Development Process for User Needs-based Chatbot: Focusing on Design Thinking Methodology (사용자 니즈 기반의 챗봇 개발 프로세스: 디자인 사고방법론을 중심으로)

  • Recently, companies and public institutions have been actively introducing chatbot services in the field of customer counseling and response. The introduction of the chatbot service not only brings labor cost savings to companies and organizations, but also enables rapid communication with customers. Advances in data analytics and artificial intelligence are driving the growth of these chatbot services. The current chatbot can understand users' questions and offer the most appropriate answers to questions through machine learning and deep learning. The advancement of chatbot core technologies such as NLP, NLU, and NLG has made it possible to understand words, understand paragraphs, understand meanings, and understand emotions. For this reason, the value of chatbots continues to rise. However, technology-oriented chatbots can be inconsistent with what users want inherently, so chatbots need to be addressed in the area of the user experience, not just in the area of technology. The Fourth Industrial Revolution represents the importance of the User Experience as well as the advancement of artificial intelligence, big data, cloud, and IoT technologies. The development of IT technology and the importance of user experience have provided people with a variety of environments and changed lifestyles. This means that experiences in interactions with people, services(products) and the environment become very important. Therefore, it is time to develop a user needs-based services(products) that can provide new experiences and values to people. This study proposes a chatbot development process based on user needs by applying the design thinking approach, a representative methodology in the field of user experience, to chatbot development. The process proposed in this study consists of four steps. The first step is 'setting up knowledge domain' to set up the chatbot's expertise. Accumulating the information corresponding to the configured domain and deriving the insight is the second step, 'Knowledge accumulation and Insight identification'. The third step is 'Opportunity Development and Prototyping'. It is going to start full-scale development at this stage. Finally, the 'User Feedback' step is to receive feedback from users on the developed prototype. This creates a "user needs-based service (product)" that meets the process's objectives. Beginning with the fact gathering through user observation, Perform the process of abstraction to derive insights and explore opportunities. Next, it is expected to develop a chatbot that meets the user's needs through the process of materializing to structure the desired information and providing the function that fits the user's mental model. In this study, we present the actual construction examples for the domestic cosmetics market to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed process. The reason why it chose the domestic cosmetics market as its case is because it shows strong characteristics of users' experiences, so it can quickly understand responses from users. This study has a theoretical implication in that it proposed a new chatbot development process by incorporating the design thinking methodology into the chatbot development process. This research is different from the existing chatbot development research in that it focuses on user experience, not technology. It also has practical implications in that companies or institutions propose realistic methods that can be applied immediately. In particular, the process proposed in this study can be accessed and utilized by anyone, since 'user needs-based chatbots' can be developed even if they are not experts. This study suggests that further studies are needed because only one field of study was conducted. In addition to the cosmetics market, additional research should be conducted in various fields in which the user experience appears, such as the smart phone and the automotive market. Through this, it will be able to be reborn as a general process necessary for 'development of chatbots centered on user experience, not technology centered'.

A design and implementation of the video conferencing system on the WWW (웹 기반의 화상회의 시스템의 설계 및 구현)

  • A video conferencing system provides sharing the conference environment for geographically dispersed computer users who use the audio and video information. But the conventional video conferencing systems have some problems which are dependent on specific software and/or hardware and bound the certain platform and network environment. Furthermore the participants must know the information about other participants before joining the conference session and they have to use the same video conferencing system. This paper describes design and implementation of the video conferencing system on the WWW to solve the mentioned problems. The conference applications are transmitted from a WWW server and executed in the participants Web browsers. The participant can carry out conference services by using only the web browser. The WWW server takes charge of conferencing management including the information related to the participants and provides supported conference tools such as whiteboard, chatting and multimedia controls. Therefore the participants can easily join the conference sessions and perform conference working regardless of network connection situations. We used the Java to implement the seamless session connections and interaction between the conference participants which are the most important when implementing the video conferencing system on the WWW and used the ActiveX technology about the audio and video controls to make it easy the hardware control.

