Recently, ICT has emerged as an indispensable tool for teaching a variety of subjects in education systems. In this paper, we examine the effect of the instructional models for ICT on the practical ability in the application of information with relation to the levels of self-regulated learning strategies. Students were divided into 3 groups, according to the instructional model for ICT which were problem search learning, problem solution learning, and discussion learning. As an experimental tools, we did pretest using self-regulated learning strategies measurement questionnaire and did pretest and posttest using practical ability in the application of information measurement questionnaire. The results show that higher level of self-regulated teaming strategies group has high practical ability in the application of information than lower level group. Other interesting results are also provided.

The present instruction using ICT has a problem that it inclines toward instructing the simple technique of information or communication technology. In this paper, to cope with this problem, we propose a new Teaching-Learning model using ICT. The previous teaching-learning models using ICT are investigated and analyzed. Then, the criteria for evaluating the ability to put information literacy into practice are evenly reflected in the proposed model, is evenly reflected. The result of experiment reveals that the proposed model enhances the ability to put information literacy into practice on 5 items of 6 qualitative evaluation criteria.

지금은 국내외 위성 영상자료의 증가가 예상되고 위성 정보 활용 관련 산업 및 시장에 대한 전망은 충분히 발전 가능성이 있다고 예측되고 있어, 이에 대한 대응 방안을 마련해야할 시점이다. 특히 이전의 단순 영상 제공에서 가공, 처리를 통한 부가 서비스에 대한 부분이 중요시 될 것으로 사료된다. 앞으로 우리가 나아가야 할 길은 국내 위성 정보 활용 시장 확대 및 국제적인 경쟁력을 갖추는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 무엇보다 위성정보 활용 범국가 활용체계 구축이 시급하며, 국가 컨트롤 타워를 통하여 위성정보 활용 중장기 계획을 수렴하여 체계적인 계획 실천이 필요하다. 또한 표준화된 위성정보 자료처리 및 배포 시스템 구축, 그리고 위성정보 활용의 활성화를 위한 인프라 구축에 많은 관심을 두어야한다. 하지만 무엇보다 세계 위성영상 상용화 시장에 경쟁력을 가지기 위해서는 핵심 및 융복합 활용 기술 개발, 국내 전문 인력/전문기업 양성 및 국제적 협력 강화가 중요하다. 최근 국내 위성개발 위상 강화로 인하여, IC 가입이 추진되고 있으며 이사회 회의를 통하여 회원기관으로 한국항공우주연구원이 동의를 받은 상태이다. 이는 대한한국 위성정보의 활용이 경제적인 측면에서 뿐만 아니라, 범지구적 문제해결에 이바지 할 수 있는 위성정보 공여국의 위치로 진입하였다는 점을 암시하는 것이라 할 수 있다.

정보통신의 패러다임이 글로벌 경쟁, 인터넷 중심의 멀티미디어, 이용자 중심의 서비스 창출, 파트너십에 의한 시장지배력 강화 등을 축으로 하여 급속히 변하고 있기 때문에, 얼마나 효과적으로 고객과 시장을 지향하는 가치경영 체계를 구축하느냐에 따라 통신사업자의 경쟁력 우위가 결정된다. 가치경영의 구체적인 효과는 EVA(Economic Value Added), CVA(Customer Value Added), PVA(People Value Added)와 같은 가치 지표들을 체계적으로 통신사업에 활용하느냐에 달려있다. 본 고에서는 통신사업자가 CVA 체계를 구축하기 위한 프레임웍, 데이터 수집 및 분석 체계, 내부 프로세스 및 피드백 등에 관하여 실천적인 방안을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to propose the methods for utilization and improvement of hazard map as a tool of risk communication, through the studying the importance and method of risk communication for the improvement of urban resilience. The comparative evaluation between hazard maps of Korea and Japan is done, and the cases of hazard map making is analyzed. 5 proposals are summarized for hazard map utilization.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the intensity of middle school students' consumer competency and to assess effectiveness of Home Economics education on consumer competency. One group pretest-posttest quasi experimental design was employed to assess the effectiveness of Home Economics education on 1st grade middle school students' consumer competency in Gyeonggi province and 154 data copies were used for analyses. The results obtained were as follows. First, the cognitive consumer competency of the middle school 1st grade students was lower than the median of 37.66 out of 100 points, and the practical consumer competency was slightly higher than the median of 3.26 out of 5 points. As for cognitive competency, citizen competency was higher than deal competency. As for practical competency, deal competency was higher than citizen competency. Second, quasi-experiment intervention statistically enhanced the middle school students' consumer competency including the cognitive and practical competency. Third, the middle school students' perceived helpfulness of Home Economics education, perceived importance of deal competency and citizen competency, the level of cognitive citizen competency were statistically influential to practical consumer competency(deal and citizen competency). However, gender, life satisfaction, and cognitive citizen competency were not influential to practical consumer competency(deal and citizen competency). The outcome offered the basic information of middle school students' consumer competency and confirmed the effectiveness of Home Economics education on the middle school students' consumer competency.

