Because of the growth of internet and development of smart phone technology, peoples are able to connect the internet easily and convenient at anytime, and anywhere. The other hand, that take place many serious social side-effect and one of a typical cases is the problem of malicious replay in weaken of netizen's internet ethics. The problem of malicious replay is increasing more and more the seriousness of the problem and the victims are suffering from much the pains of the trauma by a malicious replay. Therefore, in this paper, we investigate and analyze actual on aware of internet ethics and malicious replay for university students and then we propose the improvement of the problem.

In order to solve the problems of the information society and the reverse function of chatting, there is a growing need of seeking out approachable educational methods. Therefore, we need to offer that addresses these issues ethical education from elementary school years where the creation of sound personality and its course may be hurt unless otherwise. Yet, there is no detailed curriculum for chatting education which is one of the detailed education areas. Also, how to offer and utilize the chatting education has never been mentioned. Moreover, only reverse function of information-driven changes have been emphasized whereas their desirable functions and information ethical principles have been simply neglected. The paper presents the effectiveness for improvement the school chatting education.

The purpose of this article is twofold; first, investigates the relations between the cyber deviant behaviors and the reasons it causes in details and second discuss the measure to prevent cyber deviant behaviors and its recurrence. The findings of the study are; First, the factors which influence more to the cyber deviant behaviors are subjective norm, social identity, and self-control in a row. Second, identified such factors, anonymity (+), consciousness on public order (+), learning experience on information norms (-), and social identity have influences on the subjective norm that both factors of internet addiction (+) and anonymity (+) have significant impacts on self-control in negative perspectives. In conclusion, to prevent cyber deviant behaviors will provide a lot of opportunities to develop self-reflections and critical thinking and the ethics of accountability, and ability of sympathy. This study suggests the so-called reflexive practice-oriented process of education on Information as a strategic teaching-learning procedure. The process framework consists of four stages including problem identification, risk analysis, self-reflexive, and practice & evaluation that have a spiral structure, repeats a life-cycle.

The purpose of this thesis was to implement effective blended PBL(Problem-Based Learning) systems for information communication ethics education. The proposed systems, Online learning and face-to-face classes were systematically combined and Moodle is used for online learning platform. We proposed the use of wikis and blogs not just for creation of knowledge, but as active learning tool to support PBL. In the proposed system, learners used the web 2.0 as a open place to create new knowledge and experience various effects of PBL, such as (1) Improvement of problem solving ability, (2) Understanding of cooperative learning. The blended PBL systems with teaching and learning model were evaluated learners' level of satisfaction and educational achievement in the study of information communication ethics. The result shows that blended PBL learning method is more effective in cultivating consciousness of information communication ethics and showed more higher level of learners' satisfaction and educational achievement than the face-to-face PBL learning method.

The purpose of the study was to identify the factors affecting the consciousness of biomedical ethics of the nursing students before clinical practice. Data were collected among 183 nursing students in G city, from June 12 to 30, 2017. Data were analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 WIN program. The level of attitude on the withdrawal of life sustaining treatment was $3.20{\pm}0.35$, ethical values was $3.55{\pm}0.27$, consciousness of biomedical ethics was $2.69{\pm}0.20$. Models including the variables, ethical values(${\beta}=.52$, p<.001), major satisfaction(${\beta}=.21$, p=.001), attitude on the withdrawal of life sustaining treatment(${\beta}=-.01$ p=.031), explained 36.6% of the variance in the consciousness of biomedical ethics. Based on the outcome of this study, steps should be taken to design intervention programs that emphasize a improve consciousness of biomedical ethics for nursing students in convergence era.