Proxy Based Application Digital Signature Validation System (프락시 기반 애플리케이션 전자서명 검증 시스템)

  • As smart phones are becoming popular, an operating system is being used at wearable devices, home appliances and smart TVs. A user is able to use various applications on devices with operating system, but there is an increased threat of hacker. Thus, the technology for detecting the forgery of applications is becoming more important on operating system. To detect the forgery of the application, a digital signature technology is used on the filed of application digital signature. According to W3C recommendation, the signing process of application digital signature must be performed at least twice, and the applications which are signed by the application digital signature have to be validated for all signature files when the application is installed in the operating system. Hence, the performance of the application digital signature validation system is closely related to the installer performance on the operating system. Existing validation system has performance degradation due to redundancy of integrity verification among application components. This research was conducted to improve the performance of the application digital signature validation system. The proposal of validation system which is applied proxy system shows a performance improvement compared to the existing verification system.

멀티빔 자료를 이용한 웹기반의 3차원 해저 지형 가시화

  • 밀티빔 음향 측심기 (Multibeam Echo Sounder)는 탐사선에 수직방향으로 해저면을 주사(Swath)하여, 한번의 송수신(Ping)으로 다중의 빔자료를 얻을 수 있는 측심기로, 해저면에 반사되어 되돌아오는 음파의 음압을 기록하고, 사이드 스캔 소나 자료도 동시에 취득하는 기능을 가지고 있으므로, 측심된 해저 지형(Bathymetry)과 해저 지형을 덮고 있는 해저면의 퇴적 상황(Sediment Environment)도 동시에 얻을 수 있는 다목적 측심기이다. 본 논문에서는 L3사의 Sea Beam 2100 멀티빔 음향 측심기를 통해 얻은 자료를 처리하여, 3차원 공간 데이터인 DEM(Digital Elevation Model)을 생성하고, VRML을 이용한 웹상에서의 해저 지형 가시화를 통해, 세계 어느 곳에서나 웹을 통하여 쉽게 정보를 공유할 수 있는 3차원 해저 지리 정보 시스템의 구현을 목적으로 한다. 멀티빔 음향 측심기를 통해 얻어진 자료는 항해 자료 보정, 음속 보정, 빔 좌표 계산과 분리, 오측심 자료 제거, 조석 보정 등의 단계를 거쳐 측심자료의 정확도 및 신뢰도를 높이는 과정을 거치게 된다. 보정된 멀티빔 음향 측심자료는 무작위 점 사상(Point Topology)으로 산재 되어 있는 빔 자료를 임의의 단위영역으로 변환하는 과정을 거쳐야 하는데, 이 과정을 격자화라고 한다. 자료의 격자화를 통해 3차원 공강 데이터인 DEM 파일을 제작하고, 이 DEM 파일과 음압 영상을 이용해 웹상에서의 3차원 해저 지형의 가시화를 실현한다. 웹상에서의 3차원 지형 가시화에서 방대한 양의 지형 데이터는 데이터 전송 시간과 렌더링 시간에 치명적인 문제이다. 따라서, 렌더링 시간과 데이터 전송 시간을 단축시키기 위한, 지형 자료의 LOD(Level of Detail)를 통해, VRML을 이용한 보다 효과적인 웹상에서의 3차원 해저 지형의 가시화를 실현한다.면 기업은 고객으로 공간적인 제약으로 인한 불신을 불식시키는 신뢰감을 주게 된다. 이러한 고객서비스 향상과 물류비용 절감은 사이버 쇼핑몰이 전국 어디서나 우리의 안방에서 자연스럽게 점할 수 있는 상황을 만들 것이다.SP가 도입되어, 설계업무를 지원하기위한 기본적인 시스템 구조를 구상하게 된다. 이와 함께 IT Model을 구성하게 되는데, 객체지향적 접근 방법으로 Model을 생성하고 UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 Tool로 사용한다. 단계 4)는 Software Engineering 관점으로 접근한다. 이는 최종산물이라고 볼 수 있는 설계업무 지원 시스템을 Design하는 과정으로, 시스템에 사용될 데이터를 Design하는 과정과, 데이터를 기반으로 한 기능을 Design하는 과정으로 나눈다. 이를 통해 생성된 Model에 따라 최종적으로 Coding을 통하여 실제 시스템을 구축하게 된다.the making. program and policy decision making, The objectives of the study are to develop the methodology of modeling the socioeconomic evaluation, and build up the practical socioeconomic evaluation model of the HAN projects including scientific and technological effects.   • This paper describes the method of efficient container number recognition in colored container image with number plate at ATC(Automatic Transfer Crane) in container terminal yard. At the Sinseondae terminal gate in Busan, the container number recognition system is installed by "intelligent port-logistics system technology development", that is government research and development project. It is the method that it sets up the tunnel structure inside camera on the gate and it recognizes the container number in order to recognize the export container cargo automatically. However, as the automation equipment is introduced to the container terminal and the unmanned of a task is gradually accomplished, the container number recognition system for the confirmation of the object of work is required at ATC in container terminal yard. Therefore, the container number recognition system fitted for it is necessary for ATC in container terminal yard in which there are many intrusive of the character recognition through image including a sunlight, rain, snow, shadow, and etc. unlike the gate. In this paper, hardware components of the camera, illumination, and sensor lamp were altered and software elements of an algorithm were changed. that is, the difference of the brightness of the surrounding environment, and etc. were regulated for recognize a container number. Through this, a shadow problem, and etc. that it is thickly below hung with the sunlight or the cargo equipment were solved and the recognition time was shortened and the recognition rate was raised.

