It is necessary to develop a service that meets various environmental requirements so that the Internet of things can be applied to the fourth industry in overall. This paper presents a method for extracting IoT devices information to change the current provider centric service provision environment in order to construct a user centered service provision environment for Web services. Also, it provides users to utilize the appropriate web services through taking advantage of IoT devices information. The existing service provision environment is focused on the method of selecting the service using the provider service information, thus, it is considered necessary for a user-oriented service search method to be in need. In this study, the service list is provided to the user by combining provider information and information extracted from IoT Devices. IoT information collection generates information by separating context information such as information between IoT devices and users and event information between devices through identifiers. In this paper, we propose a development of a user centric service environment by presenting users with a necessary service list through the proposed IoT information.

객체지향 공간 데이터베이스 시스템에서 공간 데이터 모델을 제공하는 방법은 크게 두 가지로 나누어진다. 첫째 방법은 객체지향 데이터 모델의 확장성을 이용하여 사용자 클래스와 동등한 수준의 공간클래스 라이브러리를 제공하는 방법이고, 둘째 방법은 데이터베이스 시스템을 확장하여 공간 기본 타입과 공간 연산자를 제공하고 이를 데이터베이스 시스템을 확장하여 공간 기본 타입과 공간 연산자를 제공하고 이를 데이터베이스 언어에 반영하는 방법이다. 기존의 객체지향 공간 데이터베이스 시스템들은 주로 첫 번째 방법에 기반한 공간 데이터 모델을 제공하지만, 이는 여러 가지 문제를 야기시킨다. 본 논문에서는 공간 클래스 라이브러리로 제공된 공간 데이터 모델의 문제점들을 분석하고, 그러한 문제점들을 모두 해결하는 시스템 수준 공간 데이터 모델을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 손쉬운 방법으로 자신의 건강 정보를 제공받을 수 있는 방법을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위한 입력 정보로는 지문 정보를 사용하며, 입력된 지문 정보를 분석하여 사상 체질을 분류하고 각 사람에 맞는 건강 정보를 제공하는 콘텐츠를 구축하고자 한다. 특히 지문유형에 따른 패턴 분석을 통해 사상체질을 분류하고 분류된 사상체질로부터 체질별 건강정보를 제공하고자 한다. 끝으로 실험을 통해 제안한 방법의 유용성을 입증하고자 한다.

본 논문은 인터넷에서 주민등록번호가 유출 또는 도용되고 있는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 인터넷 사업자에게 이용자의 중복가입을 확인할 수 있는 방법 DI(Duplicated Information) 와 사업자간 동일 사용자를 식별하는 방법 CI(Connecting Information)을 제안한다. 인터넷 사업자가 이용자의 인터넷 사이트에 중복으로 가입하는 것을 확인 할 수 있는 정보를 제공하기 위한 중복 가입확인 정보 메시지 형식 규정을 제안하고, 인터넷 사업자가 타 인터넷 사업자와 연계 정보, 포인트 적립 등 제휴 서비스를 제공하기 위해 동일 이용자를 식별 할 수 있도록 연계 정보 메시지 형식 규격을 제안한다. 이용자의 개인 정보를 보호하는 수단을 제공하고 인터넷 사업자에게는 이용자의 유일성을 확인할 수 있는 수단을 제공할 것이다.

This paper presents a development of court auction information system using time series forecasting. The system forecast a highest bid price for claim analysis, and it is designed to offer an quota information by the bid price. For this realization, we implemented input interface of object data and web interface of information support. Input interface can be input, update and delete function and web interface is support some information of court auction object. We propose a forecasting method of a highest bid price for auto-claim analysis with real time information support and the results are verified the feasibility of the proposed method by experiment.

