The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of Logistic Information System on performance by efficiency of internal operation and organizational innovation. The results of this study as follows : The characteristic variable evaluation model that extended from the performance(user's value, perceived usefulness) of Logistic Information System were verified meaningfully. In this study, the efficiency of internal operation and organizational innovation were very important factor, to analyze the effects of Logistic Information System on performance. This study expect that Logistic Information System will achieve their Logistic Information System competitiveness through continuous quality measurement and improvement to increase the performance.

오늘날 정보화의 급진전에 따른 PC의 광범위한 보급과 네트워크의 확산은 컴퓨터 바이러 스와 관련된 역기능을 심각하게 형성하는 계기가 되었다. 더욱이 컴퓨터 바이러스 개발기술의 발전에 따라 신종 바이러스가 더욱 기술적으로 정교해지고, 다양한 변종이 출현함에 따라 바이러스 대응 소프트웨어를 설치하는 것만으로는 효과적으로 대처할 수 없다는 문제가 제 제기 되었다. 조작의 정보보안을 위해 전반적인 관리적 차원에서 바이러스를 효과적으로 통제할 수 있도록 여러 가지 요인들을 고려해야 한다. 이를 위해 조직의 정보자원의 관리 방향을 제시하고 있는 보안정책이 강조되어야 함은 물론이며, 전체적인 관점에서 정보시스템에 대한 보안을 강화하기 위하여 정보 기술에 대한 부적절한 활용을 통제하고, 사용자 측면에서 감염 확산의 차단 및 재발을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있어야 한다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 직접적인 컴퓨터 바이러스 통제를 위해 관리적 측면에서 요인들을 강조하고, 사용자의 시스템 관련 지식 및 인지적 특성 등의 개인적 특성을 반영하여 보안효과를 평가할 수 있도록 연구모형을 구성하였다. 구조방정식 모형에 의한 실증분석 결과에 의하면 조직내 보안정책이 바이러스 통제의 수준에 영향을 미치며, 사용자의 컴퓨터 바이러스 관련 보안인식을 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 보안통제는 보안효과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 사용자의 정보보안 관련 특성은 보안효과에 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 분석되었다.

Information securiry is considered important due to the side effect generated from the expansion of information system and rapid increase of the use of internet. Nevertheless, we are getting unconscious of the importance of information security. The purpose of this research is to empirically analyze that the effects of security policies, security awareness and individual characteristics on password security effectiveness. Based on the analysis of research model using structural equation modeling technique, security policies were influencing individual characteristics and improving user's security awareness. Also individual characteristics and security awareness had positive impact on security effectiveness.

본 연구는 한국과학기술정보연구원의 사업별 과학기술정보 수요와 이용 행태에 관한 기초연구로 산업계 및 학계의 과학기술 연구자 정보 이용 특성 및 이용 행태를 분석하여 한국과학기술정보연구원 (KISTI)의 주요 서비스에 고객 정보 이용 특성을 분석하는데 기초자료로 활용하고자 진행되었다. 본 연구를 위해 과학기술 정보 유통이 국가산업 생산력과 학술 연구의 경쟁력 기반이라는 사실을 인지하고 과학정보시스템 구축을 위한 기술정보정책을 수립하고 강화하는 노력이 계속되었으나 과학기술분야 연구자의 요구가 전문화되고 더운 세분화되고 전문화된 수준 높은 서비스를 요구된다고 본다. 또한 차별화된 정보서비스 제공을 위하여 이용자의 정보 이용형태와 특성 분석 및 기존 사용자 유형 분석을 통한 정보시스템 운영 개편이 필요하여 추진하였다.

This study aims to analyze the importances of various SCM adoption factors suggested in precedent researches with AHP. SCM adoption factors were categorized by four types: organization factor, transaction factor, relation factor, and information factor. Each factor has sub-factors. Organization factor has five sub-factors: adoption strategy, support of CEO, maturity of information technology, development of assessment system, and innovation leadership. Transaction factor has three sub-factors: transaction period, delivery/quality, and shared goal. Relation factor has five sub-factors: trust, collaboration, inter-dependence, conflict, and immersion. Information factor has three sub-factors: information quality, information share, and information exchange. There are sixteen sub-factors altogether. Analyzing the importances of SCM adoption factors with AHP, the importance of organization factor(.387) ranked the highest. Relation factor(.291), information factor(.167), and transaction factor(.155) followed. Putting the analysis results of primary hierarchy factors and secondary hierarchy factors together, support of CEO(.169) ranked the highest and trust(.124), adoption strateg (.089), share goal(.081), information exchange(.069), collaboration(.064), and information share (.057) followed.

