For the effective and efficient management of the information system development project. the domestic market is also required to manage the project and set up the information system audit items, which are applicable to the actual project using CMM(Capability Maturity Model). With this thesis, we suggest a reference model complimenting the project. by letting a project manager recognize beforehand the present maturity status, within an organization as well as step-by-step management items and audit indicators for the future capability maturity improvement.

국토해양부는 건설공사 부실방지를 위해 시공감리제도를 도입하고 이를 민간 감리전문회사가 수행하도록 하였다. 당초 감리전문회사의 등록 관리를 국토해양부에서 처리하였으나, 2005년 서울특별시 등 16개 광역자치단체로 이관하였다. 이에 따라 행정구역을 달리하는 주소지 이전, 양수 양도 및 합병 등 광역자치단체간 상호 업무협의와 관련서류의 이관이 지연되고, 관련 정보의 분석 및 통계관리 등을 수작업으로 시행함에 따라 업무효율성이 저하되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 16개 광역자치단체에서 분산 관리하고 있는 감리전문회사 등록관리 업무를 전산화하여 통합관리할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고, 프로토타입 시스템을 개발함으로써 행정업무의 투명성 확보와 행정 편익비용을 절감하는 등 감리전문회사 등록 업무의 효율성 제고를 도모하고자 한다.

Recently, Hospital information systems have the large databases by wide range offices for hospital management, health care to improve the quality of care. However, hospital information systems for information security measures are insufficient. Therefore, when we construct the hospital information system, we have to audit the information security measures for them, and we have to manage the ISMS(Information Security Management System) to maintain the information protection level through the risk managements. In this paper, we suggested the hospital information security audit model for the protection of health information privacy by the current hospital information systems, information security management system(ISMS), and hospital information security requirements and threats. We derived the check items compared with ISO27799 reflected the characteristics of the hospital. We classified the security domains as the physical, technical, administrative domain, and derived the check items for information security. We also designed the check lists by mapping the ISO27799 risk management process to improve the security and efficiency simultaneously. Our model by the five-point scale survey of IT experts was verified the suitability with the average of 4.91 points.

Many GIS systems are not to be trusted becuase many GIS project managers often fail to notice importance of GIS data Construction. With this reason, it is a lively discussion on GIS administration system's adaption. The definition of GIS administration system is not clear, but GIS administration system generally is devided information system administration, audit guideline for the data construction of GIS. Audit guideline for the data construction of GIS. GIS data construction's goals are logical and reasonable action policy of GIS data construction in widespread filed, the other goal is creation of product to the purpose exactly. Audit guideline for the data construction of GIS is composed of optimum of GIS data construction's planning, optimum of GIS data construction's activity, optimum of GIS data quality management, optimum of consultations of GIS data construction, GIS data audit. GIS data audit is the phase of detection product's potential error in each level. GIS data audit is composed of filed examination or filed verification, examination with the naked eye, screen verification, program verification, auto verification. GIS information system's efficiency is linked with auto verification system's function variety, accuracy. this paper offer introduction of Audit guideline for the data construction of GIS, efficient auto verification program

네트워크를 통해 어플리케이션을 임대해주는 정보시스템 서비스 모델인 ASP 모델이 IT 시장에서 새로운 비즈니스 모델로 등장하였다. 그러나 ASP 모델은 기존의 정보시스템 모델에 비해 특정 서비스에 많은 서비스제공자가 임시적으로 결합되고, 정보자산이 공중망과 데이터센터에 위치하는 특징을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 ASP 서비스를 성공적인 수행하기 위해서는 ASP 사업자가 서비스의 제공능력이 있는지에 대한 인증활동과 ASP 서비스 도입 및 운영과정이 적절하게 이루어지고 있는가에 대한 감리활동이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구는 ASP의 특징을 분석하고, ASP 인증ㆍ감리 프레임워크를 설계를 수행하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 기존연구를 바탕으로, 분류기준을 기술적 계층, 수명주기, 공급자/고객의 관점이라는 세 가지 차원에서 정의하며, 각각의 세부항목 및 내용을 정의하고자 한다.
