컴퓨터와 정보통신 기술의 급속한 발달은 우리생활 전반에 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 그러나 정보통신 기술은 순기능 못지않게 많은 역기능을 가지고 있다. 이러한 정보화 사회에서 정보통신기술을 활용하여 초등학교 고학년 학생들의 성인식 향상을 살펴보고 사이버 공간에서의 음란물이나 성 폭력물에 접속하는 것을 스스로 제어할 수 있는 의식 향상을 위해 성윤리 의식 실태를 조사하였다. 그 결과를 근거로 초등학교 학생들부터 인터넷을 통한 성윤리의식을 강조하는 교육이 이루어져야 하겠다.

개정된 7차 교육과정의 정보 교과에서는 창의적이며 논리적 사고력을 바탕으로 한 문제해결 능력 함양에 중점을 두어 중등학교에 공통적으로 '문제해결방법과 절차'라는 대영역이 포함되었다. 이 단원의 내용 요소 중에 알고리즘에 대한 내용이 포함되어 있다. 알고리즘에 관련된 내용요소를 교육할 때 기존 연구가 부족하여 교사와 학생들이 활용할 자료와 소프트웨어가 충분하지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 개정된 중등학교 정보 교과의 알고리즘에 대한 내용을 분석하고, 이 알고리즘 교육에서 공개소프트웨어를 활용하는 방안을 제시한다.

The curriculum for teacher ICT in-service training has several problems in terms of running and managing training content. The majority part of the program consist of teaming software application manual. Additionally, the program is not organized and some contents overlap. Furthermore teachers are not obliged to participate in training. Especially, it needs to be revised because it is many difference between revised ICT curriculum and 'ICT skill standard for teacher(ISST)'. This study investigates the current curriculum for teacher ICT in-service training, analyzes problems in running and managing training content, and suggests need for revising the curriculum for teacher ICT in-service training.

It meets 21 century and the society is quickly changing with advancement of Information and Communication Technology(ICT), the use of the Internet which increases geometrical progression is changing the paradigm of the instruction and learning. The school education site which uses a consequently new ICT and change of instructional method became to be inevitable. Uses the most up-to-date medium in the students who in the knowledge information society of 21 century will live with the leading actor and it will be able to accommodate information which increases explosively effectively in order, description below hazard only information knowledge education which stands the bay knows application education, compared to further information anger early rising education for the whole life studying social realization more earnestly what than is necessary. In this study, It examined the actual state and a problem point of ICT application ability and ICT application education of the elementary school teachers. It will reach to lead, the reporter to grope the improvement program of ICT application education it did.

2000년 8월1일 교육 인적 자원부는 7차 교육과정 컴퓨터 교육에 대한 보완으로 「초 ·중등 학교 정보 통신 기술 교육운영 지침」을 발표하여 ICT 교육을 의무화하도록 했다. ICT 교육은 학습자로 하여금 단순히 컴퓨터를 사용하는 방법을 가르치는 것을 넘어 정보 통신 기술을 교과 수업에 활용하는 능력을 길러주는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 따라서 효율적인 ICT교육이 이루어지기 위해서는 각 학년 단계에 알맞은 컴퓨터 교육과정이 편성되고, 그것이 교수-학습과정에서 적절히 활용되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 초등학교의 효율적인 ICT교육 방안을 모색하기 위하여 현재 부산광역시의 인정 보급 도서인 '즐거운 컴퓨터'의 활용에서 나타나는 컴퓨터 교육의 제반 문제점을 분석하고, 초등학교의 컴퓨터 교육필요성과 그 편성 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

According to the administrational guidelines of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) for elementary and middle schools" shown by the Ministry of Education in 2000, it suggests using eight types of ICT such as information search, information analysis, information guidance, web discussion, joint research, expert interchange, web pen pal and information making. But the result of this research shows that teachers think the eight types of ICT are not proper to apply in a school and teachers also have difficulties to use them on their classes. Therefore, this research proposed to improve the basic functional types and have concrete functional plans for normal operation of information education from now on. This research also proves that the functional types developed through teachers' opinions are more appropriate and realistic. I expect that this research will help teachers to utilize ICT and organize the process of information education hereafter

21세기는 정보통신매체가 주도하는 정보화 사회, 멀티미디어 시대로 우리나라에서는 지식정보사회에 필요한 인력 양성을 위해서 교육 개혁을 지속적으로 추진하고 있다. 이의 일환으로 학교에 교육용 소프트웨어를 보급하여 실제 교수 학습에서 활용하고 있는데, 그 형태가 선진 주요국에서 나타나지 않고 국내에서만 나타나는 독특한 형태이다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 국내에서 활용되고 있는 교육용 소프트웨어의 유형을 분석하고, 국내외 교육용 소프트웨어의 활용 수준을 조사한 후 실제 교수 학습에 교육용 소프트웨어를 투입하여 튜토리얼형 교육용 소프트웨어의 효과에 대해서 알아보고, 국내의 교육용 소프트웨어의 활용 방향과 향후 교육용 소프트웨어의 개발 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper, we describe the learning and quiz app using the app inventor and conducted the related questionnaire. We developed a learning philosophy for preliminary early childhood teachers using the developed apps and taught them how to utilize them in early childhood education by explaining the apps and using the app inventor. Through questionnaires, we confirmed the learning effect and the willingness to use in early childhood education. Through this study, I hope to improve the ability of early childhood teacher learning and to utilize the coding in early childhood education with the app developed as the app inventor.

It is proven that students learn more effectively when they apply Empirical knowledge which they have experienced or been facing. Therefore, the customized training supporting systems for information communication ethics education for primary school is developed. It provide resources on the internet such as teaching methodology, teaching materials, real life examples and applications related to information communication ethics education to the teachers. Each resource is categorized according to the topic and it improved information communication ethics education by providing customized resources on the topic. It is also helpful for users to select necessary resources by informing the suitability between the subject and the resources and to lift the burden on searching the data.

The Educational situation of studying the effect of maximizing through Student's Self-directed demand varying educational environment on a Learner-Centered understanding of existing ICT deficiencies. But schools recognize computer skill learning as all of computer education contents. This study is established in an 'e-PBL environment' in use with 'Ulsan Cyber Home Study' on a learner-centered and design teaching method for an effective computer course. This study presents effective learner-centered teaching methods. It does this using the web environment 'Ulsan Cyber Home Study' and reconstructing each unit of the ICT textbook 'Our Living and Information'.
