While outsourcing has become a basic strategy of the information system adoption, there is an emerging needs to analyze the gap between the required data and the existing data for the new system from an adopting company's perspective. In CRM adoption failure cases, the first reason is adopting company pay no attention to the data that will support investment and systems. So far, there is no attempt to consider data driven approach in information system adoption field. Hence, we propose Information System Adoption Model based on Data (ISAMD) and show how to use in real world by simulation. By using ISAMD, information system adoption decision maker can simulate the needed data and related cost with various information system alternatives in short term, and long term planning. ISAMD can prevent the possible threat of unexpected data cost in adopting new system at the adopting decision stage.

In this study, we must investigate what the major success factors that should be considered before introducing to successfully achieve the goal of building enterprise information systems. To evaluate the factors significantly affecting among the success factors. This study is to present by analyzing the typical success factors affecting successful introduction of the system information to companies that lack sufficient information and reviews for the introduction of enterprise information systems.

Small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) face a number of different kinds of barriers to adopt information technology, including the lack of information, limited financial and technical resources, and absence of the well-trained work force in the realm of information technology. But application service provider (ASP)enables these SMEs to informatize. This paper is focused on studying the cases of the adoption and use of the ASP-based ERP systems that 7 SME shad adopted. The factors that influence the adoption and use of SMEs' ASP-based ERP systems are divided into the user companies that adopted the systems, the systems vendors, and environment. From the viewpoint of the user company, the successful adoption and use of the systems is significantly influenced by the clear motive of adopting the systems, the financial readiness, and the strong intention of CEO for pushing ahead with e-Business. From the systems vendor, it is influenced by the technical expertise of the vendor, the knowledge of the user company, and the experience of the systems development. From the perspective of environment, it is influenced by the push from the players in the value chains. The companies that had adopted the ASP-based ERP systems and that had extended the level of systems use had the benefits through reducing the cost, improving the internal business process, and achieving the learning and growth of the organization.

본 논문은 정보시스템의 도입에 따라 기업의 현재 정보시스템이 잘 운영되고 있는가 또는 얼마나 이익을 얻었는가 등을 따져보는 것이다. 기업이 얻는 이익은 수치나 화폐 액으로 표시할 수 있는 것도 있고 그렇지 않은 것도 있는데, 정보시스템의 평가는 이 둘 모두를 대상으로 한다. 정보시스템의 평가는 시스템 도입 이전에 할 수 도 있고 시스템이 도입되고 난 뒤에 실시할 수도 있다. 그러나 대개의 경우 시스템이 도입된 후에 주기적으로 실시하게 된다. 정보시스템에 부여된 여러 가지 변화 즉, 기술의 발달과 적용업무의 다변화에 의해 정보시스템실의 조직도 단순조직에서 여러 가지 복잡한 기능을 가진 다기능 중심의 조직으로 변화되었고 정보시스템실의 관리자는 하드웨어, 소프트웨어 및 네트워크를 이해하고 정보시스템이 최대한 효율적으로 운용이 될 수 있도록 이끌어 가는 역할을 해야만 할 것이다. 정보시스템의 평가는 여러 가지 측면을 가지고 있다. 정보시스템 자체의 용량이나 처리속도로만 정보시스템을 평가하기는 어렵다. 정보 시스템을 평가할 때에는 정보시스템의 개인에의 영향, 나아가서 기업에의 영향 등 수 많은 요소를 고려하여야 한다. 본 연구에서 이러한 문제를 다루어 보고자 한다.

MIS는 1970년대부터 국내기업에 도입되어 초기에는 단순한 데이타 처리용(TPS:Transaction Process System)으로 수립, 실행, 평가하는데 없어서는 안 될 요인이 되었다. 그러한 반면에 정부의 정보시스템 (IS:Information System)의 도입은 매우 저조한 수준에 머무르고 있다. 정부는 이익집단이 아니라는 이유 때문에 정부업무의 효율성을 위한 정보시스템 도입 방안-기자재의 도입, 새로운 시스템 구축, 우수한 인력의 도입-이 번번히 좌절되고 있다. 아울러 정부의 최고 의사결정자인 각료층의 잦은 교체도 IS 도입의 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 그러나 정부는 기업전체를 포함하여 국민을 전체 고객으로 상대하는 기관이라는 점에서 비록 이익집단은 아니더라도 전폭적인 투자가 필요하다. 가장 시급한 것은 각 부처의 정보를 종합한 통합된 데이타베이스의 구축이다. 이 중앙 데이타베이스에 의해서 정부는 보다 일관성 있고 신속하며 신뢰성 있는 정책을 결정하고 수행할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 정부를 포함한 공공기관에 있어서 정보시스템 도입의 필요성에 대해서 분석해 보았다. 또 이를 토대로 정부 각 부처에 분산되어 있는 정보를 수집하여 통합된 데이타베이스를 구축하는데 필요한 개발모델을 세워보았다. 아울러 이러한 통합시스템의 파급효과 및 운용방법도 예측, 분석해 보았다.

