 Task 수행시 Lead Time 측정과 같은 계량화된 사용성 평가방법을 통해서는 실제 사용자의 컨텍스트를 고려한 사용성의 수준(혹은 오류의 수준)에 대한 분석이 어려운 반면, In-depth Interview 로 대표되는 통상의 정성적인 사용자 리서치 방법은 장애의 요인과 결과간의 논리적인 상관관계를 명확화하거나 실측적인 개선 성과로써 도출해 내는데 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 정량적인 사용성 평가방법에 정성적인 사용자 리서치 수행기법 및 통계적 기법을 결합하여, 실측 가능하고 설득력을 가진 근거 데이터를 지지하는 한편 한계로 남겨져 왔던 행위결과에 대한 요인에도 적절한 인사이트를 제시할 수 있는 대안적 사용성 평가 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine and better understand student's perception of territory in the deterritorialized world. Students' sketch maps were analyzed to investigate the way of which they recognized the form of national territory, border, geographic location, and neighboring countries. In addition, students' values, attitudes, and affection for their homeland and other countries were observed through the awareness of North Korea, DMZ, and Dok-do island. Scrutinizing students' sketch maps and follow-up interviews provided much more in-depth context for understanding students' narratives about territorial identity than did the analysis of structured surveys since they can freely draw and sketch their cognition. A qualitative data analysis builded a code list with 67 codes generated from 626 quotations. These data were exported to CSV format to elicit and evaluate differential variances of territorial identity along with student's Social Studies score and Grade Point Average for inferential statistics and quantitative data analysis using SPSS. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, some suggestions to build a model of territorial education and to develop teaching and learning materials in the domain of geography education were provided.

Beyond simple transfer of information through sensor network, this study will provide the insights about the way to embody the real context aware location based service in an ubiquitous computing environment. In this paper, a new formal approach is introduced to derive knowledge about the scope of influence for a point object. A scope of influence is defined as the conceptual area where there is a possibility of the phenomenon or event occurring because of this point object. A point object can be spatially extended by considering this scope of influence in conjunction with the point. These point objects are called Spatially Extended Point (SEP) objects. Compositions of gradual changes of topological relations between a SEP and the environment near the SEP show how to represent the qualitative spatial behaviors of a SEP objects. These qualitative spatial behaviors will be good standards for Location Based Service (LBS) to provide more subdivided and suitable information to the users.
