The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effects of characteristics of Leader (authoritarian disposition, procedural justice, job instability) on the organizational commitment of subordinates through abusive supervision and leader-member exchange(LMX). To this end, a survey was performed on the employees under the manager level in a large enterprise in Korea. The results of this study are as follows. First, the Hypothesis 1, 2, and 3 that the characteristics of leader (authoritarian disposition, procedural justice, job instability) will make effects on the organizational commitment of subordinates through abusive supervision were adopted. Second, in the hypotheses that the characteristics of leader (authoritarian disposition, procedural justice, job instability) will make effects on the organizational commitment of subordinates through LMX, Hypothesis 4 of authoritarian disposition, and Hypothesis 6 of job instability were rejected, while only Hypothesis 5 of procedural justice was adopted, as it made effects on the organizational commitment of subordinates through LMX. Third, the Hypothesis 7, 8, and 9 that the characteristics of leader (authoritarian disposition, procedural justice, job instability) will make effects on the organizational commitment of subordinates through abusive supervision and LMX were all adopted. This study is meaningful, in that it identified the structural relationship that the characteristics of leader make effects on the organizational commitment of subordinates through abusive supervision and LMX. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as base materials for new studies on abusive supervision which have been made in diversified ways in Korea and overseas.

TLS 프로토콜은 인터넷 보안에서 가장 널리 사용되는 핵심 기술로서, 핸드쉐이크(handshake) 프로토콜과 레코드 레이어(record layer) 프로토콜로 구성된다. 핸드쉐이크에서 형성된 키를 이용하여 레코드 레이어 프로토콜에서 데이터들에 대해 인증, 무결성, 기밀성과 같은 정보보호 서비스를 제공한다. 이와 같이, TLS 프로토콜은 키 공유라고 하는 고전적인 암호학 문제를 포함하고 있기 때문에, 암호학 연구자들에게 접근성이 매우 뛰어난 연구 주제가 되어 왔다. 이를 반영하듯, 최근에 암호학 분야의 최고 권위 있는 Crypto학회에 TLS 이론 연구에 관한 논문이 연속적인 주제로 게재되었다. 본 논문에서는 최근 Crypto학회 및 eprint에 올라온 TLS와 관련된 최신 연구 동향 및 결과를 분석하여, TLS 프로토콜의 안전성을 연구하였다.

개인의 사생활을 보호하는 것과 법집행기관의 합법적인 도청/복호화 요구 사이에서 균형을 맞출 수 있는 Key Escrow를 스마트 카드를 사용하는 공개키 암호 시스템에서 적용한다. 사용자의 비공개키는 권위있는 기관/키관리센타와의 상호작용 또는 사용자가 만든 비공개키를 escrow하는 신뢰받는 기관과의 상호작용에 의해 만들어지며 time warrant를 가져서 사용자가 세션키를 만드는 프로토콜을 따른다면 합법적인 도청/복호화의 경우 사용자의 비공개키는 공개되지 않는다.

‘광세기의 창조’라는 주제로 지난 9월 2일부터 5일까지 개최되었던 2003국제광산업전시회가 내ㆍ외국인들의 큰 관심속에 개최되었다. 이번 전시회는 국내ㆍ외11개국 163개사에서 269개부스 규모로 참여하여 지난해 전시회와 비슷한 규모로 개최되어 우리 국내의 광산업에 대한 기대와 신지식, 첨단산업으로 발돋음하는 국가전략산업의 면모를 엿볼 수 있었다. 또한 국제적인 광전문학술발표의 장인 국제광자기술학술대회는 프로그램의 다양화 및 국제 권위의 광관련 과학자들을 초청해 광산업의 국제시장동향과 신기술 정보제공에 많은 기여를 하였다. 이에 본지는 4일동안 개최된 이번 전시회의 다양한 행사를 화보로 엮어본다.

본 논문에서는 블로그 공간을 텐서로 표현하고, 이를 분석한다. 분석 결과에 따르면, PARAFAC 분해를 통하여 특정 주제를 나타내는 커뮤니티들을 올바르게 파악할 수 있었으며, 각 커뮤니티에서 영향력 있는 블로그들과 키워드들, 그리고 권위 있는 포스트들을 식별할 수 있었다.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the roles of parents in science learning at the Everyday Science Classroom (ESC). Discourses of 20 parent-child dyads were analyzed to identify the roles of the parents and their significance. Data were also gathered through questionnaires that were made to survey the perception of parents and students of the Everyday Science Classroom (ESC) in Gwanak-gu. The results showed that parents played the role of Guide as well as Learner. Parents as the Guide showed roles of Process guide, Cognitive facilitator, Participation inducer, and Authoritative manager. Parents helped their children to accomplish the experiment successfully (34.5%) and offered cognitive scaffolds (21.3%) and affective scaffolds (8.7%) for children to reach a level of understanding that they could not reach by themselves. However, parents who helped their own children without considering their needs repressed children's autonomous learning (1.6%). The roles of parents as the Learner were categorized into Active learner (16.1%), Collaborative fellow learner (15.1%), and Authoritative leading learner (2.7%). The multiple roles of parents can influence the children's understanding of science in both positive and negative ways. This study can provide basic information on the roles of parents and their interaction with their children. Reflection on positive aspects of parent participation in program development will promote the understanding of science in both parents and children.

인터넷 포털 사이트는 단순한 검색엔진을 넘어 네티즌들이 항해하는 사이버스페이스 그 자체를 의미할 정도로 영역과 개념이 확대되었다. 일반인들뿐만 아니라 전문 연구자도 필요로 하는 학술정보를 포털 사이트에서 서비스하기 때문에 포털 사이트를 많이 이용한다. 그 동안 포털의 검색은 얼마나 많은 정보를 검색 결과로 제시해 줄 것인가 하는 양적인 면에 관심을 두었다. 그러나 최근에는 검색의 질적인 측면에 보다 많은 관심이 주어지고 있다. 이 논문은 포털에서 제공하는 전문 학술정보 검색의 문제점을 제시하고, 주제어 사전 서비스와 연계하여 보다 신뢰성 높은 학술정보를 검색할 수 있게 하기 위한 시범적인 시도이다. 즉, 검증되고 압축적으로 정리된 사전의 표제어와, 해당 표제어를 키워드로 하는 권위있는 연구 성과를 같이 연계시킴으로써, 사전을 검색할 때 연구 성과까지 검색할 수 있게 하여, 검색의 효율성과 정보의 신뢰성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