본 연구의 목적은 초등학생의 컴퓨터 이용 실태를 분석하여 정보통신 윤리교육에 보다 나은 방향을 제시하기 위해 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 제시하여 연구하였다. 첫째, 초등학생의 컴퓨터 이용 실태는 어떠한가? 둘째, 초등학생의 인터넷 이용과 대화방 사용실태는 어떠한가? 셋째, 초등학생의 불법 복제와 정보통신 윤리 실태는 어떠한가? 위와 같은 연구문제를 해결하기 위해 인천광역시 서구 지역에 있는 초등학교 학생들에게 설문지를 배부하여 응답하도록 하였으며 그 설문자료를 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 이와 같은 분석 결과를 토대로 결론을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생의 컴퓨터 이용시간 및 컴퓨터를 이용하여 주로 하는 일을 살펴보면 컴퓨터 이용 시간의 적절한 조절 능력과 컴퓨터 활용 능력의 배양이 필요하다. 둘째, 건전한 인터넷 문화를 이룰 수 있도록 지도해야 한다. 셋째, 개인의 인격이 존중되듯이 개인의 사생활도 보호되어야 한다. 넷째, 불건전 사이트에 대한 의식은 대다수의 초등학생들이 부정적인 견해를 견지하고 있다. 따라서 보다 나은 인터넷 서핑을 위해서는 아동들로 하여금 불건전 사이트에 대한 접속을 차단할 수 있는 여러 가지 방법을 모색하고 지도를 통해 불건전 사이트에 접속하지 않도록 하는 교육이 실시되도록 하여야 한다.

The purpose of this thesis was to implement effective blended PBL(Problem-Based Learning) systems for information communication ethics education. Online learning and face-to-face classes were systematically combined for achieving the teaching-learning goals. And the main module for online learning run on Moodle, an open source learning management system. To examine educational effectiveness of the proposed systems, an experimental study was conducted through the method to the subject of two class in the second-grade of university located in ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ city. For experiment 60 students(treatment group=30, control group=30) are participated. And they were assigned to one of ten subgroups, comprising of six students, respectively. The results of this study are follows, First, the education using proposed blended PBL method is more effective in cultivating consciousness of information communication ethics than the education using face-to-face PBL learning method. Second, learners who participated in the proposed blended PBL more experienced various effects of PBL, such as (1) Improvement of problem solving ability, (2) Understanding of cooperative learning than the other learners who participated in the face-to-face PBL.

In recent years, the need of the education for the Internet ethics is emphasized as the number of offenses committed by juveniles is increasing. So many researches on the methodologies about educating the Internet ethics have been being performed But, those are not competent to make young people inspire the sense of ethics in the cyber-space because they get trained by the cramming system of education with a textbook in their schools. In this paper, we developed a web-based learning model and an learning system including various multimedia materials that induce the learners for ethics to study actively. And then we applied our system to school education for the Internet ethics, and verified the effectiveness of our learning model and system.

The Information and Communication Technology(ICT) is applied variously by advanced development, however that also causes the ethical problem simultaneously nowadays. It is emphasized the necessity of information and communication ethics and the scheme also is suggested that the student actually may produce and use their own UCC as an educational material which relates to ethics of information and communication in this paper. By doing that activity, student could learn themselves from what they've produced. Therefore they can approach the subject with more interests, beside the method how teacher has been teaching normally which can be described as cramming. The suggestion is phased by the steps as below; First of all, adequate guidance is selected and the aim of education is established to the method of education through producing UCC by analyzing the contents system of information and communication ethics. Second, it is analyzed educational effect along media of UCC. Third, it is analyzed educational effect along the producing format of UCC. Finally, the scheme is developed that student could be learned from UCC they have created. Therefore, students could be participated by themselves more actively to the education and manage the negative effects of ICT. They also could acknowledge and determine the right ethical awareness of information and communication, and develop more advanced ethical awareness by doing this activity.

청소년의 인터넷 사용횟수가 급속히 증가하면서 그에 따른 역기능이 사회문제가 되는 시점에서, 학생들이 자신의 컴퓨터 활용 실태를 스스로 검토해 볼 수 있으며, 문제점이 있는 활용실태에 대한 현실감 있는 해결방법을 스스로 찾아볼 수 있는 기회와 환경을 제공하는 것이 필요하다. 청소년의 컴퓨터 활용과 관련한 역기능의 문제를 청소년 본인이 가장 정확하게 파악하고 있으며, 토론활동을 통하여 가장 효율적인 해결방안을 제시할 수 있는 대상도 청소년이다. 따라서 정보통신윤리 의식의 함양을 목적으로 학교 수업 시간에 적용이 가능한 웹 사이트 형태의 네티켓 코스웨어를 개발하여 적용하고자 한다.
