In the climate of increasing calls for academic assessment, the author undertook a study to ascertain availability of original texts and their translations in the academic library. The object of this study is to compare the use frequency of original texts by academic major of users in the university libraries. To achieve this object, the author collected the data stored in 3 Korean university library online systems from September 10th to 30th, 1995 and tested the hypotheses by using the Minitab statistical package. This paper proposed semiotic model to explain representation process of time in cinema. Limitations of cinematic narratology which explain representation process of time in cinema were indicated, then alternative explanations of Deleuzian philosophy of cinema were proposed. After discussion about articulations of cinematic code, Deleuzian concept of movement-image was suggested as semiotic minimal unit of cinema. In cinema, Movement-image is divided two different aspects ; "normal movement-image" and "abnormal movement-image". Therefore, two different semiotic representation process of time was reconstructed in accordance with Peircean semiosis theory. In this two different semiotic process, modern cinema emphasize the direct representation process of time with "abnormal movement-image". As Deleuze indicated, The "time-image" is presented in this semiotic process. The "time-image" makes it possible to consider "time itself" as philosophical fact which is laid between reality and cinema, This semiotic process more emphasizes pure expressionality than representationality. Deleuzian philosophical journey through cinema was started in this point.

1990년대 중반부터 소개되어 선진기업의 적용 성공사례가 제시되고 있는 지식경영은 21세기를 앞둔 모든 기업들의 관심사가 되고 있다. 지식경영은 지식의 가치를 새롭게 인식하여 조직전체에 지식중심의 경영혁신을 일으키는 경영철학이며 신 경영패러다임을 요구하는 지식사회에서 기업이 생존할 수 있는 유일한 방편이기도 하다. 본 논문에서는 21세기 패러다임의 변화를 분석하여 지식의 중요성과 신 패러다임에 지식경영이 적절한지 여부를 고찰하였고 지식경영 구현을 위한 지식관리시스템 구축 방법론을 제시하였다.

SOA 플랫폼은 비즈니스의 신속한 변화와 지속적인 최적화를 지원할 수 있도록 SOA 철학을 반영한 기본소프트웨어 인프라이다. SOA 플랫폼은 서비스를 생성하고 관리하는 서비스 라이프사이클 환경, 사용자에게 서비스의 전달을 담당하는 서비스 전달 네트워크, 서비스 수행과 서비스 제공 수준을 통제하는 서비스 통제 플랫폼 그리고 비즈니스 어플리케이션을 토대로 서비스 생성에 기반이 되는 기저 어플리케이션 플랫폼으로 구성된다. 현재 시장에서는 서비스 라이프사이클 환경과 기저 어플리케이션 플랫폼이 주로 적용되고 있으며, 향후에는 서비스 전달 네트워크와 서비스 통제 플랫폼의 적용이 점진적으로 증가될 것으로 예상된다.

Although the recent interest in and favor for natural burial has increased, there are still few who choose it as a funeral. The purpose of the study is to supply necessary information to promote the choice of natural burial. For this a survey of 430 students and residents was conducted in Daejeon. The result of the research is as follows. First, there is a significant difference in use intention of natural burial by age and religion. People under the age of 30 and Catholic believers recorded the highest score in use intention of natural burial. Second, there was a significant difference in information on natural burial by age or religion, in religion and philosophy by age, in physical environment by sex or age, and in conservation by sex or age. In general, the lower the age, the higher the positive perception of natural burial was. While females had a more positive perception of physical environment than males, males had a more positive perception of conservation than females. All sub factors of the perception of natural burial such as information on natural burial, funeral style, religion and philosophy, physical environment and conservation had a significant and positive effect on its use intention. However, ratio skew showed that religion and philosophy had the strongest effect on use intention of natural burial, followed by funeral style, physical environment, conservation, and information on natural burial.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the implications for the domestic media education policy which is still in a state of pace by document research of the case in France which has a long history of media education. France has consistently maintained the tradition of the philosophical value of media education, such as 'the cultivation of consciousness and qualities as a democratic citizen' through legal, policy and educational improvement. At the same time, in the digital era, conceptual expansion was carried out that embraced the concept of 'information' rather than resting on classical media education. This was complemented by education legislation, enforcing information education programs in school, and the manage of CLEMI, the media and information education training organization. It will be necessary to construct software system for media education of Korea through the manage of governmental organization and the cooperation system with related institutes under the constant philosophic direction.

