본 논문에서는 소외계층 초등정보영재를 위한 온라인 머신러닝 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 교육 프로그램은 초등정보영재 전문가가 개발하였으며, 인공지능 교육 전문가가 검증하였다. 교육 프로그램은 15차시로 구성하였으며, 인공지능에 대한 이해, 데이터 수집 및 표현, 모델 선택, 훈련, 평가, 실생활 사례 제작, 예측으로 내용을 구성하였다. 교육 프로그램에서 학습 모형은 이재호와 홍창의(2009)의 문제 중심형 e-PBL 학습 모형을 본 연구에 맞게 수정하여 활용하였다. 향후 연구에서는 개발한 교육 프로그램을 소외계층 초등 정보영재에 적용하고, 교육 프로그램을 통한 소외계층 초등정보 영재의 변화를 분석하고자 한다.

초.중등학교에서는 교육행정업무의 효율성을 위하여 학교정보관리시스템을 활용하고있다. 본 논문에서는 NEIS가 학사업무 및 교육행정업무 뿐만 아니라, 전반적인 교육활동을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 미흡한 기능에 대한 개선방안을 모색하였다. 먼저, 새로 도입한 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)과 기존의 종합정보관리시스템(SIMS, CS)의 변화된 기능을 파악해보고, NEIS의 효율성과 현장 적합성을 가늠해보았다. 그 결과, 학적관리, 성적관리, 각종 교육통계 및 보고업무, 대민 서비스 등, 기능이 개선된 반면, 보건관리, 교수학습 지원, 그룹웨어 기능의 지원이 미흡하였다. 특히, NEIS가 교육활동에 효과적으로 활용되기 위해서는 미흡한 교수학습과 그룹웨어 기능의 개선이 시급함을 알았다.

기존의 인터넷 검색 편리성을 제공하는 브라우저들은 사용자의 요구에 따라 수동적으로 움직이게 된다. 또한 RSS 와 같은 고급 검색 요구 조건을 만족시키고자 하는 노력에 비하여 사용자의 요구에 따라 능동적으로 움직이기에는 어려움이 존재한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 RSS와 같은 능동적인 정보 검색 및 제공이 가능하고, 표준 HTML2.0을 따르는 효과적인 웹 브라우저인 EasyWeb을 설계 및 구현하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 EasyWeb 브라우저는 기존의 브라우저들과 달리 표준 규격에 따라 구성하도록 HTML과 XML parsing이 가능하다. 또한 사용자의 요구에 능동적으로 정보를 수집하여 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 EasyWeb의 구현 결과를 살펴보면 향후 웹 브라우저의 나아갈 방향을 모색할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

What is the term "intelligence information society", which is a term that has been continuously discussed recently? This means that the automation beyond the limits of human ability in the whole societies based on intelligent information technology is a universalized social future. In particular, it is a concept that minimizes human intervention and continuously pursues evolution to data (or big data) -based automation. For example, autonomous automation is constantly aiming at unmanned vehicles with artificial intelligence as a key element. However, until now, intelligent information research has focused on the intelligence itself and has made an effort to improve intelligence logic and replace human brain and intelligence. On the other hand, in order to replace the human labor force, we have continued to make efforts to replace workers with robots by analyzing the working principles of workers and developing optimized simple logic. This study proposes important strategies and directions to implement intelligent information education policy and intelligent information technology research strategy by suggesting access strategy, education method and detailed policy road map for intelligent information technology research strategy and educational service. In particular, we propose a phased approach to intelligent information education such as basic intelligence education, intelligent content education, and intelligent application education. In addition, we propose education policy plan for the improvement of intelligent information technology, intelligent education contents, and intelligent education system as an important factor for success and failure of the 4th industrial revolution, which is centered on intelligence and automation.

The purpose of this study is to investigate secondary school teacher's perceptions and needs of computer and information literacy(CIL) convergence education and to suggest implications for promoting CIL convergence education in the actual school fields. We conducted a survey on teachers perceptions and the needs for CIL convergence education and analysed 227 secondary school teachers responses. As a result, we found that the perception of the necessity of CIL convergence education was very high while understanding level of the CIL convergence education and the actual frequency of teaching experiences were relatively low. In addition, CIL convergence education activities are mainly conducted through Informatics curriculum rather than various subjects. We identified that the main constrains of CIL convergence education were the burden on the progress of subject based curriculum as well as the lacking of teaching and learning equipments including computers. We identified that the needs for empowering teachers professional developments and constructing the physical and institutional environments of school sites were high. In discussion, we suggested the support strategies in terms of teacher professional development, institutional supports, and physical environments.