  • 새천년에 대한 미래를 생각해보면 우리에게 회망과 동시에 웬지 모를 불안올 주기도 한다. 발전지향적으로 살아 온 우리 인간의 지혜로 말미암아 현대에 살고 있는 우리는 과 거 우리 조상 어느 시대 못지 않게 첨단 과학 기술의 혜택으로 물질적 풍요와 함께 사 상적으로도 신분계급이나 남녀문제나 이데올로기의 극심한 차별이 사라져가는 그야말 로 자유스러운 생활올 맛보고 있다. 그러나 한편으로는 이러한 혜택과 이익을 얻는 대 신 지나친 물질의 생산과 사용의 과다는 우리 환경을 파괴하고 나아가 정신적으로도 물질의 지배를 받게 되는 즉, 물질의 소유와 사용에 따른 삶과 사람의 평가가 횡행하 는 기이한 구조에 우리 자신도 모르는 사이에 말려 들어가 피폐된 정신환경의 진행을 우려하지 않올 수 없다. 누구든지 공감하는 이러한 부분이 아마도 다가올 21세기에 대 한 불안이 아닐까 생각한다. 우리의 주거생활도 반세기도 채 안되는 이 시점에 그동안 놀라운 변모를 거듭하여 비교적 선진국과 가까운 수준에 육박하고 있다. 그렇다면 지금 이 시점에서 다가올 주 생활에 대한 이야기는 잘못되어지는 불안을 막고 더 멋지고 쾌적한 주거환경올 창출하 여 주거의 질을 높히기 위한 선도적 쟁점이 되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 의미에서 본고 에서는 새천년의 주거생활문화에 대한 주제를 거시적이고 개념적인 정책적 내용보다는 생활과학의 한 맥락에서 미시적이고 구체적이며 실천지향적인 뜩변에서 나아가야 할 쟁점이 무엇인지를 함께 생각해 보고자 하며 학술 이론적 내용보다는 평이한 사례를 중심으로 함께 생각해 보고자 한다. 밝혀졌다. 그러나, 생산계획시스템에서 1주 간격으로 계획오더를 이송할 때는 Order Release 방법을 적용하여 작업현장에서의 평균 리드타임과 리드타임의 변동, 공정중재고가 줄어드는 결과를 보였고, 가동률 수준이 높을수록 ORR 방법간의 차이가 크게 나타났다. 그리고 부하평준화 기능은 Order Release 정책의 유효성에 별 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, Order Release 방법은 우선순위규칙간의 성능차이를 줄이거나, 대체할 수 통제 기법이라기보다는 우선순위규칙을 보완하여 공정중재고와 작업현장에서의 리드타임, 리드타임의 편차를 줄여주는 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있다. 그리고, 계획시스템이 존재하여 계획오더가 일정기간간격으로 이송되는 환경에서 특히 유용하다는 결론을 얻었다. 알 수 있었다. 것인데, 제조업에서의 심각한 고비용, 저효율 문제 를 해결하기 위해 필수적으로 도입해야만 하는 실정이다. 또한 소비자의 다양한 요구로 인 하여 제품의 종류와 사양면에서 심한 변동을 보이는 시장 수요에, 신속한 정보처리로 대응 하는데도 크게 기여하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는, 자동차 Job Shop의 동기화 생산방식을 지원하는 동기화 생산시스템의 구축 모델을 제시하고자 한다.과로 여겨지며, 또한 혈청중의 ALT, ALP 및 LDH활성을 유의성있게 감소시키므로서 감잎 phenolic compounds가 에탄올에 의한 간세포 손상에 대한 해독 및 보호작용이 있는 것으로 사료된다.반적으로 홍삼 제조시 내공의 발생은 제조공정에서 나타나는 경우가 많으며, 내백의 경

