This study focused on online game security, which has been considered relatively insignificant when compared to the online game industry's rapid growth. In this study, the state of security incidents in the Korean game industry and security solutions for such cases were examined. At first the security incidents were classified according to the type of game security infringement. Based upon this classification, this study analyzed the causes that give rise to infringement of online game security, and developed technical solutions for such cases. Finally, this study verified whether or not these technical solutions could be applied to online game sites.

As cloud computing services become popular, the concern on the data security of cloud services increases and the efforts for the data security become essential. In this paper, we describe the pros and cons of cloud computing including the definition of cloud. Then, we discuss the regulations about the protection of user data defined in cloud promotion act. Previous studies related to the privacy protection and the entrustment of personal information in cloud computing are reviewed. We examine how to store the personal information depending on the cloud service model. As a result, we argue that the entrustment of personal information should vary according to the cloud service model and we propose how to protect the personal information on IaaS and SaaS cloud service models.

정보시스템 기능이 아웃소싱이 정보시스템 효율과 효과성을 향상시킬 수 있는 전 략으로 고려됨에 따라 소싱유형의 결정요인을 식별하는 것은 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연 구는 은행 산업에 있어서 데이터 처리 서비스의 소싱결정에 영향을 주는 요인을 조사하였 다. 아웃소싱을 관리적 혁신으로 볼 때, 혁신특성으로서 상대적 이점과 위험성이 소싱 유형 의 중요한 결정요인으로 제시된다. 미국의 1,000개 은행을 대상으로 한 현장연구(field survey)의 결과는 상대적 이점과 보안위험이 소싱유형 및 아웃소싱 선호도와 유의한 관계가 있다는 것을 보여주었다. 또한 대규모 은행이 소규모 은행보다 아웃소싱에 대해 더 큰 자율 성 위험을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 자율성 위험과 두 종속 변수와의 관계에 대해서는 비일관적인 결과가 나타났고, 정보시스템 기능의 중요성과 소싱유형 및 선호도와 의 관계, 조직규모와 상대적 이점과의 관계를 연구결과가 충분히 지지하지 못하고 있다.

2009년 현재 기완료된 바 있는 화성 동탄 신도시를 시작으로 국내 12개의 u-city가 건설 추진 중에 있다. 또한 39개의 지구가 추진예정 중에 있으며 더욱 많은 지자체들이 u-city사업에 관심을 가지고 있다. 이렇듯 지대한 관심을 받고 있는 u-city의 구성요소 중 핵심이라 할 수 있는 도시통합운영센터는 도시정보를 효율적으로 취합하고 정보서비스를 제공하는 요소라 할 수 있으며, 그 구축방안에 대한 연구들이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 도시의 여러 특성에 따라 적합한 센터의 구축방안에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 특히 도시개발 유형과 관련하여 신도시를 건설하면서 u-city를 구축하는 경우 도시의 기반시설물 구축과 함께 u-city시설물 구축이 동시에 가능하지만 기존 도시의 경우 이미 구축되어 있는 도시기반 시설물에 u-city구축을 위한 시설물과 관련 기술을 적용해야 하는 차이점이 있다. 따라서 이러한 차이로 인해 각 유형의 도시통합운영센터 구축 방안에도 차이가 있을 수밖에 없다. 이에 이 연구에서는 우선 여러 가지 도시특성 중 개발 유형에 따라 도시의 유형을 구분하고 이를 중심으로 도시통합운영센터의 구축 시 고려해야할 점에 대해 살펴본다.

오늘날 멀티미디어 응용들은 다양하고 세분화된 QoS 지원을 요구하는데, 이와 같이 만족시켜야 할 QoS 파라미터의 수가 둘 이상이 되는 경우 라우팅 문제는 NP-complete하다고 말하며, 이러한 문제는 휴리스틱 알고리즘을 통해 해결된다. 본 논문에서는 ATM Forum에서 정의한 다섯 가지 서비스 유형 별로 연관된 서비스 품질 파라미터를 분류하고, 서비스 유형별로 독립된 경로 선택 기준 및 경로 계산 알고리즘을 적용하여 호 설정 시간 및 호 차단율을 낮출 수 있는 휴리스틱 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한 임의의 망 모델 환경에서 CBR 서비스 유형에 대해 제안된 알고리즘을 시뮬레이션하여 성능 분석을 수행한다.