이더넷 환경에서 시간에 민감한 데이터를 전송하기 위해 각 장치들은 시간 동기를 맞출 필요가 있다. 동기식 이더넷에서는 정확한 시간 동기를 위해 IEEE 1588의 서브넷 개념을 이용한다. 현재 연구되고 있는 동기 방법은 LAN상의 장치 중 하나의 기준 되는 동기 정보를 제공하는 장치를 선정하고 이 장치에 의해 다른 모든 장치가 동기를 맞추는 방법을 이용한다. 본 논문은 이러한 동기 정보를 제공하는 장치를 선정하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 기존의 동기 방법과는 달리 동기 정보를 제공하는 장치를 선정하는 동시에 통신하는 장치와 동기를 맞추게 된다. 제안된 방법으로 기존 이더넷에서 시간에 민감한 데이터 전송을 동기화하여 전송 할 수 있고 나아가 무선 통신 및 IEEE 1394와의 연계를 통한 네트워크 전반적인 백본망으로 구성 될 수 있다.

최근 온라인 환경에서 다양한 컨텐츠들이 의사소통의 매개체로 활용되고 있다. 하지만 많은 사용자들은 다양한 형태로 되어있는 정보를 공유, 전달하기 위해 기존 주로 사용되는 의사소통 방법인 문자, 음성으로 변환해야하는 불편함을 겪고 있다. 본 고에서는 온라인 환경에서 사용자들간의 의사소통 방법으로써 원하는 정보를 쉽게 전송하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법(Information-Picker)은 사용자가 타인에게 전송하려는 정보를 정해진 표식으로 지정하거나 종이에 쓰고, 근접 센서를 통해 사용자가 전송의사를 입력하면, 그 내용을 이미지 센서를 통해 입력 받아 적합한 정보 형태로 변환하여, 타인에게 전송하는 방식이다. Information- picker 는 온라인 환경에서 사용자들간의 의사소통에 있어서 방법의 폭을 넓히는 측면뿐만 아니라, 입력하려는 정보를 센서에 근접시키는 직관적인 인테페이스를 제공하여 사용자로 하여금 쉽고 폭 넓은 의사소통의 편의를 제공할 수 있으며, 특히 현 상황에서의 온라인 사용자들간의 의사전달의 한계를 개선하고, 더욱 풍부한 의도 표현 수단을 제공 할 수 있다.

항해 안전 강화 및 자율운항선박 대응을 위하여 디지털 항로표지 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 해양 상황 및 선박 맞춤의 디지털 항로표지 서비스 연구를 수행하였다. 선박 맞춤의 항로표지 생성을 위한 해양 상황 정보 및 선박 위치 정보 수집 방법과 서버와 단말간의 디지털 항로표지 정보 제공 방안이 요구된다. 이러한 요구에 따라 서비스 표준 및 부처의 시스템을 활용하여 서비스를 제공하는 방법에 대하여 검토하였다. 국립해양측위정보원에서는 GICOMS에서 제공하는 선박 및 항로표지 정보를 수집하고 있으며, 이 시스템과 연동하여 디지탈 항로표지를 생성을 수행할 수있다. 또한 서비스 제공을 위하여 AIS 및 S-100 기반의 서비스 제공 표준이 있으며, 이 표준을 활용하여 서비스 제공이 가능할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 제공을 위한 시스템을 제안하였으며, 실내 시험을 통하여 기능을 점검하였다. 추후 실외시험을 통하여 실제 시스템 구성 운영을 검증하며, GICOMS 연동의 가상 항로표지 방송 시스템을 구성하여 AIS 서비스 제공 방안에 대하여 검토할 예정이다.

Wireless communication technologies including vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) enable the development of more sophisticated and effective traffic information systems. This study presents a method to estimate vehicular travel times in a vehicular ad hoc network (VANET) environment. A novel feature of the proposed method is estimating individual vehicle travel times through advanced on-board units in each vehicle, referred to as self-estimated travel time in this study. The method uses travel information including vehicle position and speed at each given time step transmitted through the V2V and V2I communications. Vehicle trajectory data obtained from the VISSIM simulator is used for evaluating the accuracy of estimated travel times. Relevant technical issues for successful field implementation are also discussed.
