최근 정보통신 및 컴퓨터 산업이 발달함에 따라 해킹 및 바이러스, 산업정보 유출과 같은 컴퓨터를 이용한 범죄가 증가하고 있으며, 범죄에 사용되는 프로그램들이 점차 다양화 되고, 사용되는 데이터의 양 또한 급격히 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 컴퓨터 범죄를 수사하는 디지털 포렌식 과정에서 시간과 인력 및 범용적인 면에서 방대한 정보들을 모두 분석하기란 현실적으로 어려운 일이다. 그러므로 디지털 증거 분석과정에 앞서 획득한 정보들 중 컴퓨터 범죄와 상관이 없는 정보들을 제거하여 분석할 데이터의 양을 줄이므로 디지털 증거 분석 과정에서 소요되는 인력 및 각종 비용 등을 줄일 수 있다. 이를 위해 국외에서는 이러한 정보들을 웹사이트를 통해 공개 및 제공하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 정보들은 국내에서 발생하는 컴퓨터 범죄를 수사 및 분석하는데 적합하지 않은 경우가 많다. 그러므로 국내의 환경에 맞는 정보를 제공하기 위한 방법 및 제도적인 개선이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 정보를 제공하기 위한 방법 및 제도개선 방안을 제안하였다.

웹접근성은 능력, 기술이나 상황에 관계없이 모든 인터넷 사용자에게 제공되는 정보와 서비스의 가용성을 의미한다. 시각 장애인, 난독중자, 청각장애인 등과 같은 사용자 그룹은 대부분의 웹사이트에서 접근장벽을 경험하고 있다. 한국의 공공기관 웹사이트에 대한 접근성 보고도 2003년 최초로 발표되었으나, 지방 자치단체에 관한 것은 발표된 바 없다. 본 연구에서는 충북지역의 웹 접근성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 거의 보든 대상 사이트가 접근성이 떨어지며, 접근성 교육이 웹 관리자나 프로그래머에게 시급히 필요한 것으로 보인다.

본 논문은 Windows 플랫폼에서 마우스 움직임 데이터를 수집하고 이를 웹사이트와 통합하여 시각화하는 서비스의 개발을 제시한다. 이 서비스는 마우스 움직임 데이터의 수치화와 표현을 가능하게 하여 사용자 행동에 대한 유용한 통찰력을 제공한다. 윈도우를 기반으로 마우스 움직임 데이터를 수집하여 데이터베이스에 데이터를 저장한다. 데이터베이스에 저장된 데이터는 실시간으로 연동하여 시각화하여 웹사이트를 통하여 보여준다. 본 연구를 통해 무의미하게 여겨질 수 있는 데이터를 사용자에게 의미있게 전환하여 보여주기 위한 시도를 하였다.

최근 온라인 마케팅 트렌드는 개인화된 서비스의 제공이다. 인터넷 환경의 대중화와 SNS(Social Networking Service), 모바일 환경의 보급으로 사용자는 쉽게 정보에 노출된다. 이런 환경에서 웹사이트나 애플리케이션, SNS에 대해 사용자의 패턴과 관심사를 분석하여 개인화된 서비스를 제공하게 된다. 데이터 분석은 빅 데이터 환경으로 분석되며 이렇게 분석된 개인화 정보는 사용자와 연관성이 높은 정보를 노출함으로 인해 효율적인 정보의 소비와 더불어 마케팅 효과를 누릴 수 있고, 온라인 서비스나 애플리케이션 제공자에게 사용자도 모르게 제공된 개인의 정보 소비 패턴으로 나타내어진다. 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 서버에 저장된 개인화 데이터는 보안적으로 해킹에 취약할 수 있고, 관리하는 서비스 제공자에게 있어서도 유지보수에 비용이 발생함과 동시에 사용자의 개인정보를 과도하게 수집하게 되는 우려가 나타난다. 개인화 서비스 제공의 단점을 극복하고자 HTML5 Local-Storage 기능을 사용하여 브라우저 환경에서 웹 기반 서비스를 이용하는 사용자의 정보이용 패턴을 저장하여 데이터를 사용자 측면의 저장소에 보관함으로 보다 안전하고 적은 비용으로 개인화 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

