Factors that Affect Sharing Cyber Threat Information in South Korea (국내 사이버위협 정보 공유에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting cyber threat information provision in order to activate cyber threat information sharing in Korea. In particular, we looked at the intention to provide simple information and important information according to the importance of information. The research method was conducted on the information security practitioners' online survey in terms of users of information sharing system. And empirical analysis was conducted. As a result of the study, only the CEO's attitude influenced the intention to provide simple information. On the other hand, important information was influenced not only by the CEO's attitude but also by the information evaluation system, privatization, and mitigating legal penalties. The results of this study can identify the problems of the cyber threat information sharing system in Korea. And we can confirm the priority of improvement and the change of information providing intention before and after improvement of information sharing system.

  • The purposed of this research is to develop multimedia content usage analysis service platform. In the proposed platform, the content gazing behaviors of the users are monitored and profiled in real-time and a set of quantifiable metrics is provided. These metrics are used to determine the closeness of the users' behavior from the intent set by the provider. Based on the evaluation, it is possible to assess the effectiveness of the contents themselves as well. The content usage assessment is accomplished by utilizing the intention flow and the intent weight, which are embedded into the content by the content provider. Proposed methodology can be effectively applied and used in various application domains such as in education and in commercial advertisements.

Impact of Information Offering and Relational Benefits on Online Purchashing Intention of Cultural Products: Difference between Stage and Screen (정보제공과 관계혜택이 문화상품 온라인구매의도에 미치는 영향: 공연상품과 상영상품의 차이)

  • With the development of the culture industry, online transactions of cultural products are being activated, and offering information and establishing relationship with customers in web-site have an important influence on online purchase decision making. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of information and relational benefits provided by online sales sites of cultural products on online purchasing intention, and to reveal through empirical analysis whether these influences show a difference between stage products and screen products. Looking at the results of the study, first, in the case of the whole, both information offering and relational benefits have a significant effect on online purchasing intention. Second, in the case of stage products(plays), product understanding information, economic relational benefits, and customization relational benefits showed significant effects, but product purchasing information showed no significant influence. Third, in the case of screen products(movies), product purchasing information and economic relational benefits showed a significant effect, but product understanding information and customization relational benefits had no significant effect. In conclusion, the impact of information offering and relational benefits on online purchasing intention differs according to cultural products, and economic relational benefit is found to be an important influencing factor on online purchase decision making in all cases. These research results are expected to be helpful in establishing differentiated marketing strategies including customer relationship management in online transactions of cultural products.

  • 본 논문은 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 사용자 간의 의도충돌 해결을 위한 컨텍스트 관리기를 제안한다. 사용자 간의 의도충돌이란 여러 사용자들이 환경 내의 디바이스를 공유하며 사용함으로 인해 서비스가 적절하게 제공되지 못하는 상황이다. 이러한 사용자 간의 의도충돌은 한 순간에 여러 명의 사용자가 컨텍스트 인식 응용서비스를 이용하는 경우 발생하며 컨텍스트를 단순히 이용하는 것만으로는 해결하기 쉽지 않다. 제안된 컨텍스트 관리기는 이러한 사용자간 의도충돌을 해결하기 위해 사용자의 컨텍스트를 반영하여 상황에 적합한 사용자 컨텍스트를 선택하도록 한다. 또한 현재 서비스를 받고 있는 사용자의 의도를 침해하지 않도록 하기 위해 실행되고 있는 서비스의 컨텍스트와 선택된 사용자의 컨텍스트를 반영하여 서비스 실행을 결정한다. 그리고 사용자가 서비스에 대한 사용철회를 명시적으로 하지 않아도 서비스의 컨텍스트 전환이 가능하도록 환경내의 사용자 컨텍스트를 관리한다. 실험 결과, 제안된 컨텍스트 관리기가 다중사용자 환경에서 기존의 단일 사용자를 위한 컨텍스트 관리기 보다 상황에 적절하게 반응함을 보였다. 따라서 제안된 컨텍스트 관리기는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 다중 사용자들이 서비스를 공유하며 사용함에 따라 발생되는 사용자 간의 의도충돌을 감지하고 이를 해결하여 개인화된 서비스가 적절하게 제공되는데 중요한 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대된다.

A Web-based Conversational Agent (웹기반 대화형 에이전트)

  • As the amount of information on Internet sites increases, it becomes more necessary to provide information in efficient ways. However, information search methods based on Boolean combination of keywords that most sites provide are difficult to express user's intention adequately so that there are numerous unexpected search results. This paper proposes a conversational agent that provides users with accurate information in a friendly manner through natural language conversation. The agent recognizes user's intention by applying finite state automata to natural language queries, utilizes the intention for structured pattern matching with response knowledge, and thus provides answers that are robust against changes in word order and consistent with the user's intention. To show its practical utility, the agent is applied to the problem of introducing a Web site. The results show that the conversational agent has the ability to provide accurate and friendly responses.

