원자력발전소의 안전성 확보를 위해서, 설비의 유지 관리 기법은 고장이 발생했을 때 조치하는 고장정비에서부터 고장을 미연에 방지하기 위한 예방정비, 예측정비 그리고 상태기반정비로 진행되어 가고 있다. 국내 원자력발전소에서는 고장정비와 예방 정비가 적용되고 있으며, 예측정비와 상태기반정비에 대한 연구가 수행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모터구동밸브, 공기구동밸브, 역지밸브 그리고 펌프에 대한 예방정비 현황과 기술 개발 동향에 대해 살펴보았다.

본 연구에서는 하천정비기본계획의 수립현황과 실시공사에 다른 현황을 비교하여 문제점을 검토하였다. 대상유역으로는 충청북도의 제천천을 대상으로 기본계획의 수립과 실시현황을 조사하였으며, 재수립기간이 지난 10년후에 실시된 현황을 조사한 결과 하천확폭은 40정도가 진행중에 있으며, 보강 구간의 경우 27%정도가 진행된 것으로 조사되었다. 하천정비기본계획의 수립율이 94% 이상인 국가하천 및 지방 1급 하천에 비해 지방 2급 하천의 정비기본계획 수립율이 57%정도로 저조하고 사업의 시행여부도 미비한 점에 따라 실제 시행되는 시기와 기본계획 수립시기의 시간적 차이에 따라 많은 문제점을 내포하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

In order to establish a special school considering the rights of disabled students to receive education and the principle of fair regional placement, this study identified the deviation of regional maintenance status of special education facilities and analyzed and examined their characteristics to provide desirable basic data for the establishment of facilities in the future. As a research method, the main status and maintenance index for each region were calculated based on the status of each special education subject and the disability area by using the statistics and facility data of the Ministry of Education, Special Education Policy Division, and the Ministry of Education of each province. According to the analysis results, large cities tended to rely on special classes and general classes due to the lack of facilities at special schools, and local cities showed uneven results for each disability area and supplemented the system lacking special education support centers. In overall evaluation, special education facilities have not yet been leveled across the country.

발전소 정비지원시스템 MAPS는 발전소의 가동률 향상과 안정적 운영에 직결되는 정비분야에 있어서, 발전소의 정비기록을 보다 효율적으로 유지하고 활용하기 위한 시스템으로, 기기데이터 관리, 결함보고서(TR) 및 작업의뢰서 관리, 예방점검 관리, 정비이력 관리 등의 기능모듈로 구성되어 있다. 93년 11월부터 연차적으로 국내 각 원자력발전소에 설치하기 시작한 MAPS는 금년 1월 월성원전을 끝으로 전 원전에 설치되어 운용되고 있다. MAPS의 개발경위와 기능, 그간의 운영현황 등을 들어본다.

This study focuses on the maintenance of the registration details of the cadastral study (drawings, chiefs) in relation to Uiwang city real estate administration information unification project by the data maintenance business. The purpose of this study is to provide high quality data and improve the efficiency of data maintenance business in the unification of real estate administration information together with the intellectual study diffusion maintenance model in the future. In this study, based on the results of the intellectual study data maintenance project and the effectiveness of institutional, temporal and cost aspects, it was able to show the effect of the data maintenance project. And analyzed the current situation, typed the error shown here, and developed the maintenance plan and maintenance result.