  • As the concept of city changes city is viewed in the perspective of business to make profits, not in the perspective of physical space. In the case of Korea urbanization processed over the level of 80% and the formation of identity is suggested for the way to improve city competitiveness as of globalization and liberalization. Seoulentered the level of developed countries in the perspective of functions and facilities, but its image is evaluated poor because of the lack of cultural competitiveness, tourismattractiveness and service system. Dependency of public transportation which is public facilities representing city indirectly is very high, but in information service and visual systems of pubic transportation operations and management are not enough and differentiated image and loyalty are hard to find. In 2004 government of city of Seoul suggested modifications, but compared to London, Paris and Tokyo consistent system, the lack of control and management of use environment of design, excessive visual information and destruction of connection are pointed out. Therefore to solve these problems the introduction of design system is needed to develop identity after applying characteristics and regulations for using to disordered visual stuff. These procedurescan be explained as City Identity Program (CIP) and this study tries to embody city image through public transportation design system. As the study method for this the status of public transportation design system of London, Paris and Tokyo were searched and compared to that of Seoul. Based on this systematization of symbol marks per public transportation being used right now, the development of design guidelines to form identity, relation of design and the strategy of systematization per method and media were proposed.

  • This paper covers the development process of multimedia evaluation system, especially focused on customer satisfactory factors while customers navigating net-based Interactive multimedia system. Customers usually experience new level of interaction cased by newly developed web-based technology In ordinary multimedia system. However, if it gives customers satisfactory experience is a matter of question. To find out the relationship between customer satisfaction and interactivity factors exposed by multimedia system, a model has been developed which describes the structure of web-based multimedia system and its relation to customer satisfactory factors. Five different experiments, including 'semantic differential', 'focus group interview', and 'expert review', has been conducted and four customer satisfactory factors were identified. Those are 'customery value', 'structural perfectness', 'visual perfectness', and 'contemporaneity'. With these factors and newly delveoped evaluation system, 7 different web-site has been evaluated and analyzed at the end of this report.

  • Administrative information datasets are a kind of record produced based on an organization's work performance. A dataset is evidence of the act of recording and contains a lot of information that can be used for work. Datasets have been neglected in Korea's records management system. However, as the law was revised in 2020, the management of administrative information datasets was legislated. Organizations that require management of administrative information datasets have already gradually begun record management. The core of managing administrative information datasets is the preparation of the Management Reference Table for the dataset. Regardless, there is confusion with the Records Management Reference Table for Dataset in institutions that work on records management, and it is difficult to work because the Management Reference Table for Dataset has a new concept. This study looked into the problems in the records management of datasets that appeared at the beginning of work. It isuggests a method to effectively settle records management for datasets. In that way, the Management Reference Table was selected as the research subject, and the problems discussed so far were summarized. In addition, the items of the current Management Reference Table were analyzed. As a result of the study, we have proposed the simplification of items in the Management Reference Table, the reorganization of areas in the Management Reference Table, the introduction of the concept of retention periods, and the preparation process of the Management Reference Table.

Spatial Variability Analysis of Paddy Rice Yield in Field (필지내 벼 수량의 공간변이 해석)

  • Using geo-statistical method, yield data of different fields were analyzed to examine their field variability according to examining year, analysis method. Semivariogram and Kriged maps of geo-statistical analysis were used to examine their spatial dependence within a filed. The results obtained were as follows. 1) Descriptive statistical results of the yield showed that the yield and the difference of yield ranged from 100 to 946kg/10a and from 272 to 653kg/10a, respectively within a field. The coefficient of variation also ranged from 5.9 to 22.4 %. 2) More than 90% of yield data were placed between 350 to 850kg/10a. e results indicated that the gram mass flow sensor should have the measuring range from 0.34 to 0.82kg/s considering the yields when 4 rows head-feeding combine with 0.8 m/s of working speed was utilized. 3) A high spatial dependence was found within paddy field. The Q values ranged from 0.20 to 0.97, and the range of spatial dependence was from 6.9 to 53.3m. From this result, the rational sampling interval for yield investigation was estimated 6.9m. 4) Yields within a field between observation years showed considerable variability even if the field was evenly cultivated and managed. To apply precision agriculture in a paddy field, the field test should be continued to build a solid data-base including meteorological data, blight damage and insect damage.
