기술 수용 모델을 통하여 개인이 신 기술을 채택하여 사용하는 경향에 관한 연구가 활발히 논의되고 있다. 그러나 많은 연구가 비자발적인 시스템 환경에서 편리성, 유용성의 개선을 통한 사용의도 향상에 관한 것이다. 최근의 인터넷의 보급은 기업의 정보시스템 환경에도 많은 변화를 주고 있으며 사용자들에게도 다양한 기회를 제공하고 있다. 브라우징, 컴포넌트화를 제공하는 웹 환경으로 전환된 개인화된 정보시스템은 종전 클라이언트/서버 환경과 달리 사용자들에게 스스로 사용 환경을 구성하고 업무에 활용할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 있다. 인트라넷 시스템을 대상으로 실증 분석을 실시한 결과 개인화를 통하여 정보시스템을 자발적인 사용 환경으로 구축하고 편리성과 유용성을 개선하여 새로운 기술 수용에 대하여 우호작인 태도를 가질 수 있으며 이를 통하여 사용 의도를 향상 시킬 수 있음을 검증하였다. 향후 자발적인 환경으로 기업의 정보시스템을 구현할 경우에 필요한 개인화 변수 및 모델을 제시하였다.

Understanding market convergence has became essential for small and mid-size enterprises. Identifying convergence items among heterogeneous markets could lead to product innovation and successful market introduction. Previous researches have two limitations. First, traditional researches focusing on patent databases are suitable for detecting technology convergence, however, they have failed to recognize market demands. Second, most researches concentrate on identifying the relationship between existing products or technology. This study presents a platform to identify the opportunity of market convergence by using product databases from a global B2B marketplace. We also attempt to identify convergence opportunity in different industries by applying Structural Hole theory. This paper shows the mechanisms for market convergence: attributes extraction of products and services using text mining and association analysis among attributes, and network analysis based on structural hole. In order to discover market demand, we analyzed 240,002 e-catalog from January 2013 to July 2016.

Recently, the opportunistic incremental relaying systems have been studied to improve the system performance effectively in wireless fading channel. Most of the performance analysis of the system includes a source-destination direct link. And there are few analysis which consider source-relay-destination indirect paths only. Therefore this paper proposes a transmission protocol which relays the source information using the selected relay from the partial channel information at the first stage in an opportunistic incremental relaying system. If the transmission fails, the selected best relay from the full channel information retransmits the information to the destination incrementally. The performance of the proposed system is derived analytically and verified from Monte Carlo simulation. The derived results can be applied to the system design and the performance estimation of the mobile systems and the bidirectional TV broadcasting systems which adapt an opportunistic incremental relaying system.

대학생의 대부분은 진로에 대한 명확한 목표가 설정되지 않거나 졸업 후 진로 미결정으로 인해 어려움을 느낀다. 대학 생활 중 진로의 선택과 결정, 결정을 위해 정보를 수집하고 탐색하는 활동들은 매우 중요하며 대학에서는 진로를 '창업' 으로 결정한 학생들을 위해 다양한 창업교육 프로그램을 제공하고 있다. 정부의 적극적인 지원으로 창업교육은 양적 성장을 하였지만 실제 창업까지는 한계가 있다. 창업을 하기 위한 적극적 창업준비행동으로 이루어질 수 있는 창업교육의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구는 대학생의 창업교육이 창업준비행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하고 두 영향 관계에서 계획된 우연기술에 의한 기회인식의 매개적 효과를 조사·연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 대학에서 지원하는 창업교육의 참여 형태, 교육 만족도, 참여횟수 등 창업교육의 실태를 파악하고 창업을 하기 위한 정보수집활동과 도구구비활동 및 목표달성을 위한 적극적 노력 등 창업준비행동을 분석한다. 본 연구를 통해 개인적 관점에서 '창업교육' 이라는 우연한 행동을 기회로 인식하고 창업준비에 긍정적으로 활용할 수 있도록 체계화된 창업교육의 필요성을 시사하며 대학의 취업만을 강조하는 교육 패러다임을 변화할 수 있는 창업교육의 질적 성장의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다.

