본 고에서는 WiBro Evolution에 대하여 개관한다. WiBro Evolution은 현재 전 세계적으로 상용화되고 있는 WiBro 시스템의 진화형태로, 향후 더욱 다양해질 사용자 및 서비스 제공자의 요구사항을 반영한 4세대 통신시스템을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 WiBro Evolution시스템은 기존 WiBro시스템과의 호환성이 유지되어야 하며, ITU에서 4세대 통신시스템 표준으로 추진중인 IMT-advanced의 요구사항을 만족시킬 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 표준개발 과정에서 WiBro Evolution의 기술적 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 다양한 기술들이 반영될 예정이다. 이러한 기술들로 전송기술, MIMO기술, 셀 경계성능 향상 기술, Self configuration 기지국 기술, 수직 핸드오버 기술 등이 고려되고 있다.

3GPP($3^{rd}$ Generation Partnership project)는 3세대 이동통신인 UMTS(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System)의 초기 표준화 이후 HSPA(High Speed Packet Access), MBMS(Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service) 등의 기술 개발로 UMTS시스템을 지속적으로 발전시켜 왔다. 그리고, 최근 새로운 무선 접속 기술을 기반한 LTE(Long Term Evolution)시스템에 대한 표준화를 완료하고 ITU-T(International Telecommnunications Union-Radio)의 IMT-Advanced 요구사항을 만족하는 LTE-Advanced 시스템에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있다. 한편 LTE-Advanced 표준의 목표인 무선 전송속도를 한층 더 높이고, 단위비용(cost per bit)을 더욱 낮추고, 셀 커버리지 및 용량을 확대하기 한 저출력의 피코셀, 펨토셀, 무선중계기들을 이용하여 실내외의 소규모 영역을 서비스하도록 하는 heterogeneous network에 대한 국제 표준이 활발히 논의되고 있다. 그러나 여러 셀이 혼재하는 경우 셀들간의 신호 간섭이 발생하여 사용자의 통신 품질이 크게 저하될 우려가 있다. 본 고에서는 heterogeneous network 와 관련하여 국제 표준 LTE-Advanced에서 논의되고 있는 간섭 제어 기법에 대해 소개한다.

O2O stands for 'Online to Offline', which is a new marketing strategy that links online and offline. As consumers' interests in health service has increased recently, sports O2O service is drawing attention from researchers and practitioners as well. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to analyze the empirical relationships of health literacy and innovativeness based on the expectation-confirmation model among users of sports O2O service. For data analyses, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation modeling were performed using SPSS 21,0 and AMOS 21.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, health literacy had positive effect on usefulness. Second, innovativeness had positive effect on usefulness. Third, confirmation had positive effect on usefulness. Fourth, confirmation had positive effect on satisfaction. Fifth, usefulness had positive effect on satisfaction. Sixth, usefulness had positive effect on intention to use. Seventh, satisfaction had positive effect on intention to use.

Distributed competing system gives a new system architecture to be taken into consideration for solving the problems of interoperability of heterogeneous systems. In the present paper, CORBA based on multi-threaded interoperates with software blocks at physically isolated hardware. We show how archives optimal CORBA system from analysis of required functions, implementations of protocols and benchmarking of system performance in the Open Multi-service Network System Environment. The core features of our CORBA system are restricted Quality of Service based on priority, timeout service and exception status information notify to the related software blocks. And the objectives are design and implementation of high performance multi-threaded middleware and satisfied with extendibility, flexibility and stability of CORBA platform.

In cellular network systems one of the most significant quality metrics to measure quality of performance is the average number of call drops in a system. It ensures that the active calls in the system are successfully completed without being dropped in the mid communication for ultimate customer satisfaction. Hand-off mechanism increases cellular system reliability by seamless continuation of active calls by transferring active calls from one base station to another. In this paper, we study and propose a simple hand-off mechanism using game theory. We conclude that using the simple QoS utility function proposed in this paper, our optimal deterministic hand-off strategy is to transfer the active calls to the base station with greater signal-to-interference ratio (SIR) and greater number of available channels.

국내 시중에는 약 304개 금융회사가 금융 및 보험 상품 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 최근 금융감독원에서는 국내 304개 금융회사(생 손보 39개사)를 대상으로 한 개인정보수집 이용제공 동의서 운영실태 점검 결과 총 49개 금융회사에서 문제점이 발견되었다. 2012. 2. 17일 개정된 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한법률에서는 본인 인증확인기관, 법령에서 별도로 수집 이용하는 경우와 방송통신위원회가 고시하는 경우 이외에는 주민등록번호의 사용을 제한하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 개정된 정보보호 관련 법률 관점에서 현 금융회사의 개인정보 활용 및 그에 따른 보안 실태를 연구하고 관련 결과에 따른 법적 IT컴플라이언스를 준수할 수 있는 개인정보 치환 및 관리 방법론 등 관련 법률과 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)을 만족시킬 수 있는 방안을 제언하고자 한다.

