Delay-Disruption Tolerant Network(DTN)는 stored-and-forward를 통한 비대칭 통신을 하며 이러한 통신에 적합한 라우팅을 고려하기 위한 연구가 지속적으로 진행 되고 있다. 이러한 라우팅은 Bundle layer에 스토리지를 두어 종 단간 연결이 끊어지더라도 메시지를 보존 할 수 있으며, 현재 이러한 DTN의 특징을 Mobile Ad-hoc Network(MANET)에 적용하여 노드의 이동성을 보다 다이나믹하게 유지 할 수 있도록 하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동성이 잦은 지역에서 메시지를 효과적으로 전송하기 위하여 MANET과 DTN 의 특징이 적용된 네트워크 환경에서 AODV 라우팅 테이블 안에 Score를 두어 경로 재탐색이나 메시지 전송이 반복될 경우 Score 값을 기준으로 보다 우월한 노드를 찾을 수 있게 하였다.

본 연구에서는 명절이 소비자들의 제품 교체주기에 영향을 미치는지를 탐색하기 위해 중국 온라인 휴대폰 판매 데이터를 바탕으로 명절 시기별 구매간격 차이검증을 통해 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 명절시점과 평상시점 간에 제품 구매간격의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 명절시점이 평상시점보다 제품 교체주기가 짧은 것으로 나타나 명절효과가 있음을 증명하였다. 한편, 춘절, 노동절, 국경절 등 명절유형 간 제품 구매간격의 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 이는 기업이 명절시점을 활용하여 교체 가능성이 높은 소비자를 선별적으로 공략한다면 더 높은 성과를 얻을 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과는 실무적으로 볼 때 기업으로 하여금 교체확률이 높은 시기에 마케팅을 집중할 수 있도록 할 수 있을 것이며, 학술적으로는 제품 구매 간격에 영향을 미치는 구매시점 효과 중 명절효과를 온라인상의 고관여 제품에 적용하여 탐구했다는 공헌점이 있다.

The purpose of this study is to search information attributes suitable for SNS and to identify the influence of individuals or groups who contribute to the creation and diffusion of information in the SNS. The researchers extracted the accuracy, two-sided information, novelty, diversity, and experiential factors that influence the acceptance and diffusion of information in the SNS, and identified the relationships among the variables, the usefulness of information and the degree of information diffusion intention. And researchers studied market maven who play the key role in creating and diffusing SNS information. A total of 600 questionnaires were collected and 549 questionnaires were used to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows. Consumers considered information, which had accuracy, two-sided, and experiential attributes, as useful. But novelty or diversity information were regarded as unuseful because of motive to avoid ambiguity. In the Market Maven Group who have the ability to acquire and edit SNS information, however, there were weak or negative causality between experience and accuracy and information usability factors. but positive causality between novelty and diversity factors of information and usability.

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between high involvement Human Resource Management and organizational effectiveness in small company. High involvement Human Resource Management practices include training, incentive, performance appraisal, participation, proposal, communication, job description. This research approached organizational effectiveness using internal process and goal. Internal process approach measured internal organizational health using aggregate organizational commitment, turnover intention, job search. Goal approach measured organizational growth using sales growth rate per employee and net income growth rate per employee. Using the collected data from 267 employees at 27 small-sized firms located in South region in Korea, this research tested and confirmed the construct validity regression analysis at the organizational level. This research came to the conclusions to as follows: First, high-involvement HRM had the positive effect on the organizational commitment. Second, high-involvement HRM had the negative effect on the turnover intention. The findings suggest that high-involvement HRM is a valuable construct to understand internal process approach of organizational effectiveness in small firms.

In this paper, we propose location-aided cooperative routing protocol (LACARP) for supporting power saving and stable route lifetime in mobile ad-hoc wireless sensor networks. The main ideas and features of the proposed routing protocol are as follows. First, the definition of the area of route search using location-based information to support power saving transmission. Second, the expect zone-based establishment of routing route within the area of route search. Third, the cooperative-aided transmission method. In the operation of data transmission over the established rout the datas are transmitted via both the established route and cooperative route aided by neighbor nodes. The performance evaluation using OPNET(Optimized Network Engineering Tool) shows the LACARP can improve the packet delivery ratio and power saving transmission efficiently.

In the past few years, data leakage of information assets has become prominent issue. According to the NIS in South Korea, they found 375 cases of data leakage from 2003 to 2013, especially 49 of cases have been uncovered in 2013 alone. These criminals are increasing as time passes. Thus, it constitutes a reason for establishment, operation and certification of ISMS, even for private enterprises. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing the certification intention of ISMS using EFA (Exploratory Factor Analysis) and regression analysis. We identified expectation factors for certification of ISMS from 13 elements using EFA (Strengthening practical ability & economic effect factor and Improvement of security level & handling incident factor). Next, we examined that the certification intention of ISMS using regression analysis. As a result of regression analysis, Strengthening practical ability & economic effect factor is not significant for the certification intention of ISMS (p<.05). Also, Improvement of security level & handling incident factor have a significant and positive effect on the certification intention of ISMS (p<.05).

One of important Issues in computer graphics field is to communicate among users in virtual world like secondlife. However, in 3D virtual world, users' needs to wish to build their own contents in 3D virtual space are rising, similarly, users produce own homepage and animation, and leave writing in notice board. In this paper, we tried to achieve this by introducing semantic annotation object concept, which is a kind of annotation method in 3D virtual world. User can retrieve an 3D object by searching corresponding annotation data. This method can build semantic 3D virtual world and enable users to search 3D objects by integrating 3D object and 2D semantic multimedia information. Also, through a comparison experiment with proposal system and general 3D virtual world. the performance of proposed system is evaluated.

Protein secondary structure is important for the study of protein evolution, structure and function of proteins which play crucial roles in most of biological processes. This paper try to effectively extract protein secondary structure information from the large protein structure database in order to predict the protein secondary structure of a query protein sequence. To find more remote homologous sequences of a query sequence in the protein database, we used PSI-BLAST which can perform gapped iterative searches and use profiles consisting of homologous protein sequences of a query protein. The secondary structures of the homologous sequences are weighed combined to the secondary structure prediction according to their relative degree of similarity to the query sequence. When homologous sequences with a neural network predictor were used, the accuracies were higher than those of current state-of-art techniques, achieving a Q3 accuracy of 92.28% and a Q8 accuracy of 88.79%.

The EU enacted a law strongly regulating the GDPR to protect the privacy of its citizens on 25 May 2018. Compliance with GDPR is an essential prerequisite for companies to enter the European market in the global economic era. In this paper, Step-by-step measures have been defined to conclude DPA agreements for the appropriate level of protection against EU personal data transfer. To explore the benefits and expected effects of determining appropriateness at the government level. As a result, enterprises benefit from simplifying processes, reducing time, and reducing costs when entering the EU. Government-level support in response to personal data breach and communication with the EU Commission will have a positive impact, However, even after the adequacy decision, the entity continues to need activities to secure personal data through compliance with GDPR principles and obligations. Major operations of companies that comply with GDPR are also maintained as important tasks that must be observed in most cases except for the Data Protection Agreement.

The purpose of this study is to explore the causality among technostress creators. In doing so, we can suggest the ways how to reduce a technostress of employees. Research results suggest that pace of change has a positive effect on the work overload and has a negative effect on work-home conflict. Complexity of technology positively influences not only work overload but job insecurity. Work overload has a significant effect on work-home conflict. Finally, work-home conflict has a positive effect on job insecurity. Conclusions and implications are discussed.
