In order to improve organizational performance, organizations should make a knowledge management system to share, distribute, and create related knowledge effectively in the operational process. It is not too much to say that organizational performance depends on the level of network and networking for the use of knowledge among the agents. Theoretically, a web portal is known as a useful instrument not only to link among the actors who have a specific interest and purpose but also to promote social networking which creates new knowledge relevant to user's environment. In the context, this article explored policy implications of building and operating government portals by analysing the efficacy of the "Innovative Portal", which the Korean government had opened to diffuse its innovation activities and to improve organizational innovation capacities in 2005, in innovation process from the knowledge management perspective. In particular, this study tried to identify how did the "Innovation Portal"influence network and networking of innovation knowledge using hyperlink network analysis method.

오늘날 국내기업들은 국내$\cdot$외적인 경쟁 심화와 기술혁신 및 신제품개발, 정보화시대 도래에 따른 기업정보의 중요성 중대 등 급변하는 기업 환경 속에서 유연성 있는 경영조직 및 효율적인 관리시스템 확립을 통한 생산성 향상 및 경영효율화와 경영정보시스템 구축을 통한 정보자원의 효율적 관리 및 신속한 의사 결정 지원 등 기업내부의 경영혁신과 정보화를 위하여 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 여타 제조업체들에 비해 국내의 중소신발생산 기업들은 소수의 대형업체를 제외하곤 기업의 정보화 수준이 미미하며 체계적인 정보시스템 또한 전무한 실정이다. 이에 중소신발생산기업들이 활용할 수 있도록 수주에서 자재구매, 생산, 납품에 이르는 일관된 정보 흐름을 통해 기업의 주요한 정보인 주문정보, 제품정보, 자재발주 및 입고정보, 생산계획 및 생산실적정보를 관리할 수 있는 생산정보시스템을 개발 소개하고자 한다.

최근 급속한 정보기술의 혁신으로 인해 신물질, 생명공학, 영상 등 타분야에서의 기술혁신이 가속화 되고 있고 이와 함께 경제활동 전반에 걸쳐 지식과 관련된 신제품과 신시장이 계속 확대됨으로써 인간생활과 관련된 모든 분야에서 근본적인 변화가 발생하고 있다. 이에 따라 세계는 점차 지식 기반 경제로 이행되어가고 산업측면에서는 지식기반 산업 중심의 산업 구조로 재편되어 갈 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이 보고서는 신산업 발전 위원회에서 지식기반 14개 산업에서 고용 및 기술 파급효과, 시장성, 국내기업의 기술 수준 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 미래 유망 지식산업을 도출한 것 중에서 전자, 정보, 산업 분야를 분석한 자료이다.

도서관 경영에 있어서 외부의 경영자원이나 기능을 이용하려는 아웃소싱은 최근 전 세계적으로 나타나는 새로운 현상이며 조직의 리스트럭처링 업무활동의 리엔지니어링, 정보시스템의 다운사이징 등 일련의 혁신적인 문제영역 등과 함께 앞으로 연구되어야 할 부분이다. 이러한 도서관 아웃소싱 문제는 앞으로 전개될 경영혁신과 구조조정은 물론 서비스의 질적 향상과 향후 도서관의 조직변화에 영향을 미칠 주변 환경에 대한 적절한 대응을 위해 그 연구의 의미가 있다. 아웃소싱은 단순히 비용절감, 정보시스템의 다운사이징, 경영조직의 리스트럭쳐링, 리엔지니어링에 따른 감량 경영과 경영의 합리성뿐만 아니라 본래 업무의 경쟁우위를 획득하기 위한 능동적 전략기법으로 그 범위를 넓혀가고 있다.

This study analyzes whether cooperating with various types of partners contributes to a company's innovation performance as well as the moderating effect of absorptive capacity and appropriability that may affect learning in such relationship. The hypothesis is that cooperating with diverse partners will have a positive effect on the innovation performance since it acquires their knowledge and information. In addition, an analysis is conducted on the moderating effect of absorptive capacity and appropriability on the relationship between alliance portfolio consisting various partners and innovation since absorptive capacity that encourages learning is likely to positively moderate the relationship between partner diversity and innovation while appropriability, the capacity to protect the proprietary technology, is likely to undermine learning from partners. The result of the empirical analysis on Korea's key industries, machinery and automobile, using the 2010 Korea Innovation Survey(KIS) data on manufacturing shows that cooperating with various types of technology partners has a positive effect on innovation performance and moderating effect on appropriability.

