  • In the recent manufacturing industry almost all sorts of activities tends to be digitized and networked to enhance the comprehensive efficiency of the enterprise. In that sense, enterprise informatization system as well as product information sharing system plays an important role, and those application systems are to be integrated in a smooth manner. In this paper, a prototype of an web-based product information sharing system is developed, which integrates information on technical documentation and parts information together. The prototype also integrates information on the implementation strategies for the enterprise informatization.

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the academic information flow systems in university environment. The study explored various aspects of academic research flow systems, such as national standards and rules for digital library of electronic theses and dissertations, and national information infrastructure for digital data collection, management flow system through networks. Based on the analysis of current situations, the study developed the procedures and systems for digitalizing, collecting, processing, archiving, and providing of graduate research works.

  • 최근 많은 기업들의 경영층 및 정보화 담당자들이 BSC의 도입 필요성을 인식하기 시작하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 최고경영층의 관심 및 지원 부족, 경영층 요구정보 분석의 어려움 및 낮은 질의 정보 제공, 적절한 BSC 개발 기술의 선정 실패 등으로 많은 기업에서 BSC 도입에 실패하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 과거 전통적 경영성과측정 방법의 한계점과 BSC 모델의 장점 및 단점을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 성공적인 BSC 기반 경영성과관리시스템을 구축할 수 있는 구축방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 BSC 기반 경영성과관리시스템의 구축 방법론은 (1) 전사 비전/전략 수립, (2) 경영방침/사업계획 수립, (3) 핵심성과요인(CSF) 및 주요성과지표(KPI) 도출, (4) 시스템 구현 단계의 4단계로 각성되어 있다. 본 논문에서 제시된 BSC 기반 경영성과관리 시스템의 구축 방법론의 유효성(Usefulness)을 입증하기 위하여 에너지 기업인 'K'사를 대상으로 사례연구를 수행하였다.

  • Recently a new IT planning effort, Enterprise Architecture (EA), is being carried out by a number of organizations. According to many previous studies, this EA effort intrinsically differs from information systems planning (ISP). In practice, however, it is often performed just like ISP, pursuing identical objectives with just a few more modeling methods. It might lead to a misunderstanding that EA is no different from ISP. In an effort to clarify the difference, we investigate how these two planning efforts differ one from another in richness of architectural description. 19 RFP(request for proposal)s were empirically analyzed to see the difference between EA and ISP in terms of the richness of architectural description.

  • 정부는 최근 IT839전략에서 RFID/USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network)를 기반으로 한 정보화 추진 개념을 정립하였으며, 기술개발 및 시범사업 등을 통하여 이를 확산시키기 위한 기본계획을 발표함과 동시에 RFID/USN 시스템 도입이 적극적으로 추진되고 있다. 본 논문에는 RFID를 기반으로 한 세가지 USN서비스를 도출하고 구현한다. RFID 개념을 계승, 확장한 USN 서비스로 관리물품 도난방지 서비스, 무단 침입 경보 서비스, 사용자 인식 공간 서비스를 도출한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 스마트 단말기에 대한 소개를 하고 위 서비스들의 구현상의 설계 쟁점들을 고려한 서비스 시스템을 구현한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 다중이용건축물의 웹기반 안전관리시스템 구축방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 국내 외 시설물 안전관리시스템 현황을 분석하고, 국외 시설물 안전관리시스템 및 체계에 대한 조사 분석을 수행하였으며, 피난 시뮬레이션을 통한 성능기반 방화설계의 적용성을 검토하였다. 또한 다중이용건축물의 웹기반 안전관리시스템의 중장기 정보화전략 계획을 수립하였으며, 이를 통하여 개발 시스템의 요구성능 및 구축방안을 제시하였다.

  • 건설부문의 정보화를 선도한 건설CALS의 긍정적인 효과가 있는 반면 단점이 있다는 전제 하에 본 연구에서는 이를 보완하기 위하여 고려해야 할 요인을 파악하였다. 이를 위해 SWOT분석을 사용하여 건설CALS의 25개의 강점, 약점, 기회와 위협요인을 도출하고 각 요인들의 우선순위를 부여하기 위해 SWOT/AHP분석을 적용하는 프로토타입 시스템을 제시하였다. 프로그램을 사용하여 향후 전략계획을 수립할 때 고려해야 할 요인들의 상대적인 중요도를 용이하게 식별할 수 있었다.

  • This paper is to evaluate the informational direction, current situations and ERP establishment concerning constructing industry, to present the right directions, implemented cases for implementing constructional ERP, also to suggest the effect, influence, problems and shootings in constructional ERP arena. The constructing industries in korea are facing great turning point because of the huge corruptions currently happened and forcing to open the market in 1997. Attempting to establish Computer Integrated construction system (ERP) by breaking down constructing cost, improving quality, operating rapid and effective construction to enhance productivity, it is hard to achieve the goal with only inter-contractor's establishment. Constructing industries are integrated ones, consisted of many organizations for instance ordering agencies, contractors, subcontractors, material vendors, etc. and use various information formats such as texts, graphics, drawings. I dare suggest that implementation of constructional CALS including EDI/EC, GIS is tile only solution to control the information systematically generated in whole stages from planing, designing, constructing through maintenance, and to supply or switch the information.

  • Construction Project Information System, which has promoted to improve the system during the past five years, is recently required to revise the new Roadmap of this system based on the rapidly changing construction industry's environment. For this reason, the present study was investigated the present condition of construction information, drawn CSF using SWOT method, presented the project direction, strategy, the priority plan, the specific task, and WBS by taskes. This Roadmap may be used to a basis data in measuring the result of construction informatization, and presented to the progress direction of information system in construction field.

  • IHO has established S-100 Standard profiled from ISO 19100 GIS standards for standardization and improvement of hydrographic data and are developing S-10X Standards. IMO is implementing the e-Navigation strategy for maritime safety and marine environment protection and has established the CMDS as information standard framework which will be developed from the S-100 standard. The development domain of e-Navigation can be divided into onboard, communication network, onshore and VTS is a core actor in onshore system. In this study, we analyzed the effects of S-100 standard development on VTS through e-Navigation strategy of IMO and suggested the cooperation between hydrographic fields and VTS fields under e-Navigation strategy.
