사업결과물의 핵심인 연구성과물은 각 부처 혹은 사업수행기관에 분산되어 대다수가 활용되지 못한 채 사장되었다. 이에 정부는 중요 연구성과물에 대한 성과관리전담기관을 지정 운영하여 연구성과물의 수집 및 관리에 대한 법적인 기초를 다지고, 국가과학기술종합정보서비스를 이용하여 연구성과물의 활용을 위한 정책을 수립하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 체계를 반영한 국가R&D 연구성과물의 효율적인 수집 연계 활용을 위한 구체적인 운영 및 실행체계를 제시한다. 이러한 체계를 통하여 국가R&D 연구성과물에 대한 공동활용을 극대화할 수 있다.

한 국가경제성장을 위해 국$\cdot$내외 정보의 이용을 위한 효율적인 정보시스템은 필수조건이라 할 수 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 한국에서 현재의 과학기술정보망을 연구 조사하고, 나아가 효율적인 과학기술정보 유통을 위해 제언을 하였다. 과학기술분야의 연구소를 보조하는 34개의 기술정보실이 연구대상이 되었다.

과학기술정보를 보는 관점의 차이는 먼저 "생산중심"에서 "활용중심"으로의 변화를 지적할 수 있다. 생산중심의 정책은 정보생산의 사회적 최적상태를 확보하기 위한 정보생산자의 권리보호에 초점을 둔 특허권 및 저작권 등에서 쉽게 발견된다. 정보생산자의 생산의욕을 증진시키게 되면 그리고 생산된 정보가 질적으로 우수하다면 사용자들이 이를 구매 또는 소비하게 될 것이라는 "straight arrowism"은 과학기술생산의 맥락불일치, 그 원천에 대한 무지 등에 따라 미활용되는 경우가 많아 생산과정에서부터 활용을 고려하는 정책으로의 변화가 협동연구, 국가혁신체계등을 통해 이루어지고 있다.

인터넷의 발달은 정보 이용자와 제공자 모두에게 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 특히 과학기술 전문기관의 정보서비스 부서에서는 다양한 정보이용자의 요구에 효율적으로 부응하기 위해 기관내부에서 소장하고 있는 연구도서, 학술지, 기술보고서 등 일반적인 유형의 정보들을 효과적으로 관리.제공할 수 있어야 하고, 인터넷을 통해 제공되고 있는 다양한 과학기술 정보들을 기관 성격에 맞게 수집.제공할 수 있어야 한다.

본 논문에서는 과학빅데이터를 전송하는 방법으로 과학실험장비 에서 발생하는 빅데이터를 유선네트워크에서의 고속전송하는 기술 방안과 과학실험장비 내부에서의 데이터를 송수신하기 위한 근거리 고속 무선네트워크 기술에 대한 적용기술을 살펴보고자 한다. 이러한 유무선 네트워킹 기술이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 요소 등을 살펴보고 적용가능한 기술방안을 제안하고자 한다.

This study is to firstly investigate information infrastructure in North Korea such as communication network, hardware, software and etc, and then, based on it, to grasp the present condition of information technology in libraries there. Also, it is to analyze the information system of science technology in order to research the circulation system of science information with focusing on the Central Science Technology Intelligence (CSTI), a representative intelligence agency for science technology in North Korea, and on the retrieval program of “KWANGMYOUNG System”developed by CSTI and used broadly.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current state of foreign online databases in the field of Science and Technology. Evaluation of databases is becoming increasingly important for information users and for information providers as well. Previous research studies on evaluation of Science & Technology databases were summarized. This paper examined major online databases of Science & Technology with a short annotation. And the results of analysis by subject fields, by publishers, by frequency, by online availability of 618 titles were also described.

최근 인터넷 상에서는 UCC 붐이 일고 있다. PC상이 아닌 모바일 상에서의 UCC를 지향하며 모바일을 통해 칵테일 관련 동영상을 재생시키는 기술에 대하여 연구하였다. 칵테일에 대한 동영상을 직접 촬영하였으며 동영상 포맷을 모바일 상에서 적합한 형식으로 변환하는 과정을 겪었다. 다운로드 서버를 설계해 모바일 상에서 우리 팀이 촬영한 UCC 동영상을 다운로드 받을 수 있게 시스템을 구현하였다.

현재 기술은 모든 생활을 간편하고 빠르게 할 수 있는 체제로 지속적으로 발전하고 있다. 그에 따라 발달된 기술에 맞는 컨텐츠의 개발이 필요하다. 시간의 효율적인 사용이 성공을 가늠하는 중요한 사회에서 본 연구는 숙명여대 학생을 대상으로 식사시간의 효율적인 사용법을 제안한다. 지능형 주문대행업체는 간편하고 빠르게 음식을 주문 할 수 있는 서비스를 제공한 프로그램이다. 이는 모바일과 웹상에서 간편하게 프로그램과 연계된 음식점 업체로 주문을 할 수 있고 최종 배달까지의 시간을 명시해 줌으로써 바쁜 현대인들의 효율적인 시간 관리에 도움을 준다.

Each country has tried to collect sci-tech information which is one of the critical factors for R&D in sci-tech field. Korea also has put lots of budget and efforts to develop sci-tech information produced in advanced countries. However, national sci-tech information is scarcely distributed abroad though its high quality. This study focuses on analyzing national sci-tech information requested by overseas main sci-tech information service organizations. The ultimate aim of this study is to settle up the basis of the infrastructure for sci-tech information distribution.