이달 11월 15일부터 부산에서 APEC 정상회의가 열린다. 정보통신부를 비롯한 국내 IT업계는 이번 행사에 방한하는 각국 정상들에게 국내 IT를 홍보하기 위해 IT전시회 및 체험 프로그램을 마련했다. 특히 국내 위성 DMB와 와이브로 기술을 집중적으로 홍보할 계획이다. 이를 통해 국가 브랜드 제고 및 산업경쟁력 향상의 기회로 활용한다는 계획이다.

수많은 데이터베이스 중에서 가장 유용하게 사용되고 있는 100개의 DB를 주제별로 선정하여 설명하고 이글에서 소개되는 DB들을 잘 활용하여 각 분야의 정보원을 나름대로 정리하는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 물론 정보 검색의 경험이 많은 전문 정보 검색사들에게는 나름대로 익숙한 DB들이 많을 수 있으나 특정 주제 분야별로 중요하게 다뤄지는 DB들을 정리해 그 차이를 살펴볼 기회가 될 수 있기를 바란다.

The study examines the current status of introducing technological innovation in the Uzbekistan logistics industry and proposes opportunities and challenging factors for the logistics industry following the introduction of technological innovation in the future. The analysis results revealed that the information technology used in the Uzbekistan logistics industry following technologies: RFID, barcode, Cool Guardian, tracking system, transport satellite monitoring, digital TIR, and GPS monitoring. In addition, Uzbekistan has recently been increasing investment in advanced information and communication technology not only at the corporate level but also at the governmental level in anticipation of becoming a hub for logistics. Based on these analysis results, the Uzbekistan logistics industry's proposed opportunities and challenging factors can be used as basic information for government policymakers, transportation and logistics companies, and various partners. It can also be used by logistic companies that seek to take advantage of Uzbekistan's strategic location to create a logistics hub in Central Asia.

With the request for the advent of new engine toward economic growth, the issue regarding public-owned data disclosure has been increasing. The Korean governments are forced to open public-owned data and to utilize them in solving the various social problems and in promoting the welfare for the people. In contrast, due to the distrust of the effectiveness for the policy, many public owned organizations hesitate to open the public-owned data. However, in spite of communication gap between the government and public organizations, Ministry of Government Administration and National Information Society Agency recently planned to accelerate the information disclosure. The study aims to analyze the perception of the public organization for public data utilization and to provide proper recommendations. This research identified mutual weights that the organization recognize in opening and sharing the public data, based on benefit, opportunity, cost, and risk. ANP decision making tool and BOCR model were applied to the analyses. The results show that there are significant differences in perceiving risk and opportunity elements between the government and public organizations. Finally, the study proposed the ideal alternatives based on four elements. The study will hopefully provide the guideline to the public organizations, and assist the related authorities with the information disclosure policy in coming up with the relevant regulations.

Product opportunity analysis in product planning is to analyze the feasibility for success over the detail product concept, and to grasp the new possible market based on exploring the trends of market and product itself. Therefore, the correct analysis and insight with various data of product and market is needed for product opportunity analysis. As product environment changes rapidly, it is especially important to collect more plentiful informations, and to put these information to practical use pertinently. It is consequently indispensible to clarify the types of information to be needed and to construct product database. However, there has no meaning to gather simple information which is lying here and there. Product database has to be systematically organized and each product information is to be transformed into contextual one. This study clarifies a conceptual framework of product design database based on product attributes and develops prototype of product database for product planning. Case study of camera is exemplified for analyzing the product trends and exploring product opportunity with developed product database.

공공도서관과 학교도서관이 긴밀한 연관성을 유지하면서 그들의 모든 시설, 자료, 인력 등을 서로 나누어 활용하는 상호협력활동은 양질의 봉사프로그램을 제공할 수 있고 조화로운 공동목표를 성취할 수 있다. 사서들의 상호협력에 대한 인식조사결과 상당히 긍정적이며 지역사회에 지도력을 발휘하고자 하는 태도를 가지고 있다. 양 도서관의 지리적인 문제는 분관설치나 이동도서관의 증설 등으로 해결할 것을 제시하였고 재교육의 기회를 활용하여 협력봉사를 위한 자질을 증진시키는 방향도 제시하였다.