본 연구에서는 국내의 대학원 과정에서 정보보호 교육과 관련하여 개설된 교과 과정 및 구체적인 교육 내용을 분석한다. 현재 대학원내에 정보보호 전공이 신설된 역사가 짧고, 운영상의 여러가지 제한점으로 인해 일부 대학원을 제외하고는 특성화되지 못하고 나열적인 교과과정 특성을 보이고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 정보보호 대학원에서의 교과 과정 모델을 제시한다.

모바일 정보통신 사용자들에게 있어서 모바일 상거래는 기존에 존재하던 정보에 대한 통신 및 네트워크 접속 등 이용상의 제약을 뛰어넘어 정보이용의 활성화에 있어 주요한 전환점을 가져오고 있다. 모바일과 같은 정보통신기술의 발달로 금융정보화 투자가 촉진되어 금융중개기관의 경영전략 사무합리화 업무효율화 및 고객과의 관계 등과 같은 부분에서 여러 가지 변화가 일어나게 되었다. 금융산업계에서는 고객들의 금융 서비스 욕구가 다양해지고, 고객 중심의 금융시장으로의 전이로 인해 고객을 최우선으로 하고 고객과의 관계를 효과적으로 구축하기 위한 경쟁이 치열하다. 그 노력의 일환으로 IT기술을 활용한 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)을 금융산업의 중요한 전략 중 하나로 추진하고 있다. 하지만, 모바일 환경을 고려한 CRM 성공요소들이 CRM 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 여전히 부족한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구의 주목적은 모바일 기술의 대표적 특성인 이동성과 편재성이 CRM 성공요소(최고경영자지원, 고객지향 조직문화, 부서간 상호작용, 고객정보 통합성)와 CRM 성과 사이에서 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증적으로 규명하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

본 연구는 여러 가지 Data Mining 기법들로부터 도출된 지식과 AHP를 이용하여 도출된 전문가의 지식을 사용된 정보의 특성에 따라 조사하고, 이러한 각각의 지식들을 중심으로 부도예측 모형을 설계한 후, 각 모형의 특성 및 부도예측력에 대한 실증적 비교연구에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 사용된 Data Mining 기법들은 통계적 다중판별분석 모형, ID3 모형, 인공신경망 모형이며, 전문가 지식의 추출은 AHP를 사용하여 45명의 전문가로부터 부도와 관련하여 인터뷰 및 설문조사를 실시하였다. 특히 부도예측에 사용된 변수의 특성을 정량적 재무정보와 정성적 비재무정보로 나누어서 각 모형의 특성을 비교연구하였다. 연구결과 부도예측시 정성적정보의 중요성을 확인하였으며, 전문가의 지식을 기반으로한 AHP 모형이 위험예측모형으로 사용될 수 있음을 실증적으로 보여주었다.

본 논문은 형태소간의 접속 특성과 대형 말뭉치(Corpus)에서 추출된 인접 말마디의 정보를 이용해서 한국어 형태소 분석기를 구현한다. 언어는 단지 규칙으로만 처리하기에는 불가능한 복잡한 구조와 중의성을 갖고 있기 때문에 과거에 주로 연구되었던 형태소들간의 접속 특성과 규칙을 이용한 형태소 분석은 실제로 구문분석 단계에서 사용될 수 있는 실용성을 제시하지 못했다. 따라서 형태소 접속 특성뿐만 아니라 인접 말마디와의 관계를 사전에 기술함으로써 보다 실용성 있는 형태소 분석기의 구현을 시도한다. 아울러 본 형태소 분석기의 효능은 정착하고 풍부한 정보를 사전에 효율적으로 수록함으로써 이룩될 것이며, 이를 위해 기존 사전의 보강에 필요한 정보들을 대형 말뭉치로부터 추출하여 사전에 첨가시킨다.
