본 연구는 WTO체제 출범에 따라 급격하게 지각변동을 하고 있는 우리나라 유통산업의 경영정보시스템 구축을 위한 접근방법을 이론적으로 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 특히 최근 시장개방의 추세에 따라 그 취급상품의 종류 및 서비스 수준 등에 있어 우리나라 유통시장을 폭넓게 잠식하고 있는 수입상품의 유통과정을 중심으로 접근해본다.

인공위성영상을 이용한 해양정보 추출을 위하여 SAR 위성영상을 이용한 해수유통 정보 추출을 연구하였다. SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar) 위성영상의 도플러 쉬프트 정보를 이용한 해수유동 정보 추출은 적용기술의 근본적 한계로 인하여 실제 유속이 아니라 위성궤도의 법선방향에 대한 유속강도만을 제시하는 문제가 있다. 이러한 한계 및 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 위성영상 촬영과 통일한 시간에 동일한 해역에서 해수유통을 관측하고, 관측된 해수유통 정보를 이용하여 위성영상에서 추출된 해수유동 정보를 보완 검증 하였다. 위성영상 추출 해수유통정보의 위성궤도 법선방향 유속강도는 관측된 해수유통 유향분포도에 근거하여 실제 해수유동 유향에 맞게 보정될 수 있었으며, 보정된 해수유통 정보는 실제 해수유동 분포를 잘 반영할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to improve the academic information flow systems in university environment. The study explored various aspects of academic research flow systems, such as national standards and rules for digital library of electronic theses and dissertations, and national information infrastructure for digital data collection, management flow system through networks. Based on the analysis of current situations, the study developed the procedures and systems for digitalizing, collecting, processing, archiving, and providing of graduate research works.

With the rapid development of information technology and internet in these days, resources of knowledge information have been digitalized and distributed on the internet, However, the location of digital content and a change of content have generated problems for users access and services. In line with this regard, the research on the identification of digital content utilizing standardized identification system and distribution system is necessary. This study intends to contribute to the implementation of information system based on standard digital identifier for the effective management and safe distribution of digital contents. This study first tries to survey SDI outline, practical application case and distributed business model and to analyze information distribution status Finally, this study tries to draw up a plan for the establishment of KISTI's SDI. content identification system, content distribution system.

문서량의 폭주는 유통과정에서 문서분실, 보관과정에서 문서분실과 파손, 보관공간의 낭비, 활용방법의 곤란으로 문서의 사장화 등 많은 문제점을 제기한다. 우리는 이러한 문제점 해결을 위하여 문서정보유통시스팀을 구성하여 문서의 전자화를 시도하였다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 본글은 첫째, 문서정보유통시스팀을 소개하고 둘째, 이를 활용한 응용사례를 소개하고 셋째, 일본 NTT에서 개발하고 있는 시스팀과 우리의 문서정보유통시스팀을 비교분석하였다.

The Korean distribution market is now faced with various difficult problems. for instance, the withering of domestic demand by effect of IMF support system, the competitive foreign enterprise's entry into domestic distribution market by opening of its market, and the diversity and unexpected change of consumers' needs. Through the comparative study with Japanese distribution industry, we could find out the outline of information strategy that Korean wholesalers and retailers can solve such problems and stand at competitive advantage in Korean distribution market. We use information system in order to get data for consumers' needs quick and diversely. analyze those accurately, and put those into merchandising. So we have to work out the information strategy in line with the three-point principle, such as the integration or linking of information systems, the sustaining improvement and development of information systems, and the sharing of information.

섬유산업의 환경이 과거의 공급자 중심의 생산, 유통체제(Product out)에서 소비자 중심의 체제(Market In)로 바꾸면서 소비자의 의식과 입장에 서서 상품을 생산하고 유통하는 것을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 요구는 눈부시게 발전하는 정보통신기술을 이용하여 혁신적인 생산 유통의 Innivation인 Quick Response체제를 등장케하는 배경이 되었다. QR은 생산, 유통관계의 거래당사자가 협력하여 소비자에 대하여 Right Product, Right Pla ce, Right Price, Right Time, Right Quantity를 실현하는 것을 목표로 표준상품코드와 ED I, CALS표준등의 요소를 갖춰 기업간, 기업과 소비자가 전자거래(EC)를 실현하여 생산, 유통의 합리화를 이룸으로 그 성과를 생산자, 유통관계자, 소비자가 서로 분배하는 것이다. 또 광역의 정보네트워크를 이용하여 원부자재 업계부터 소매업계까지 유기적으로 통합, 정보의 공유화, 신속화를 꾀함으로서 부가가치를 창출해 내는 것이다. 이같은 산업체간의 정보 공동이용시스템 구축은 대기업과 중소기업의 협력사업이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 섬유의류산업의 고질적인 병폐로 지적되어온 제품의 리드타임을 해결하는 획기적인 전환점이 될 수 있다. 따라서 섬유산업의 원부자재부터 원사, 직물, 어패럴, 유통에 이르는 전과정을 통일된 표준을 도입하여 전업계가 공동 사용케하고, 그것을 정보시스템과 접목, 전자거래를 실현하기 위한 방안을 제시함.

정보시스템부의 사업 가운데 2004년도에 새롭게 출범시키는 신규 과제는 "차세대 정보 유통 시스템 프레임웍 개발연구"이다. 이 사업을 통해 구현하고자 하는 (정보 유통 시스템 프레임웍)이란 과학기술 정보의 생성, 가공, 분배, 서비스 등의 모든 과정을 하나의 구조화된 시스템에 반영하고 이를 통합적으로 운영할 수 있는 표준적인 콘텐트 생명주기 관리체제이다.

이 연구의 목적은 대한지적공사에서 추진하고 있는 지적정보서비스 유통 방안을 마련하기 위해 공공과 민간부분의 지적정보서비스 현황과 수요를 파악하고 분석하는데 있다. 이 연구에서는 심층면접과 개별면접을 병행하여 지적정보의 인지도와 활용도를 포함한 지적공간정보에 대한 활용실태, 지적공간정보의 품질만족도, 향후 지적공간정보 수요 예측, 지적공간정보의 유통서비스체계에 대한 선호도, 공사의 사업 다각화, 공간정보 시장의 수요 등을 정확히 파악한 후 지적정보의 이 활용과 유통을 증진시킬 방안을 도출하였다.