In this article, I will provide a philosophical discourse on digital sexual violence that is a technological version of male violence. First, critical analysis of the mechanism of the spatiality and the temporality of the hidden and illicit camera is developed to focus on the immeasurable damage of this violence. I elaborate a notional division between digital sexual violence and cyber sexual violence. Secondly, the ease of taking images of women's bodies and the rapid transmission of these images through the advancement of digital communication technology and hyperconnectivity, lead to use these images as a new digital monet for men. They consolidate their male solidarity by reaffirming female inferiority and humiliating women. Thirdly, the invention of the structure of the new affect to resist to digital sexual violence is crucial. For that, it would be necessary to pass from the sexual shame to the sexual displeasure and to the socio-political indignation. These would create another opportunity to resist to digital sexual violence.

여타 다른 학문분야에서 주장되지 않는 정보과학(情報科學)에 대한 정립(定立)은 Kari Popper의 제 3 세계 - 객관적(客觀的) 지식(知識)의 세계(世界) - 고도(高度)의 자율성(自律性)을 인정함으로써 발견 될 수 있다는 것을 우선적으로 논의하게 된다. 따라서 정보과학의 임무란 객관적(客觀的) 지식(知識)의 세계(世界)를 탐구(探究)하는 것으로 정의(定議)를 내릴 수 있으며, 또한 도큐멘테이션과 도서관학의 영역을 확대시키는 것도 되지만, 양자(兩者)는 분명히 구별되어야 한다. Popper 식(式)의 존재론은 정보(情報) 개념(槪念) 및 주관적(主觀的) 객관적(客觀的) 지식(知識)들과의 관계가 확대되어 수용되어져야 한다. 그리하여 Popper의 세가지 세계의 공간영역들은 고찰(考察)의 대상이 된다. 인식과 물리적인 공간은 동일(同一)하지 않으며, 이러한 동일성(同一性)의 결여가 정보현상에 대한 적절한 정량화(定量化)를 저지시키는 문제를 발생케하는 요인이 된다고 주장하고 있다.

컴퓨터가 인간의 자연언어를 처리하고 이해하도록 하기 위한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 컴퓨터에 의해 자동으로 구축한 정보의 신뢰성 문제로 인해 그 효용성이 낮다. 따라서 최근에는 웹 2.0 환경에서의 집단지성을 통한 오픈지식의 구축과 지식 간의 링크 정보의 활용이 주목을 받고 있다. 그러나 양질의 지식을 구축하기 위해서는 인간의 개입이 불가피하며 대부분의 오픈지식도 사용자들의 노력에 의존하여 구축되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 자연언어로 작성된 문장의 용어에 대한 태깅 작업을 지원하는 태깅지원 시스템을 개발한다. 개발한 시스템에서는 사용자가 문장을 작성하는 과정에서 자동으로 태깅 가능한 용어를 추천하고, 시스템이 추천한 용어에 대해 사용자는 태그셋(tagset) 에 등록된 태그 및 링크로 태깅을 수행한다. 이 시스템을 이용하여 경제, 과학, 문학, 철학의 4개 분야에 대해 5인의 실험자가 한글문서의 태깅 실험을 수행함으로써 개발한 시스템의 효용성을 확인한다.

The purpose of this study lies in analyzing the limitations and weakness of the existing PDL and proposing the principles for the development of a user-oriented PDL. The user group of PDL that we want to develop is university students. To this end, we investigate the information seeking behavior of the sampled user group, especially, their information needs, information use patterns, and information management patterns. Based on the results, we conceptually propose the systems specifications which the university students wish to be included in the PDL.
