Geography Information System is divided to many details fields such as Urban Information System, Land Information System, Military Information System etc. These detailed fields are connected each other and make National Geography Information System. Now Geography Information System is being used in many fields with Urban Information System. And information of all field is being constructed to network for share each other. Now Land Information System(LIS) is being constructed to two dimensional. But LIS can construct and utilize three dimensional geographic data by connecting Geography Information System and this effect will be greatest. Thus, the study of connecting cadastral map and digital terrain map must be continued. Through the study of connecting digital terrain map, the construction and analysis of three dimensional digital elevation model will be able to construct Land Information System effectively. To this study, the authors constructed integrated geographic data by uniting digital terrain map and cadastral map and constructed three dimensional digital elevation model. By connecting cadastral information database, the authors developed three dimensional Integrated Land Information System.

본 논문에서는 국내 정보보호 체계를 수립하기 위하여 외국에서의 정보보호 체계분석의 일환으로 영국의 정보보호 시스템 평사승인 체계에 대하여 분석하였다. 먼저 영국에서의 정보기관 구조를 소개하고, 정보보호 체계와 관련한 조직의 구성 및 임무에 대하여 기술하였다. 또한 영국의 정보보호 시스템 평가승인 절차를 분석하였으며 영국의 암호 알고리즘과 평가 기준서인ITSEC에 대해 분석하였다.

본 논문에서는 고객과 기업 간에 커뮤니케이션이 이루어지는 고객접점인 컨택센터에 대한 정보보호관리체계의 적용방안을 연구하였다. 이를 위하여, 국제 및 국내의 정보보호관리체계 표준을 살펴보고, 컨택센터의 특성을 분석하여 정보보호 대책에 반영할 요구사항을 도출하였다. 따라서 국내의 정보보호관리 체계를 토대로 하여, 컨택센터의 특성과 정보보호요구사항을 반영한 컨택센터의 정보보호관리체계 모델을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to present the improvement of connection system between traffic information centers for reliable traffic information service. We recognized traffic information error caused by too much time in conjunction between traffic information centers, lack of reliability of traffic information caused by absence of generation time and generation institution of traffic information. We presented minimization methods of connection time, improvement methods of reliability of traffic information and development methods of connection state management system.

지난해 국제해사기구 (IMO)의 MSC 는 NAV 및 COMSAR 전문위원회에 E-Navigation 에 대한 전략 개발을 지시하였다. 효율적이고 안전한 선박 운항을 위한 E-navigation 서비스 구현을 위해서 해상 정보와 정보체계에 대한 이해가 선행되어야한다. 본 연구에서는 현재 범유럽적 차원에서 진행 중인 MarNIS 의 정보체계와 정보 에이전트에 대해서 살펴보았다. MarNIS 는 에이전트의 정보 창구로서의 Single Window와 각 시스템 말단에서 데이터 변환기로서의 MarNIS 노드에 의해 범유럽의 해상정보체계를 수립하고 있다. 정보 에이전트들이 계층적으로 구조화되고 통합된 해상 정보체계를 기반으로 각종 해상정보를 종합 분석하여 해상교통 지원 서비스와 해상안전 지원 서비스를 구현할 수 있다.

The current system for private participation in infrastructure can be applied for geographic information system(GIS) projects. But there are some limits to promote the private sector's participation GIS projects. The purpose of the study is to explain the major causes of conflict and conflict control for private participation in geographic information system projects. First, the theoretical perspectives for private participation in geographic information system projects and conflict issues were represented. Second, this paper presents the causes of conflict and conflict control on the basis of case study. In conclusion, the policy is developed for the promotion of private participation in geographic information system projects.

영업비밀 관련 또는 특허문제로 소송이 빈번하게 발생하는 요즘 특허 전쟁에 있어서도 해당 정보를 적절하게 보호하고 유지하기 위한 특허정보 관리체계에 있어서의 정보보안은 매우 중요한 요인으로 인식되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 보안사고가 발생했을 경우, 이에 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 방안들에 대해 기업 전반에 걸쳐 인지될 필요성 또한 부각되고 있으며 이를 가능하게 해주는 방안으로 국제인증 기준이 떠오르고 있다. 각종 정보보호의 중요성에 따른 기업 관리시스템들이 이러한 인증체계를 도입 및 운영하고 있는 추세이며 이를 뒷받침 해주기 위해 특허법을 비롯하여 관련 컴플라이언스를 준수하기 위한 개인정보보호법(안전성 확보조치), 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률과 같은 정보보호 법률을 기준으로 제시할 수 있다. 사례 기업에서는 이 중 정보보호 국제인증의 대표격인 ISO27001을 바탕으로 현재 특허관련 기업에 필요한 정보보호관리체계를 정립 및 적용하였다. 해당 정보보호 관리체계는 특허관련 업무분장에서 주요하게 다루어지지 않았던 기술적, 관리적, 물리적 보안에 대한 부적합사항을 충족시키고 특허정보보호업무, 감사업무, 검사업무, 전산운영 등 분산된 업무를 일관된 업무로 통합하는 효과적인 관리체계가 될 수 있음을 제시하였다.

군 전술정보통신체계(TICN)는 기존 음성 위주 아날로그 방식의 통신기반체계(SPIDER)를 디지털 방식의 IP 통신체계로 대체하는 사업이며, 본 논문은 해당 체계 도입 초기에 발생하였던 라우팅 루핑 문제 해결에 대한 연구 논문이다.

쇠퇴되어가고 있는 도시를 부흥시키고자 하는 도시재생 사업의 성공을 위해서는 종합적인 정보체계를 갖추어야만 한다. 먼저 정확한 데이터를 통한 도시의 쇠퇴현황을 진단하고 쇠퇴의 유형에 따른 올바른 대상지를 선정하여야 하며 주민의 참여를 유도하는 정보체계 및 사업의 모니터링을 통한 지속적인 관리체계를 수립할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 도시재생을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 정보체계를 도시재생종합정보시스템를 중심으로 제안하고 운영관리방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 정보체계 속에 유기적인 정보의 활용을 통해 우리나라 도시재생 사업의 효과적인 수행을 기대할 수 있다.

대한결핵협회는 지난 1965년도부터 매년 5년 간격으로 우리나라 결핵문제의 크기 및 추세를 파악하기 위해 표본조사통계방법인 전국결핵실태조사를 실시해 왔으며 이어 2000년도에는 인터넷 웹 기반의 전국결핵정보감시체계 구축을 통해 현행 결핵관리체계 안에서 공공의료부문과 민간의료부문을 통합 연계하는 정보수집 및 감시체계를 구축, 새로운 패러다임의 2000년대 결핵관리 정보체계를 개발 실시하고자 한다. 이에 올해 실시되는 전국결핵감시체계에 관해 살펴보고자 한다.
