제3차 영재교육진흥종합계획을 통하여 소외계층을 대상으로 한 영재교육의 활성화가 진행되었다. 이에 따라 전체 학생 중에서 영재교육의 대상자 수의 비율도 증가하였으며, 영재교육 대상자 중 소외계층의 비율도 증가하였다. 일반 영재학생과 다르게 소외계층 영재 학생은 경제적, 문화적, 지리적 어려움을 겪고 있으므로 다각적인 지원이 필요하다. 하지만 선행 연구에서는 소외계층의 중학생을 대상으로 한 교육 프로그램 개발연구가 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소외계층 중학생을 위한 온라인 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 교육 프로그램은 총 20차시이며, 2015 개정 교육과정의 과학, 수학, 정보 교과의 교육 내용을 기반으로 주제를 추출하였다. 추출한 주제를 기반으로 기초-심화로 이루어진 온라인 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하였으며, 교과별 역량 개발을 위하여 탐구 과제를 구성하였다. 향후 연구에서는 본 연구에서 개발한 교육 프로그램을 소외계층 학생을 대상으로 운영하고, 프로그램의 만족도와 개선 방향을 도출하고자 한다. 또한, 교육 프로그램의 교육적 효과를 알아보기 위하여 사전, 사후 검사를 통하여 학생들의 변화를 관찰하고자 한다.

This study intends to portray the everyday lives of the urban poor in Busan metro area, especially in terms of the information perspective. Employing basic qualitative data collection tools such as interviews and participant observation, the study attempts to illustrate such phenomena as information needs and behaviors, and to scrutinize the reasons of particular behaviors in information seeking and gathering. This paper, specifically, focuses on the following characteristics of information need and information-related behavior of the urban poor; types of everyday concerns and ways to cope with such concerns; types of the help providers; characteristics of information channels of everyday information seeking and information gathering. The role that interpersonal sources play in their everyday lives, has been emphasized in reality of their information environment along with information needs and information related behaviors including information gathering and information seeking.

This study was conducted as a study on the SW career education of students from underprivileged areas, which is a necessary condition for SW education to become a universal education or where research has not been conducted. Therefore, this study conducted a SW career selection model using structural equations for 2,231 students in grades 3 to 6 in 6 schools located in the marginalized areas of eup/myeon. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the intrinsic SW learning motive of students from underprivileged areas did not affect their SW career choice, whereas the external SW learning motive was analyzed to affect their SW career choice. This is inferred that the intrinsic SW learning motive does not affect the SW career choice due to the lack of SW experience of students in underprivileged areas. The correlation between internal and external SW learning motivation was analyzed to be significant. In the future, as students from the underprivileged class have more SW education experiences, research should be conducted on how internal SW learning motives affect SW career choice and how external SW learning motives support internal SW learning motives.

The definition of digital poverty of multicultural families has not been changed since it was used at the first digital divide survey in 2012. The objective of this study is to reexamine and redefine digital poverty targets of digital divide survey for multicultural families. The results suggest to reexamine multicultural families rather than limiting to Immigrant women for digital poverty. The results were as follows. First, the current survey has been limited to the migrant women for information gap survey of married migrants. But, It is expected to increase immigrant men in the future. It should include migrant men in the marginalized target in terms of preparation for a multicultural society. Second, the current survey has been limited to the migrant women for information gap survey. But, It is expected to increase children of multicultural families. This information gap is likely to be linked to differences in education or future economic disparities for children of multicultural families. It should include children of multicultural families in the marginalized target in digital divide survey.

최근 아날로그 방송이 디지털로 전환되는 시점을 맞이하여 디지털방송 소외계층이라는 새로운 의미의 신종어가 대두되고 있다. 아날로그 방송시대에는 방송전파가 미치지 못하는 낙도나 산간지역 시청자를 일컫는 말이었으나 디지털 시대로 접어들면서 디지털기기의 작동방법을 모르는 디지털기기 미숙달인이나 노인층, 고음질과 고화질의 서비스 향상에도 불구하고 혜택을 잘 받지 못하는 시청각 장애인, 고가 HDTV를 구매하기 어려운 저소득층, 국내거주 외국인을 포함한 디지털방송의 다양한 서비스 혜택을 골고루 받지 못하는 모든 사람들을 광의의 디지털방송 소외계층이라볼수있겠다. 이에 디지털방송 소외계층을 고려한 방송통신위원회의 디지털방송 전환 정책에 대하여 살펴보고 실제적으로 소비자가 알아두어야 할 기본정보 및 디지털방송 수신기의 종류와 개발 현황에 대하여 알아본다. 그리고 디지털방송 소외계층별로 현실적이고 보다 실질적인 디지털방송 서비스 정책과 적합한 디지털방송 수신기선택방법을알아보고자한다.

Employing in-depth interviews and participant observation interchangeably, it attempts to illustrate such phenomena as information poverty, and to scrutinize the reasons of their passive behaviors in information seeking. This paper proposes an improvement system for the marginalized digital underprivileged of these services due to the lack of intuition and usability for the recently increasing number of unmanned ordering devices' interfaces and device environments. The problem with kiosk service is that it lacks intuition among design principles and cannot be used by wheelchair passengers in environments that meet general standing standards. To solve this problem, we propose a service that can use kiosk-like environments on mobile devices by photographing QR codes with mobile devices. As a result of the experiment, people in their 20s did not experience difficulties in using the existing kiosk model, but in the case of the elderly, it was difficult to use the kiosk, so they asked for help. The improved kiosk model was carried out in their 20s without difficulty, and the results showed that it was carried out without difficulty even in the case of the elderly.

사회적 소외계층이 증가함에 따라 무연고 사망자가 늘어나는 사례가 늘고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 자체 제작한 웨어러블 디바이스를 활용하여 무연고 소외계층의 건강을 관찰 및 응급상황을 대처하고 고독사를 방지하는 서비스를 제안한다. 제안한 웨어러블 디바이스는 사용자가 착용 시 심장 박동, 온도, 습도의 생명 정보를 측정 및 저장하고, 저장된 데이터와 움직임을 감지할 PIR 센서의 움직임 데이터 값을 비교하여 응급 상황을 보여준다. 이를 위해서 사용자 용 웨어러블 디바이스, DB 관리서버 및 웹 페이지를 구축하였다.
