최근 인터넷을 사용하연령대가 점점 낮아지고 있어 긍정적인 부분보다 부정적인 측면으로 중독 요인에 대하여 분석하고 인터넷 중독예방을 미연에 방지하기 위해 초등학교 정보통신 윤리교육의 필요성과 중요성이 강조되고 있으며, 다양한 정보통신 윤리교재 개발과 교사 연수 등이 실시되고 있으나 교사와 학부모 대다수는 학교, 사회, 가정에서 정보통신 윤리교육이 매우 미흡하다고 보고 있다. 인터넷의 이용은 교육적 활용에 따라 많은 가치를 지니고 있는 반면 불건전 정보의 유통, 게임 통신 중독, 정보의 오 남용 등의 정보화의 역기능 또한 가지고 있다. 학생의 올바른 정보통신윤리 교육을 위해 설문 조사를 실시하고, 관련연구와 설문결과를 바탕으로 초등학생을 대상으로 한 인터넷 게임 중독 예방을 위한 정보통신윤리교육의 체계적인 교육 내용과 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

현재 초등학교에서는 재량활동 시간을 활용하여 정보통신기술 교육이 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 컴퓨터 교육은 지식기반사회에서 강조되고 있는 ICT 활용 교육에 중점을 두어 구성되어 있으며, 이러한 교육과정 속에서 이루어지는 정보통신 윤리교육은 형식적이고 단순한 지식의 전달 수준에서 그치고 있는 실정이다. 정보화 사회에서 나타나는 부정적 측면의 문제들을 해결하기 위해서는 기본, 기초 교육과정이 이루어지는 초등학교에서 정보통신 윤리교육의 바탕이 세워져야 하고, 그 위에 정보통신 기술교육이 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 형식적이고 단순 전달식의 전통적 정보통신 윤리교육의 틀에서 벗어나 보다 더 큰 교육적 효과를 기대할 수 있는 YP 프로그램을 적용한 정보통신 윤리교육 교수 학습 과정을 개발하여 적용해 보기로 하였다.

It has been to have not only good functions that make us convenient but also side effects that lead to a variety of social problems. Especially, on many statistical data shows the high percentage of adolescent exposed to such side effects. Therefore, it is important for teenagers who needs to build healthy personality to learn information ethics education. In this paper, we have compared and analyzed the existing information ethics education in information curriculum and information ethics education in revision curriculum of 2015. In order to educate the information ethics in the new curriculum, the education priorities of the adolescents according to the exposures of information dysfunction were suggested and the information dysfunctional areas were classified into educational categories. It is expected that information ethics education can be applied more effectively.

In this paper, We analysis actual condition of education about information communication ethics in elementary school and survey negative side effects of information communication ethics, such as, the circulation of unsound information, game addiction, the misuse and overuse of information. we survey recognition level of information communication ethics on the teachers who responsibles the education of the elementary school students and make some suggestions to develope education of information communication ethics based on research results.

인터넷이 발전함에 따라 정보화의 역기능 현상들도 방대해지고 있으며, 그에 대한 피해도 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 정보통신 윤리교육은 학생 개개인의 정보통신 윤리의식 수준과 정보화 역기능의 진단 및 파악 없이 동일한 교육 내용으로 이루어져 있기 때문에 체계화된 정보통신 윤리교육이 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 학생들의 정보통신 윤리의식조차 불명확해지고 있다. 이는 정보화의 역 기능으로 인해 발생되는 문제를 미리 예방할 수 없으며, 그에 대한 대처도 어렵게 하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 학생들의 정보화 사회의 역기능인 인터넷 중독을 진단하고 하위 중독 범주들 간의 연관 관계를 데이터마이닝 기법으로 탐사하여 개인별 추출 결과에 따른 특성화된 정보 통신 윤리 교육 방법을 설계하고자 한다.

Information ethics, which is closely related to changes that occur in information technology, had been comprised of one unit ever since the curriculum was revised in 2007 from whence 'informatics' was established as the first course, and has remained so even after the curriculum was revised in 2015. The purpose of this study was to analyze the degree of content knowledge required of informatics teachers who will teach information ethics by distinguishing the subject from general ethics, and to grasp the status of information ethics education at graduate schools of education. In order to achieve this, the information ethics questions of the informatics teacher appointment exam from years 2002 to 2015 were analyzed as well as the curriculums of 32 graduate schools of education. The results of the study revealed that, first, questions related to information ethics were included in 10 exams, since the 2004 exam. Second, questions related to dysfunction were mainly addressed from the beginning of administering the exam but since 2010 many items related to copyrights, information security, and various addictions were added. Third, 11(33%) of the 32 graduate schools of education with informatics teacher training provide information ethics courses. This study is meaningful in that it will help to better understand the changes needed to update the information ethics related questions of the informatics teacher appointment exam, and to present a direction for information ethics education at graduate schools of education.

