  • 제품시스템 전체에서 소프트웨어가 차지하는 비중이 압도적으로 커지고 있어 소프트웨어 품질이 제품 품질 전체를 좌우하게 되었다. 하지만 소프트웨어는 하드웨어 제품과는 다른 특성을 가지고 있어 제품의 품질을 쉽게 측정할 수 없다. 그러므로 제품 중심의 개선보다는 소프트웨어를 개발/생산하는 프로세스의 품질을 높임으로써 생산되는 소프트웨어의 품질을 높이는 프로세스 개선을 통하여 품질향상을 꾀하여야 한다. 당사에서는 1998년 말부터 CMM에 기반한 프로세스 개선을 추진하였으며 특히 시스템 하우스에서의 소프트웨어 개선 경험을 가지게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 개선 경험을 요약하여 기술하였다.

A Study on the Important Factors for Accounting Information Quality Impact on AIS Data Quality Outcomes (회계정보 품질에 영향을 미치는 요인이 회계정보시스템 데이터 품질에 미치는 영향)

  • AIS is one of the most critical systems in any organization. Data quality plays a critical role in a knowledge-based economy. The objective of this study is to identify the most important factors for accounting information quality and their impact on AIS data quality outcomes. This study includes an extensive literature review to identify a set of CSF for data quality. The study uses empirical data to test the research hypothesis and resluts show that the top three most important factors that affect AIS's data quality are toop management commitmentm the nature of the AIS and input controls. The study further uses regression analysis to test the effect of those factors on AIS data quality, finding that there is a significant positive relationship between the perceived performance of the three factors and AIS data quality putcomes. To be develop to AIS data quality further study for CSF's control methodology is necessary.

  • This study is for the quality factors of University Information Systems (UIS) that affect students' satisfaction level. We used the quality factors as an independent variable, information systems' satisfaction level as a parameter variable, and students' satisfaction toward a university as a dependent variable. User characteristics, such as region, grade, major, and gender, were used to investigate to see if these demographic variables make mediating effects in the model. We also present an implication for better way to operate or build a university information systems.

  • This paper is purpose to research system use, ubiquitous convenience considering ubiquitous system and system use, ubiquitous convenience considering user satisfaction. In this study system use was signification influenced by system quality, instantly connectivity, and user satisfaction use was signification influenced by system quality, information quality. But system use was not signification influenced by information quality, service quality and ubiquitous convenience was not signification influenced by service quality, instantly connectivity.

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest a guideline for systematic and practical critical success factors of the External IT audit. For this purpose, an integrated conceptual model is developed considers that the service quality, and the IS(Information Systems) success with a contingency viewpoint. The model is tested using 254 data of IS projects which procured the external IT auditing service in public sector of Korea. The results of this study are as follows. First, service quality attributes of responsiveness, reliability, and tangibility have positive influence on IS implementation process quality. Second, the external IT audit quality obviously contributes to IS implementation success considering both IS implementation process quality and IS system quality. However it has positive influence on the process quality directly and the system quality indirectly.

  • Modern stage must offer to the level which the customer requests the quality of the information service to offer from the information center. We are the one view which needs new system management around the process serving this. This study accomplished theoretical review of ISO 9000 as International Quality Management System. investigated the trend for change of ISO 9000 certification systems. We analyzed the recognition level of members about the introduction of ISO 9000 quality management systems in the information center. The level up of recognition about ISO 9000 quality management system certification systems was the low in the information center. Hereafter, We grasped the subject of ISO 9000 certification systems which the introduction needs. We reviewed ISO 9000 family which the Library and Information center possible apply and presented the requirement in the library and information center with the process to need for a Quality Management System certification.

  • 최근 Mbone을 통한 다양한 회의 시스템들이 등장하고 있다. 이들 회의 시스템은 주로 영상회의 시스템과 음성회의 시스템으로 이루어져 있으며, 사람들은 영상보다 음성에 더 민감하기 때문에 음성품질이 영상품질보다 더 중요하다. 현재 인터넷은 QoS(Quality Of Service)를 제공하지 않기 때문에, 인터넷을 사용하는 음성 회의 시스템들도 근본적으로 품질을 보장할 수 없다. 따라서 음성품질을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 방법들이 연구되었고, 대표적인 기법으로 중복정보(redundant information) 복구기법이 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 중복정보 복구기법을 개선한 동적 중복정보 복구기법을 제안한다. 이 기법은 네트워크의 상태에 따라 중복정보의 양을 조절하기 때문에 중복정보의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다. 실제 인터넷을 통한 실험에서 평균 9%의 성능향상이 있었다.

A Development of Metadata Integration Management System for Serious Game (기능성게임 메타데이터 통합관리시스템 개발)

  • During the past 10 years, serious game industry has been growing steadily. But the system which could stably and reliably provide metadata information and quality information related to serious game remained unexploited. Existing systems only support the basic management functions of metadata search centered. Therefore, we have developed an integrated system to manage the quality information of serious game as well as to improve the inconvenient details of the existing systems. And we designed quality evaluation elements and quality information supply-methods, and linked up them to the system. Furthermore, we conducted user's satisfaction assessment survey on the use of the system. The advantage of the system is that the system provide a lot of useful information for general users and developers, and support a tool to manage all information related to serious game by easy and convenient method for managers.

A Study on the Effects of Quality of u-City Service on Customer Satisfaction in the Korea : Focusing on Public Services (한국의 u-City서비스 품질이 고객만족에 미치는 영향 : 공공서비스를 중심으로)

  • This paper aims to study the effects of quality of u-City public service on customer satisfaction in the Korea and is summarized as follows. First, we propose a model for assessing customer's satisfaction on u-City public services. The model comprises of information system (IS) quality, information quality, service quality and publicity. For verifying a model, a statistical study by SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 16.0 has been performed. Second, it is shown from the analysis that information system (IS) quality, information quality and publicity have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. while service quality does not. Last, the study shows that u-City public service enables any citizen to connect to necessary service in anytime and anywhere.