Internet Website has become part of daily life. The public library tends to use the website for the information service and the public relations as well. This study aims to evaluate the Web Accessibility for improving universal services in five public libraries website, Seoul Area. Accessibility testing are used two method, that is A-Prompt analysis and HTML Validation Evaluation. The results of evaluation showed that they have been in error. Finally this study well be used for web accessibility in library website.

Many organizations have developed their own information systems not only for internal efficiency but also for effectiveness of external customer services. The infusion of powerful information networks into business environments is beginning to have a profound impact on the nature of governance between buyers and sellers in the market place. One of the most effective service tools for their customers is the use of information technology. The web technology is rapidly becoming one of the most effective online customer service tools toward strategic competitive advantage. In order to gain competitive edge, organizations must have effective web sites for customer services. A study on web service development phase has been conducted and present states of web usages by Korean, US., Japanese companies are surveyed. Cases of business web sites are empirically analyzed in order to compare the different levels of web site application in three countries. Conclusively, countries with longer experience with internet has more advanced level of web application such as business transaction and internet process innovation. In order to support effective web site planning, organizations have to understand their current position in Internet application and form strategies for e-business.

본 논문에서는 학회사이트의 중요 정보들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 구축된 지능형 학회 관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현사례를 제시한다. 시스템 운영을 지원 하기위해 회원정보, 기업정보, 논문분야 정보 틴 논문 정보 등의 데이터를 기반으로 데이터마이닝을 수행했으며 데이터마이닝 과정에서 나타난 여러 유용한 규칙들을 제시했다. 분석된 정보를 이용해 회원 위주의 학회 사이트 운영정책과 동적 인터페이스를 제공하기 위한 웹사이트의 개인화 계획을 제시하였다.

Since a 'Well-being' theme had become an issue in 90's, everyone now care about their health more than ever. Besides, IT has been developed so tremendously that we have various ways to collect up-to-dated information through the internet. In this thesis paper, I propose a web site called 'Calory&Diet' that provides customized information on diet. With its user friendly menu and feedback information, the proposed web site can be a good advisor for people who want to be healthy.

This study aims to investigate services of presidential archives in Korea for users who utilize holdings of the archives for scholarly purposes, as well as to examine users' perception of the services. For these purposes, the study analyzed the content of 13 U.S. presidential libraries' Web sites in terms of their research services. In addition, it examined the content of a Korean presidential archives' Web site regarding its research services. Telephone interviews of three staff members of the presidential archives were conducted to better understand the services. With this, three users who have written research papers by using presidential records were interviewed by telephone. It was found that federated search services, access by subjects, and related records of search results were considered necessary by users. A variety of digitized records should be provided online and the services needed should be changed from mere processing of FOIA requests to archival reference services to meet users' needs. Congruently, the presidential archives should provide specialized services to offer records relevant to users' research interests and to provide the compilation of selected records crucial for research.

Clickstream is the information which demonstrate users' path through web sites. Analysis of clickstream shows how web sites are navigated and used by users. Clickstream of online web sites contains effective information of web marketing and to offers usefully personalized services to users, and helps us understand how users find web sites, what products they see, and what products they purchase. In this paper, we present an extended web log system that add to module of collection of clickstream to understand users' behavior patterns In web sites. This system offers the users clickstream information to database which can then analyze it with ease. Using ADO technology in store of database constructs extended web log server system. The process of making clickstreaming into database can facilitate analysis of various user patterns and generates aggregate profiles to offer personalized web service. In particular, our results indicate that by using the users' clickstream. We can achieve effective personalization of web sites.