컴퓨터는 우리가 살고 있는 사회를 바꾸고 있다. 컴퓨터의 이용으로 편리해 져가는 이른바 정보화시대 속에서 필연적으로 컴퓨터로 인한 파괴적인 또는 반사회적인 행동이 나타나고 있다. 이런 컴퓨터의 사용은 우리에게 윤리적 토대에서 정확하고 올바른 판단과 의사결정을 요구하게 되었다. 컴퓨터 바이러스 유포, 공공기관과 사설 망의 컴퓨터 네트웍에 침입하여 정보파괴, 프로젝트 진행 중 취득하는 정보의 악용하기도 한다. 또 익명성이란 특징의 인터넷 안에서 망가지고 있는 컴퓨터 사용자들의 윤리의식이 사회적인 문제화 되고있다. 이러한 변화는 새로운 컴퓨터 윤리학이라는 분야를 연구를 하는 계기가 되었고 70년대의 태동기를 거쳐서 현재는 적지 않은 연구가 결과가 나오고있는 실정이다. 하나의 학문분야로서 컴퓨터 윤리학은 컴퓨터의 보급과 결과를 또 컴퓨터 기술의 본질과 영향력을 분석하고 컴퓨터 사용을 위한 정책을 제시하고 있다. 컴퓨터의 사용에 대한 기술적 내용은 대부분 학교 교육을 통해 전달되고 있다. 하지만 테크니컬한 컴퓨터 교육의 증가에 따른 국내의 중, 고등교육기관과 대학에서의 컴퓨터 윤리 교육에 대한 관심은 부족한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구는 컴퓨터 윤리과목이 개설되어 있는 교육기관을 파악하여 현재 우리나라의 컴퓨터 윤리 교육에 대한 문제점과 해결 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This is the development of educational content that provides online ethical education to adolescents. Internet oriented education content is not only limited by time and place, but also enables students to do self-motivated study. In addition, it is not unilateral education in which teachers only give lectures but also requires students to seek for information so that they can interact with teachers. Therefore, in this paper, we are going to observe the basic concept and principle of information communication ethnical education, educational contents and how to do self-motivated study to reveal the necessity of implementing educational content. This course of education is compared and analyzed to preceding studies on which online educational contents are established.

식정보사회로 전환되고 있는 현대 사회에서 국가 경쟁력을 기르기 위해 소프트웨어 교육이 중시되고 있고 이에 우리나라 교육부는 '2015 개정 교육과정'에 소프트웨어 교육을 포함시키고 있다. 초등학교에서는 건전한 정보윤리의식과 태도를 갖고 실생활 다양한 문제를 해결하는 절차를 이해하여 컴퓨팅 사고에 대한 기초 역량을 기르는 것을 목표로 하나 교육과정에서 확보된 17시간의 시수로는 정보윤리의식과 컴퓨팅 사고력 모두를 함양시키기는 어렵다. 이에 본 논문에서는 선행연구들을 통해 도덕성의 4구성요소와 컴퓨팅 사고력에 대해 알아보고 이 두 이론 모두 문제해결과정에 초점을 두고 있다는 공통점을 활용하여 초등 소프트웨어 융합교육을 통해 정보윤리의식과 컴퓨팅 사고력 모두 함양할 수 있는 지도의 실제를 연구해 보기로 하였다.

정보화 사회에서의 일원으로 꼭 갖추어야 할 정보통신윤리 덕목들은 기존 산업화 사회에서의 교수-학습방법으로는 부적절하다. 덕 교육 (Virtues Education)은 행위자가 교육의 중심이 되어, 인지 정의 행동의 통합과 공동체주의를 중요시 여겨 학습자 스스로 윤리를 체득하도록 하는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 덕 교육의 장점을 기반으로 학습자가 보다 재미있고 쉬운 학습을 통해 정보통신윤리의 능동적이고 자연스러운 체득이 가능하도록 게임 모형을 개발하였다. 본 게임 모형은 문제 사태를 확인하고, 그에 관련된 규범을 찾고, 규범의 의미와 근거를 찾은 후, 판단을 예측하고, 판단하여 미션을 해결하는 모형이다. 본 모형의 장점 (특징)은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자가 쉽고 재미있게 정보통신윤리 학습을 할 수 있다. 둘째, 게임을 진행하며 윤리의식을 교사가 전달하는 것이 아닌, 학습자 스스로 체득하게 할 수 있다. 셋째, 정보화 사회의 구성원으로서 알맞은 가치관을 확립하여, 정보화 사회의 역기능에 대해 올바르게 판단하고 실천할 수 있다.