정부는 10월 14일 '국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 정보화 전략'을 발표,소프트웨어와 영상산업을 비롯한 정보통신산업을 21세기 주도산업으로 육성하겠다고 발표하였다. 이날 회의를 주재하나 김영삼 대통령은 국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 정보화 전략으로 정부의 정보화 실천 선도, 경쟁력 제고 핵심분야의 정보화 우선투자, 산업화 과정상의 문제해결, 소프트웨어와 영상산업 육성, 정보화 추진기반 정비, 통일대비 정보화추진 등 6대 정보화과제를 추진하겠다고 밝혔다. 이날 발표한 '정보화 전략'의 6대 과졔는 그 범위가 매우 방대하다. 좁은 의미의 정보기술활용을 뛰어넘어 국가경쟁력향상 및 국민 삶의 질개선을 궁극적으로 추진한다는 내용을 담고 있다. 지금까지 정부 각부처, 혹은 각 부문에서 추진돼 온 정보화사업이 없었던 것은 아니지만 상호연계성이 결여돼 비용이 중복 발생하거나 효과를 보지 못한 경우가 많았다. 이제 정부에서 이러하나 문제점을 의식하고 전체 차원에서의 최적화를 위한 조정기능을 강화하겠다는 의지를 나타낸 것으로 보인다. 본고에서는 국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 정보화 전략의 전문을 게재한다.

Confronted with serious problems in nurturing IT engineers such as a mismatch in supply and demand of IT workers, shortage of globally competitive IT professionals, and insufficient education and training of university graduates, the Ministry of Information and Communication has decided to adopt a new approach in national IT engineering education, based on supply chain management (SCM) in manufacturing. SCM weighs improving competitiveness of the supply chain as a whole via a long-term commitment to supply chain relationships and a cooperative, integrated approach to business processes. These benefits of SCM are believed to provide useful insight into a more effective IT education and industry orientation. On the basis of the SCM literature, a framework for industry-oriented practical IT higher education is designed, and then applied in the field of computer-software engineering in Korea.

교육부 "초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침(2000. 8. 1)"에 따라 2001학년도부터 초 중등학교에서는 필수적으로 정보통신기술 소양 및 활용 교육을 연간 34시간 이상(1학년은 30시간)씩 확보하여 운영하고 있다. 하지만 운영지침만 나와 있을 뿐 구체적인 실천 방법이 나와 있지 않아서 일선학교에서는 정보통신기술 교육과정을 운영하는데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근에 개정된 "초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침(2005.12)"을 바탕으로 창의성과 문제해결력을 신장시키길 수 있는 컴퓨터 재량활동 교재(2단계: 3, 4학년 중심)를 개발하게 되었다.

최근 스마트폰 태블릿PC 등 모바일 기기에 활용된 정보통신기술이 차량용 인포메이션 시스템 개발에도 넓게 활용되고 있다. 음성인식 기술을 이용해 차량을 조작하는 일은 그 대표적인 예라 할 수 있다. 지엔에스티(주)는 이러한 차량용 음성인식 마이크 모듈을 제조 판매하는 전문기업이다. 2009년 설립된 신생기업이지만, 앞선 생산설비의 구축과 끊임없는 연구개발을 통해 국내 차량용 음성인식 마이크 모듈 시장을 장악했다. 실제로 이곳 제품들은 국내 최고 자동차 기업인 현대 기아자동차에 보급되면서 기술력을 인정받고 있다. 이처럼 지엔에스티(주)가 짧은 역사에도 불구하고 최고의 제품을 만들며 독보적인 위상을 구축할 수 있었던 비결은 무엇일까. 이 같은 물음에 이곳의 모든 관계자들은 사업장 내 안전이 먼저 확보됐었기에 가능한 일이었다고 입을 모아 말한다. 2009년 설립된 이후 단 한건의 안전사고가 발생하지 않았을 만큼 철저한 안전관리가 전개되고 있다. 근로자의 안전과 건강을 생각하며 사람 중심의 안전관리를 실천하고 있는 지엔에스티(주)를 찾아가봤다.