전자 카달로그 특성요인이 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사용자의 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 국내 전자상거래 규모가 확대됨에 따라 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사업자들은 전자카달로그를 구축하여 예측된 시장규모에 대비하고 있다. 특히 고객을 유인할 수 있는 제품에 대한 전자카달로그의 정보제공의 질이 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 먼저 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 컨텐츠 관련 기존 연구조사를 바탕으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사용자의 구매의도에 영향을 주는 전자카달로그 특성요인을 추출하고, 이를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 실증분석결과 전자카달로그 특성요인 중 충실성, 최신성, 상호작용성, 구조성이 고객의 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론부분에서는 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사업자에게 시사점을 제시하였다

사용자 의도 정보를 사용한 웹문서 분류

  • 복잡한 시맨틱을 포함한 웹 문서를 정확히 범주화하고 이 과정을 자동화하기 위해서는 인간의 지식체계를 수용할 수 있는 표준화, 지능화, 자동화된 문서표현 및 분류기술이 필요하다. 이를 위해 키워드 빈도수, 문서내 키워드들의 관련성, 시소러스의 활용, 확률기법 적용 등에 사용자의도(intention) 정보를 활용한 범주화와 조정 프로세스를 도입하였다. 웹 문서 분류과정에서 시소러스 등을 사용하는 지식베이스 문서분류와 비 감독 학습을 하는 사전 지식체계(a priori)가 없는 유사성 문서분류 방법에 의도정보를 사용할 수 있도록 기반체계를 설계하였고 다시 이 두 방법의 차이는 Hybrid조정프로세스에서 조정하였다. 본 연구에서 설계된 HDCI(Hybrid Document Classification with Intention) 모델은 위의 웹 문서 분류과정과 이를 제어 및 보조하는 사용자 의도 분석과정으로 구성되어 있다. 의도분석과정에 키워드와 함께 제공된 사용자 의도는 도메인 지식(domain Knowledge)을 이용하여 의도간 계층트리(intention hierarchy tree)를 구성하고 이는 문서 분류시 제약(constraint) 또는 가이드의 역할로 사용자 의도 프로파일(profile) 또는 문서 특성 대표 키워드를 추출하게 된다. HDCI는 문서간 유사성에 근거한 상향식(bottom-up)의 확률적인 접근에서 통제 및 안내의 역할을 수행하고 지식베이스(시소러스) 접근 방식에서 다양성에 한계가 있는 키워들 간 관계설정의 정확도를 높인다.

The Effect Relationship between SNS Tourism Information Service Quality and Information Sharing Intention (SNS 관광정보 서비스품질과 정보공유의도 간 영향관계)

  • The objectives of this study are to suggest useful directions for promotion of SNS tourism information service to the service providers through investigating the effect relationship between SNS tourism information service quality and the information sharing intention. To achieve the objectives, as a conceptual framework of the study, the literature on SNS tourism information service quality and information sharing intention were reviewed, and the empirical studies on the perception of the service users about the services was conducted. The findings showed that the 'easy acquisition' and 'interactivity' factors of SNS tourism information service quality have an effect on the information sharing intention. Accordingly, the service providers are required to enhance the service quality related to the information acquisition and interaction between users.

  • Consumers' enhanced intention to adopt the Mydata service or their voluntary provision of personal information is a very essential element in the stable growth of the Mydata industry along with the creation of corporate values. The growing leakage of customer information according to the rising value of data can have negative impacts on the use of Mydata service and shrink quality custom service needs based on the personal information provided by financial consumers. This study set out to identify security risks that financial consumers could recognize and security factors that could supplement them and investigate the effects of these security factors on consumers' intention to adopt the Mydata service, thus providing useful implications for increasing the acceptance of financial consumers and finding a strategy to expand safe utilization. The findings raise a need to guarantee the stability and transparency of information provided by customers as information subjects, and they should be essential requirements for the Mydata service. The security factors applied to guarantee them should include convenience in terms of financial service.

  • Many online shopping sites now offer personalized recommendation systems to improve consumers' shopping experiences by lowering costs (time, cost, etc.), catering to consumers' tastes, and stimulating consumers' potential shopping needs. So far, domestic and foreign research on the personalized recommendation system has mainly focused on the field of computer science, which is advantageous for obtaining accurate personalized recommendation results for users but difficult to continuously track the users' psychological states or behavioral intentions. This study attempted to investigate the effect of the characteristics of the personalized recommendation system in the online shopping environment on consumer perception and purchase intention for consumers using the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model. The analysis results adopted all hypotheses on the effect of the quality of the personalized recommendation system and information quality on trust and perceived value. Through the empirical results of this study, the factors influencing consumers' use of personalized recommendation system can be identified. In order to increase more purchase, online shopping companies need to understand consumers' tastes and improve the quality of the personalized system by improving the recommendation algorithm thus to provide more information about products.
