웹은 제작과 사용이 간편하다는 이점으로 인해 사용인구가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 또한 웹은 지역, 성별, 연령에 관계없이 사용할 수 있는 보편적인 특성을 지니고 있다. 이러한 웹의 보편적 특징은 특히 장애인들을 위해서 웹 접근성이라는 용어로 사용되고 있다. 이러한 웹 접근성을 평가하기 위해 국내 정부기관 웹 사이트와 국제기구 웹 사이트를 비교 평가하였다. 특히, 웹 접근성평가는 평가자의 기준에 의해 평가결과가 모호하며 평가결과가 상당부분 왜곡되어 있다는 문제점이 있다. 또한 이러한 문제점은 데이터테이블에서 두드러지게 나타난다. 본 연구에서는 데이터 테이블의 왜곡된 평가에 대한 문제점을 도출하고 그러한 문제점을 수정하여 국내외 웹 사이트들을 비교 평가하였다. 평가결과, 국내외 웹 사이트의 데이터 테이블에 대한 웹 접근성은 많은 격차가 존재하였으며, 웹 접근성 준수 여부는 지침의 기술적 준수뿐만 아니라 웹 사이트 설계 시 화면 구성에 의해서도 결정되어 짐을 제시하였다.

Acquisition of information through the broadcast media is essential for modern life and each broadcaster has progressed its service over the internet with the development of digital technology. Under this circumstance, this study presented the results which compared and analyzed the web accessibility evaluation for Korea, USA, and Japan's leading broadcaster web sites. According to the study results, there was no significant difference in the level of accessibility in all web sites of three countries, but accessibility compliance rate such as alternate text, skip-navigation of repeated region, and title was somewhat insufficient for Korean web sites. In addition, accessibility errors in the brightness contrast of the text contents, the run of the functions that a user doesn't have any intention, the clear statement of the default language, and the label provision were investigated. Therefore, Korean broadcasters should urgently improve and modify these errors and problems for effective web accessibility.

Web accessibility refers to the practice of providing equal access to web sites to people without and with disability. This study aims to investigate the web content accessibility of 153 university libraries in Korea, and further suggest the approach to implement an effective university library web site to meet Korean Web Content Accessibility Guidelines(KWCAG). Survey was conducted with two steps. The first step was to find out the general level of web accessibility of all university library web sites using an automatic appraisal tool, KADO-WAH2.0, and the detailed examination of web accessibility check items was limited to 19 web sites which proved excellent in automatic appraisal. Regretfully, the result says that there is no perfect web site. Therefore every university library is advisable to make good use of the findings to meet all the requirements of KWCAG. In particular, the basic requirements, such as voice service, resizing and highlighting text, must be fulfilled by priority and to almost all contents.

지리적으로 분산된 이 기종의 유휴 자원들을 서로 연결하여 가상의 고성능 컴퓨팅 자원으로 사용하는 그리드에서 자원에 대한 접근 제어 시스템의 구축은 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 자원에 대한 접근 제어 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 특히, 그리드 환경 구축 시 가장 많이 사용되는 Globus Toolkit을 기반으로 하고 각 자원을 제공하는 사이트의 자율성을 보장하는 자원 접근 제어 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

인터넷의 급격한 기술 발전으로 기존의 물리적 공간에서는 상상할 수 없었던 손쉽고 다양한 서비스가 하루가 멀다하고 나타나고 있다. 하지만, 장애인, 노인 등 정보 취약계층들은 웹 상에서 나타나는 서비스 개발자 및 제공자의 배려 부족으로, 이러한 서비스에 접근조차 하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이를 해결하기 위해 W3C, 미국, 일본, 우리나라에서는 웹 접근성에 대한 기술 표준을 제정하고 이의 준수를 제고하기 위한 다양한 활동을 진행 중에 있다. 본 글에서는 웹 접근성과 관련한 다양한 표준 동향을 살펴보고, 이에 대한 대응방안을 제시하고자 한다.

In recent years, the efforts for standards of Web contents accessibility and improvements of Web accessibility are expanded in the government, public institutions, university, enterprises. Korean Web Accessibility Guidelines, KWCAG 2.0, by comparison with 1.0, was able to provide more define alternative text in terms of image content, enhance guidance for accessing and use of the keyboard and for a clear distinction of data tables. In this paper, we developed a CMS(Content Management System) for everyone to be able to access to information easily in the mobile/web environments that are changing rapidly. The CMS, which is developed in this paper, is designed and manufactured based on KWCAG, W3C XHTML-1.0-Strict DTD, W3C CSS2 web accessibility and web standards. CMS builder is a WYSIWYG manner making it easy to use and manage, as well as a variety of the web was to operate in a mobile environment.