Small and medium-sized manufacturing companies have introduced production information systems such as pop and MES to improve their productivity. However, there has been little research on this field This study provides answers for 3 following critical questions for successful implementation of production information systems based on the literature review and case studies. First, do investments on this system bring the positive performance? Second, what are the critical success factors that should be managed? Third, how long does it take to obtain its performance? This paper suggests some implications for the practitioners.

외환위기를 전후하여 국내 대기업들은 세계시장의 변화에 맞추어 인사관리를 변화시켜 왔고 이러한 새로운 인사정보를 관리하기 위해 기존에 사용하고 있던 인사 정보시스템에 새로운 정보기술을 도입하여 발전시켜왔다. 그러나 기존 정보시스템에 새로운 정보기술을 도입하였더라도 정보시스템을 관리하는 담당자는 오히려 업무량이 더욱 늘어나는 아이러니컬한 문제가 발생하였다. 본 연구에서도 한 대기업이 사용하고 있는 인사평가 정보시스템의 사례로 통해서도 위에서 언급했듯이 새로운 인사관리에 대한 새로운 정보기술을 도입했음에도 불구하고 시스템 담당자는 도입전보다도 시스템관리에 더욱 어려움을 겪는 것을 파악하였다. 본 연구에서는 사례 대상이 된 기업이 인사평가 제도를 바꾸더라도 이를 관리하는 인사평가 정보시스템이 신인사제도에 효과적으로 적응할 수 있도록 새로운 시스템 설계와 구현을 하였다. 그리하여 시스템 담당자의 업무를 줄여주고 인사평가 시기에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있도록 하였다.

현재의 대부분의 기업에서는 효율적인 자원관리와 정보유통을 위해 그룹웨어 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 대부분의 그룹웨어 시스템에서는 전자결제, 정보공유, 문서관리의 기업일반적 또는 보편적 업무에 안는 시스템이 대부분이다. 따라서 각 기업에 맞는 전문적 업무지원을 위해서는 다른 추가 시스템 도입이 필요하며, 시스템 도입에 따른 비용이 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 선박업 관련 T컨설팅업체의 그룹웨어에 선박정보관리의 전문적 업무 지원이 가능하도록 설계, 구현하였으며 이 시스템은 추가 시스템 도입에 따른 비용발생과 자원낭비를 줄이고 기존 그룹웨어 시스템에 업무지원까지 가능하도록 통합한 형태의 시스템이다.

본 연구는 혁신도입에 관련된 선행연구를 바탕으로 정보시스템 개발팀의 소프트웨어 개발기법 도입현상을 혁신결정설계와 지식장애가설을 이용하여 분석하였다. 동일한 혁신도 도입하는 조직에 따라 다르게 인식되며 그 인식의 차이를 선행연구에서 사용되던 속성들이 아닌 지식차이로 측정하여 도입에 미치는 영향을 조직변수와 함께 규명하고자 하였다. 설문대상은 종업원 1000명 이상의 제조업체로 한정하였고, 자료는 설문 컴퓨터 프로그램을 개발하여 수집하였으며 분석에는 판별분석과 경로분석을 활용하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 지식장애가 개발기법의 도입에 영향을 미치기는 하나 도입현상을 전부설명하지는 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 조직변수로는 집권화가 교육훈련투자가 개발기법 도입에 영향을 미치는 거승로 분석되었다.

Recently, Adopting Accounting Information Systems(AIS) has spread rapidly for efficient and rational making decision in the business organization. There are many types of AIS. These are from simple package to integrated packages which are including HR, Product, Sales and Distribute. In case of big enterprises, ERP systems have been implemented and attention is now being directed as to AIS module. AIS module is not easy to change its form, therefore this module need to be considered enough when it comes to the corporations. However there we few standard fer this module as a successful information systems. This study analyze critical factors of certain companies when the companies were implementing AIS and based on this analysis, this study suggest a framework for successful implementation of AIS Using Case Study. 42 AIS adopted companies are surveyed and their factors' correlations are analyzed by mean analysis and factor analysis in this study. As a result of this study, when a company adopt AIS, criteria or particularities for the adoption are more important than environment of the company. Thus, it is significant to empirically prove previous studies' factors relation and importance relations for successful AIS implementation through empirical method in this study.