Research methods is an integral component of a field and plays a crucial role for the development of a field. Three areas are explored to assess research methods in Korean library and information science (US) graduate programs: (1) comparison of research methods'courses across Korean LIS graduate programs; (2) content analysis of the trend of research methods education; (3) comparison of research methods'courses between the U.S. and Korean library and information science graduate programs.

국가적 차원에서 추진하는 영재교육의 목적은 개인의 자아실현과 더불어 국가와 사회에서 필요로 하는 고급 인재를 양성하는 데 있다. 특히, 정보화 시대를 이끌어 갈 정보영재의 발굴과 교육은 더욱 중요하다. 컴퓨터 교육 중 프로그래밍 교육은 컴퓨터 소양, 창의적 사고와 문제 해결력, 수학적 사고력, 추론 능력을 신장시키는 정보 교육의 중요한 분야임에도 불구하고 정보영재를 위한 체계적인 교육 내용이 확립되어 있지 않은 상태이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 초등정보영재를 위한 프로그레밍 언어교육의 필요성을 살펴보고 프로그래밍 교육을 위한 교육내용을 구성하였으며 논리력 향상 및 문제 해결력 중심의 비주얼 베이직 교육 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 특징은 첫째, 학습자에게 실제 프로그램을 작성할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 둘째, 학습한 이론을 실제 프로그램 작성에 응용할 수 있도록 한다. 셋째, 프로그램상의 오류 수정 활동과 제시된 예제의 다양한 해결 방법을 통해 문제 해결력과 논리적 사고력을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그래밍 학습 시스템을 제공한다.

This study aims to analyse the research areas and trends of reading (reading instruction) abroad in the respect of LIS, and suggest future research tasks. First, I reviewed the controlled keywords in SU field of LISTA database and the entries of DDC 23, and identified the research areas of reading and reading instruction in overseas. Second, I analysed the research trends of this field by applying a intellectual structure analysis on 2,115 research articles (1914~2014) retrieved from a representative database in the areas of Library and Information Science (LISTA). Third, Based on the results of these analysis, I suggested the future research tasks of this field in the domain of library and information science.

7차교육과정에서의 초등 컴퓨터교육은 재량활동시간 또는 특별활동시간에 단순한 응용프로그램(워드프로세서, 엑셀, 파워포인트 등)을 활용하거나 인터넷을 이용한 정보검색 수준이다. 따라서, 문제해결 능력이나 논리적 사고력을 향상시키는데는 미흡하다. 인지능력이 뛰어난 초등학교 5, 6학년에는 이러한 컴퓨터 활용방법 교육보다 컴퓨터 기초원리 또는 프로그래밍교육이 필요하다. 본 논문은 프로그래밍교육을 재량 특별활동 시간에 학년별(5, 6학년) 또는 통합학년으로 학습할 수 있게 프로그래밍교육과정 60차시 분을 개발하여 제안하였다. 개발한 교육과정은 교수 및 학습자의 요구사항을 최대한 반영하기 위해 설문조사 등을 통해 얻은 기초자료를 참조하였다. 제안한 교육과정이 초등학교 5, 6학년에 적합하고 우수한지를 검토하기 위해 일부 차시의 교육과정으로 5, 6학년을 대상으로 재량활동시간에 직접 교수 학습한 후 자기평가, 설문조사를 실시하였다. 결과로 제안한 교육과정이 적합성과 우수성이 있다고 판단되었다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the public library programs that support the needs of multicultural families by examining the details of their information needs, focusing on the children's education issues of multicultural families. For this purpose, the data on experiences and needs related to the education of multicultural families' children were collected through in-depth interviews with married immigrant women. The study found the following six types of children's education-related needs of multicultural families: 1) Lack of understanding about the educational system and situation of Korean schools, 2) Their children's needs for language and learning 3) Their children's Bilingual education 4) Educational information for the role of parents, 5) Prejudice and discrimination against their children at school 6) Supporting library awareness and experience of mulitcultural families. Based on these needs, the following programs were suggested: 1) Parent role program for children's education, 2) Children's learning program, 3) Children's language education program, 4) Multicultural understanding education, 5) Library user education and guidance.
