본 시스템은 1995년에 추진된 지역정보화 사업의 추진과제인 $\boxDr$공단중심의 지역정보시스템$\boxUl$을 확대 발전시키고 시스템 운영의 효율화를 도모하고자 DB를 통합하여 확대 재 구축함으로써 서비스 수준을 한 단계 높이고 인터넷을 통한 웹 정보 이용 활성화 차원에서 추진되었다. 기 구축되었던 $\boxDr$공단중심의 지역정보시스템$\boxUl$은 정보화를 통한 지역경제 발전에 일익을 담당하고자 관. 산. 연이 참여한 지역정보화 사업이다. 이번에 확대 개발된 $\boxDr$과학산업정보서비스시스템$\boxUl$은 연구개발정보센터와 광주광역시, (주)광주광역정보센터가 매칭펀드에 의한 대응자금으로 구축한 시스템으로 크게 10개 산업단지 기본정보, 입주기업체정보, 기업지원정보, 전문인력정보, S/W패키지정보, 장비/설비정보, 기술개발결과정보, 지역소장 도서정보 등을 중심으로 구성하였다. 특히 650여개 지역 기업체 홈페이지를 각각 개별적으로 특성 있게 구축하여 지역기업활동 지원 및 수출진흥을 도모하고 지역경제 활성화에 기여토록 하고자 한다.

This study confirms Busan area medium and small enterprises' position and analyzed present condition and actual conditions of swing Korea measure and consumer's attitude about measure in general circumstance that our country medium and small enterprises is placed in information. According to result that analyze Busan area medium and small enterprises' information level, Busan was expose by whole country average low including the electron commercial transaction rate. When consider weight that Busan economy occupies in gross domestic product, information differential of medium and small enterprises of Busan area is subject that must improve urgently and seriousness point is true that information differential of manufacturing industry is main factor more. Therefore, urgent agenda should be the activation of manufacturing industry information assistance measure and extension of current manufacturing technique information assistance business for Busan economy. Also, at problem solution progress, Busan is thought that must come looking for seat role actively.

'93. 12월 WTO의 보조금/상계관세 협정체결로 산업지원제도 전반에 대한 재검토와 효율적 개편이 요구됨에 따라 체신부는 국내 정보통신 사업이 WTO체계하에서도 지속적으로 국제경쟁력을 확보해 나갈 수 있는 합리적 산업지원 방안을 강구하고자 정보통신산업 지원정책 개편방향을 마련했다.

The objectivity of this study is to analyze why revocation of certification of Information Management System(IMS) increase in small and medium-sized enterprises. In this study, the main causes of revocation is the correlation between customers and enterprises. In other words, the decreases of request of customer to IMS bring about the decreases of interest of enterprises. As a result, enterprises don't feel the need of IMS, which cause revocation of IMS. This study will be helpful in improving IMS for small and medium-sized enterprises to avail themselves of the system.

PMO(Project Management Office)는 프로젝트의 수행을 일관성 있게 관리하고, 성공적인 완료를 위하여 지원, 감독, 통제 등의 제반 활동을 수행하는 조직이다. PMO의 도입으로 인한 프로젝트 성과 향상에 대한 연구는 이미 해외에서는 여러 차례 보고 되었고, 최근 정부에서도 전자정부법을 개정하여 공공정보화 사업에 대한 안정적인 PMO 제도 정착을 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 국내 공공정보화 프로젝트 지원에 필요한 PMO 8개 카테고리, 33개 주요 기능을 2000년 이전과 2000년 이후로 구분하여 각 기능에 대한 증가율을 비교, 분석하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 더 효과적인 PMO 제도의 안착을 기대한다.

신부는 최근 민간 VAN업체에 대한 국제 VAN의 조기 허용등 사업영역 확대와 정보통신사업 육성자금의 조기지원, 통신회선의 고속화, 정보통신기술 개발과 표준화의 강화, 통신회선요금의 감면등을 포함한 정보통신육성계획을 발표했다. 체신부가 세계적인 서비스교육의 자유화추세에 대응해 그동안 민간업체들의 요구를 전폭 수용한 동계획 전반을 소개한다.