Probability of technology risk is expected to increase as the post catch-up innovation, characterized by high uncertainty and high risk, would dominate in the coming era of post catchup. Social controversy on online game as a post catch-up innovation is still ongoing, though the shutdown law was enacted by the government. Socio-technical vulnerability causing technology risk paradoxically arose from the world top-level ICT infrastructures and has been reinforced by developmentalism. While both the pros and cons of the regulation fail to recognize dilemma objectively, social cost is brought about and accumulated. With recognizing dilemma between technology innovation and risks, we can tackle technology risks and ensure responsible innovation in post catch-up era.

Social ties play an important role in today's competitive world. The primary objective of this study is to explore the impact of intra- and inter-social ties on team innovativeness and performance. Through an empirical model of 97 teams in six companies, this study attempts to (i) examine how intra- and inter-social ties affect team innovativeness and team performance; and (ii) investigate how the support for information technology facilitates social ties. Our team-based analysis reveals that strong intra-bonds among members improve team innovativeness and enhance team performance. Inter-linkages among teams also lead to team performance through innovativeness, but they are not directly associated with performance. IT support also considerably enhances social ties.

본 연구는 기업이 정보보호 투자 시 필요로 하는 경제성 평가의 접근방법을 제시한다. 기업은 윤리경영을 기초로 사업과 서비스를 통한 수익창출을 목표로 한다. 그리고 기업은 안정적인 사업, 서비스의 정보환경을 확보, 유지하기 위해 지속적인 정보보호 활동을 통하여 Risk를 줄이는 작업을 해 오고 있다. 기업의 정보보호 활동과 패턴은 초기의 정보보호 기본기능을 도입, 구축하는 단계에서 탈피하여 점진적으로 종합적인 관리체계로 발전되고 있으며 이와 병행하여 산출되는 정보와 정규화 되는 Data를 기초로 정량적인 관리가 이루어 지 는 시점에 와 있다. 기업의 정보보호 투자에 대한 경제적인 효과를 체계적으로 평가하고 관리하는 활동은 아직도 초기단계에 머무르고 있다. 그러므로 기업이 정보보호 투자 시 발생되는 피해비용의 감소와 사업 및 서비스 등에서 예측되는 경제가치 창출에 대한 기대효과의 정량적인 관리를 통해 투자의 기준을 제시하여 기업에서 효과적인 정보보호 투자가 이루어지도록 함에 있다.

This study is identifying early takeoff phenomenon in relational network like SNS and investigates influence of innovator or hub at early takeoff and diffusion size at takeoff point. The major finding of this study are as follows. First, multinominal-logit analysis conducted to explore the impact of innovator and hub at early stage of information diffusion and early takeoff. Hub in early stage of information diffusion impact early takeoff. Second, our study shows that innovator and hub at early stage of information diffusion impact diffusion size at takeoff point. Third, hub is more impact early takeoff and diffusion size at takeoff point then innovator. This study provides implication for professionals by confirming hub's influence in study of successful information diffusion by early takeoff. The limitation and future direction are discussed.

소프트웨어 기술의 생명주기가 점점 짧아지고 복잡해짐에 따라 그 기술을 이해하기가 힘들어 진다. 객체지향 기술채택을 더욱 잘 이해하는 것이 이 논문의 연구동기이다. 객체지향 기술이 전통적인 소프트웨어 프로세스 기술에 대한 새로운 패러다임이기 때문에 프로세스 중심의 구조지향 기술과 같은 기존의 소프트웨어 엔지니어링의 경험에 영향을 받을 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 이전의 구조지향 기술의 경험과 기술변화에 대한 개인적인 인식이 미국 기업체에서 객체지향 기술채택에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 실제로 조사하는데 있다. 2 X 2 유사 실험계획법이 사용되었다. 구조지향 방법을 사용한 경험과 새로운 기술에 대한 개인적 혁신정도(Personal Innovativeness)가 독립변수로, 객체지향 방법에 대한 사용편이성(Ease of Use)과 유용성(Usefulness)이 종속변수로 선정되었다. 데이터는 구조지향 방법과 객체지향 방법을 모두 사용한 경험이 있는 자료처리 및 관리협회(DPMA: Data Processing and Management Association)에 소속된 정보 시스템 전문가로부터 수집되었다. 연구결과는 구조지향 방법을 사용한 경험은 객체지향 방법의 사용편이성과 유용성에 영향을 주지만 개인적 혁신성은 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 과거의 구조지향 방법을 많이 사용하면 할수록 객체지향 방법의 사용편이성 값이 낮게 나타나기 때문에 이전 문헌에서 제시된 구조지향 방법의 객체지향 방법에 대한 지식간섭(Knowledge Interference) 현상이 있음을 실증적으로 보여주었다 마지막에는 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구에서 지식간섭을 줄일 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.