학교생활에서 학사업무의 생산성은 물론 구성원들의 편리하고 효율적인 학습활동 지원을 통하여 학습자의 교육 생산성을 높이기 위한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술을 이용한 U-캠퍼스 구축이 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 U-캠퍼스 환경에서 여러 가지 상황 정보를 고려한 동적 접근 제어 메커니즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 동적 접근 제어 메커니즘은 기존의 역할 기반의 접근 제어(RBAC) 모델을 확장하여 사용자에게 부여된 역할 활성화 상태에 따라 접근 권한을 부여하는 방법으로, 상태검사 에이전트(agent)와 상황인식 에이전트, 상황인식 매트릭스(CAM)에 의한 위치와 시간 및 시스템 자원과 같은 여러 가지 동적인 상황 정보를 고려하여 효율적으로 권한을 부여 할 수 있다.

감성정보관리시스템은 주거ㆍ사무환경에 속한 6개 분야의 연구과제에서 생성된 피험자의 생리신호와 주관적 감성평가 데이터를 통합 관리하는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 여러 형태의 감성평가 실험데이터를 데이터베이스에 저장ㆍ처리하기 위해 감성정보 데이터베이스에 대한 접근을 하나의 컴포넌트에 집중시킨 데이터베이스 레퍼(wrapper)를 설계하였다. 이 접근방법은 감성정보 데이터베이스에 대한 단순화된 응용 프로그래밍 인터페이스(API: application programming interface)를 제공함으로써 접근코드를 단순화하여 코딩의 생산성을 높이고, 데이터베이스 접근을 일관성 있게 유지함으로써 프로그램의 오류발생 가능성을 감소 시켰다. 또한 데이터베이스 접근을 캡슐화함으로써 내부 논리의 변경이나 소프트웨어 버전 향상으로 JDBC API가 변경되더라도 영향을 최소화할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 웹 사이트에 접근하는 이용자의 패턴을 분석하여 정보 제공이 보다 용이한 구조로 자동 개선시켜 나가는 적응형 웹 사이트의 구현 방안을 제시한다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 기존 웹 사이트의 구조를 가능한 파괴하지 않는 범위 내에서 웹 사이트론 변경하고자 이용자의 접근 패턴상 연관성은 높으나 접근 경로가 긴 문서들을 추출하여 색인 페이지를 추가 생성한다. 이를 위하여, 먼저 대용량의 웹 서버 로그 데이터를 대상으로 하이퍼 링크 구조에 따라 필터링된 최후 전진 문서만을 가지고 데이터 시퀀스를 구성한다. 이러한 데이터 시퀀스에 새로운 순차 접근 패턴 탐색 알고리즘인 TPA를 적용함으로써 웹 문서간 충분한 지지도를 갖는 연관성 있는 문서들의 시퀀스를 구한다. 이와같은 빈발 시퀀스들에 대한 색인 페이지를 추가로 생성시켜주는 서비스를 통하여 이용자들의 효과적인 정보 접근을 지원할 수 있는 웹 사이트로의 변경이 가능하다.

최근 고해상도 위성영상정보의 민간 사용이 활발해지면서 기존에 널리 알려진 위성영상정보 응용분야 뿐만 아니라 새로운 응용 분야에 대한 적용 가능성이 국제적으로 여러 가지 방향으로 모색되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 추세를 반영하여 교통 또는 도시교통 환경분야에서의 위성영상정보의 활용 가능성 및 기존 방법론과의 연계를 분석하고, 시험적으로 프로토타입 프로그램을 소개하고자 한다. 일반적으로 교통문제에서의 접근성 분석은 일종의 중력모델로 설명이 가능하며, 교통계획 수립시에 대안 도로 계획선정이나 대중교통 노선결정시에 많이 이용되고 있다. 접근성 분석에 대한 개념은 비교적 간단하여, 교통분석대상구역의 임의 지역에서 유인 요인과 거리를 변수로 하여 적용 목적에 부합되는 대상 지점까지의 정량적 지수정보를 얻도록 하여 몇 가지 결과로부터 출발지점에서 목적지점 또는 대상 지점까지의 손익비용산출에 대한 정보를 얻는 방식이다. 최근에 GIS를 통하여 구축된 교통 데이터베이스정보와 공간분석 기법을 통하여 수행하는 경우가 많으나 현재까지 위성영상정보가 이용된 경우는 거의 보고된 바가 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정사위성 실제 교통시설물이나 교통 대상 객체의 육안 식별이 가능한 고 해상도 위성영상정보는 이러한 출발지-목적지 선정에 적용될 수 있다는 점에 착안하여 기존에 교통분야에서 개발된 몇 가지의 교통 접근성 산출 알고리듬에 위성영상정보가 연계되어 적용될 수 있는 가능성을 검토하였다.