In this paper, the performance of Hybrid CDU MFSK system has been analyzed in the environment that narrowband Class-A impulsive noise include Gaussian noise in wireless communication channel and Nakagami fading. The performance of system improved to adopting both of technique MRC diversity and BCH channel coding. The results show that there is substantial degraded in Hybrid CDMA system performance by impulse index is stronger and the fading index is smaller. But also improvement can be obtained when BCH coding techniques are adopted. Additional MRC diversity techniques is more improvement than BCH coding techniques when degraded environment with the low fading index. But BCH coding techniques is more improvement than MRC diversity techniques when fading index has been increased. The Hybrid CDMA MFSK system is incomplete to voice communication standard BER$(10^{-3})$ in Rayleigh fading by independent each adopting techniques BCH coding and MRC diversity. But it's satisfy(improvement can be obtained) to voice communication standard BER in strong impulse noise(24dB over) by adopting techniques BCH coding and MRC diversity at a time. Additional it's a substantial enhancement $(10^{-3})$satisfaction) in fading index (m=3, 22dB) in addition to strong impulse noise and 24dB over with data service standard $(10^{-5})$ BER satisfaction. This result show that there is error performance improved by diversity branch and coding advantage.

최근 인터넷이 발전함에따라 사용자로 하여금 다양한 형태의 멀티미디어 서비스에 대한 요구를 증가시켰다. 하지만 욕구가 다양해짐에 다라 처리해야할 데이터는 단순 텍스트에서 멀티미디어 데이터로 전환되었다. 그로 인해 데이터의 용량은 기하급수적으로 늘어나고 이를 처리하기 위해서는 고성능 대용량 서버의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 고성능 단일 서버의 모델은 멀티미디어 데이터를 처리하는데 있어서 사용자의 요구를 충분히 만족시키기에는 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 리눅스 클러스터 시스템은 하나의 해결책으로 제시되고 있다. 본 논문은 Myrinet을 사용한 클러스터 응용에 있어서 DMA 통신을 통해 고성능 단일 서버의 문제점을 해결하고 성능을 향상 시키는데 있다.

인간에게 경험이란 삶의 흔적이며 과정이다. 어떤 경험을 했는지, 느낌을 갖게 되었는지, 본적이 있는지, 만진 적이 있는지 등 다양한 인지 요소들은 그 기억만으로 그 인간의 특성이 되고 성질이 된다. 이러한 모든 경우를 재인이라고 한다. 이러한 기억 인출 단서들이 현존감이 강한 가상환경에서 발견되느냐, 발견되지 않느냐에 따라 미디어적 환상성이 아닌 사용자에게 가상에서의 '현실'을 제공하는 중요 요소로 작용할 것이다. 또한 가상현실 콘텐츠의 이해가 미숙한 사용자라도 가상환경에서 선행경험에 대한 재인요소를 제공받을 수 있는 중요한 단서가 될 수 있다면, 콘텐츠에 대한 높은 만족감을 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 가상현실 콘텐츠의 만족도를 올리는 요소로서, 재인에 대하여 고찰하고 개인의 재인과 가상현실 콘텐츠 만족과의 상관관계를 연구하여 양질의 콘텐츠 서비스를 제공하는데 기여하고 가상현실을 경험하는 사용자의 심리적인 영역까지 이해의 폭을 넓히고자 함이다.

인터넷망에서 IP전화의 요구가 강하게 대두되고 있는 시점에, 사용자들의 통화품질 욕구를 만족시키고, 서비스 제공업자들의 업무에 이용될 수 있는 QoS 측정방법이 꾸준히 연구되고 있다. 전통적인 회선교환 전화망에 적용되던 몇 가지 측정도구들 중에서 ITU-T G.107의 E-model은 요즈음의 VoIP망에서도 적용할 수 있다. VoIP의 통화 방법에는 기존 PSTN 전화와 인터넷 PC전화의 혼용이 가능한데, PC사용자들 간에도 전화 통화할 수 있도록 한다는 기조 하에 E-model의 적용성을 고찰해 본다. 기존 전화망에서 고려되던 여러 가지 파라미터 외에 인터넷 망에서 나타나는 지연변동, 패킷손실 등의 파라미터와 인터넷 전화 단말의 영향을 포함하여 E-model을 분석해 보고 문제점들을 고찰한다.
