최근 인터넷을 이용한 침해사고가 급격하게 증가하고 있으며, 그 피해의 파급효과가 매우 커지고 있다. 침해사고로부터 네트워크와 시스템 등의 자산을 보호하는 것이 더욱 중요해지는 실정이다. 크래커들은 대상 네트워크와 시스템에 존재하는 취약점을 찾아내고, 그 취약점을 이용하여 대상 네트워크 및 시스템에 침투하여 악의적인 행동을 하게 된다. 인트라넷에 대한 취약점 분석 평가는 네트워크 및 시스템에 존재하는 취약점을 분석하고, 각각의 취약점을 이용한 침투의 가능여부와 피해 파급효과에 대한 평가를 수행한다. 취약점 분석 평가를 수행함으로써 대상 기관에 적합한 보호대책을 수립하여 침해사고를 사전에 예방하고. 사고 발생시 적절히 대응할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문에서는 인트라넷 취약점 분석 명가 방법론을 제시하고자 한다.

소프트웨어 개발 과정의 여러 산출물 간의 일관성 유지는 최종 소프트웨어의 품질을 결정하는 중요한 요소가 되며, 운영단계의 유지보수 효율성에도 큰 영향을 미친다. 특히 구현 등 개발 후반부 활동을 진행시 발견된 하나의 오류는 그 이전 단계의 다수의 산출물의 오류로 인한 파급 결과이므로, 발견된 오류의 원인(Cause)가 되는 이전 단계의 오류를 효과적으로 추적할 수 있는 체계가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 한 산출물의 오류가 다른 어떤 산출물의 어떤 세부항목들의 어떤 오류로 인한 파급 결과인지를 정의한 역추적(Backtracking) 그래프를 제안하여, 개발자가 오류를 발견 시 관련 산출물과 항목을 신속히 파악할 수 있도록 한다. 이를 이용하여 산출물간의 일관성 유지 노력과 시간을 최소화하고 일관성 유지의 정확성을 높일 수 있다.

선진국의 요금규제는 이미 자유화 내지 신축적인 규제로 탈바꿈한지 오래다. 그리고 이러한 추세는 접속료 규제에까지 파급되어 현재 다양한 형태의 신축적 규제가 시행 또는 검토되고 있다. 대부분의 해외 전문가들은 앞으로 접속료가 원가주의의 직접 규제에서부터 신축적 규제를 통해 효율적 접속료로 이행될 것으로 전망하고 있다.

The digital bio-healthcare industry is one of the three major fostering industries of the Korean Moon Jae-In government. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the ripple effect and investment effect in digital bio-healthcare industry. Analyzing the ripple effects of the digital bio-healthcare industry is very important to induce policies on industry and technology development. First, the research methods were reclassified into 33 industries in the standard industry classification and rewritten into 35 industry classification tables. Second, various trigger coefficients and ripple effects coefficients were rewritten by the analysis framework of the industrial association table. Third, we compared the ripple effects of related industries in the production, investment, value-added and jobs sectors of the digital bio-healthcare industry. Finally, in terms of investment effects, the effects of in-house and related industries were compared. The result of this study would be helpful in the establishment of industrial policy and technology development policy.

This paper intends to introduce various bibliographic CD-ROM database products which can be employed in library environments instead of practising online bibliographic searching. However, impacts and future prospectives of CD-ROM searching on online bibliographic searching are explored. Possible applicable areas of CD-ROM technologies in Korean library setting are recommended.

Korean government has initiated integrated-energy business (IEB) in Mokdong for energy conservation in 1983. Since then, IEB has been steadily expanding. This paper attempts to apply input-output(I-O) analysis to examine the economic effects of IEB. A static I-O framework is employed, focusing on three topics in its application: the impact of the investment of IEB on the production of other sectors and the inter-industry linkage effect; supply shortage effects of the IEB ; and the impact of the rise in IEB rate on prices of other products. The paper pays closer attention to IEB sector by taking the sector as exogenous and then investigating its economic impacts. The results can be widely utilized in decision-making about IEB policy.

In this paper, we investigate the national effects of the ubiquitous industry(UI) for a u-Korea(ubiquitous Korea) project. As the UI has now been playing the more and more important role in Korean economy, it will be very appropriate to provide the policy makers with the accurate and reliable implications regarding the role of UI in the national economy. This paper applies the interindustry analysis to examine the impact of UI under the unique situation of Korea. To do this, we use the Input-Output Table published by the Bank of Korea in 2000. Our results shows that the economic effects of UI on the production-inducing, value added-inducing, export & import-inducing and employment-inducing in Korea will approximately be 240 trillion won from 2005 through 2010.

This study aims to examine economic effects and success factors of ICT based growth engine industry for forth generation industrial revolution. KTRS(kibo Technology Rating System) provided by KIBO is used for an analysis of this study. Specifically, the economic effects of growth engine industy are classified with financial(productivity, growth rate, etc) and non-financial(R&D investment and employment) effects. Moreover, the impacts of KTRS factors including CEO capability, technology ability, commercialization and marketability on the economic effects are investigated. The result of this study would raise management issues on technology innovation and provide implications on industrial policies for ICT based growth engine industry.

The purpose of this study is to introduce the concept of the Smart Sewer System and to analyze the economic ripple effect when smart sewer is built all over Korea. The research method is the input-output model based on the assumption that the smart sewerage will be constructed throughout the Korea from 2021 to 2040. Estimation results show that the production-induced effect reaches 343.73 trillion Korean won, the added value-induced effect is 155.867 trillion Korean won, and the employment-induced effect is estimated by 25,118,470, indicating that the smart sewer project leads to being considerably large in the nation-wide economy. In addition, the increase of social welfare by smart sewer is expected to be realized through the improvement of both the environment improvement and the national health. Therefore, the smart sewer project should be implemented without delay by planning a concrete road map and putting it into effect with a budget.