VoIP(Voice over IP)는 저렴한 비용과 다양한 응용서비스 기능으로 기존의 전화서비스를 보조 또는 대체할 서비스로 인식되고 있다. 특히 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)는 텍스트 기반으로 다양한 애플리케이션과 쉽게 연동될 수 있다는 장점 때문에 차세대 VoIP프로토콜로 급성장하고 있으며 이를 이용한 VoIP 망 구성 및 부가서비스에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 부가서비스는 콜의 발생 여부에 따라 사용자의 콜을 처리하여 서비스를 제공하는 형태와 서버가 직접 콜을 발생시켜 서비스를 제공하는 형태의 두 가지 유형으로 나눌 수 있다. 현재 SIP기반 VoIP에서는 사용자의 콜을 처리하는 서비스를 위한 CPL(Call Processing Language)이 표준화 중이며 이를 기반으로 여러 서비스도 구현되어 있다. 그러나 특정시간에 콜을 발생시켜 사용자에게 서비스를 제공하는 형태의 서비스는 논의되지 않고 있으며 구현된 사례도 아직 없는 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 유형의 새로운 서비스의 하나로 예약통화 시스템을 제안한다. 예약통화 시스템은 예약된 시간에 콜을 발생시켜 두 사용자간의 통화를 연결해 주는 예약 시간 기반의 서비스를 개발하는데 이용될 수 있다.

Only service organizations providing service quality above customers' anticipations have survived and developed in hyper competitive environment. These organizations are more dependent on their customer-contact service employees than those providing tangible products, because of the characteristics of service, intangibility, inseparability, heterogeneity, and perishability. But few researches focused on the efficient managements or controls of service organizations in this context. Therefore, author aimed at understanding of the determinants of service organizations' control system(i.e., characteristics of service), service employees' reaction on control types(i.e., service employees' role stress), and their performance(perceived service quality by customers). First the concepts of service quality and control systems are described. Specially, author explained the differences between service quality and service satisfaction or service attitude, and the control system types and their fundamental ideologies. Second, some propositions are provided according to integrated framework developed in this paper: (1)control types according to the characteristics of service, (2)influences of control systems on employees' reactions and (3)perceives service quality by the customers, and (4)relationships between the reactions and the service quality. This paper concludes with a summary, a discussion of theoretical and managerial implications, and several suggestions for future directions.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the quality attributes of archival information service affecting user satisfaction. The independent variables in this study were equality, tangibles(appearance), convenience, responsiveness, empathy. And the dependent variable was a user satisfaction. The survey was conducted by online and offline for 78 people that used the archival information service. To solve the research question, we used the descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis. As a correlation analysis result, the quality attributes of archival information service had positive correlation with a user satisfaction. And as a multiple regression analysis result, tangibles(appearance) had a significant effect, followed by empathy and convenience. For improving on quality of archival information service, it is required that improving facilities, keeping environment clean, enhancing empathy ability, updating the information of archive, reforming search tools.

This study was performed in order to derive components that users with disabilities demand first when using library services by analyzing the actual usages and demands of handicapped users according to different types of disabilities. The results of the study are as follows: First, the actual situation of library disabled users was analyzed according to types of disabilities. Second, the importance and satisfaction level of disability types were investigated for the main components of the library disability service. Third, major components of library services were analyzed using Borich's Needs Assessment Model for the disabled and ways of activating library services by types were suggested. Fourth, we analyzed the differences according to different purposes of use by the disabled within Borich's Model for the main items of library services. We also proposed a plan to meet the purpose of library use by each type. Fifth, we analyzed the differences by type of users in Borich's Model for the major items of library services and thus suggested solutions to improve library services by types of disabilities.

최근 정보통신 기술의 발달에 따라 인터넷을 통해 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 웹 서비스가 보편화되고 있으며 이러한 웹 서비스를 가능하게 하는 핵심 요소가 바로 웹 어플리케이션이다. 웹 서비스는 이러한 여러 웹 어플리케이션들이 상호간에 유기적으로 통합되고 연동됨으로써 구성되어진다. 오늘날, 웹 서비스는 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 등 모든 부분과 밀접하게 관련되어 우리 생활의 모습을 변화시켜가고 있다. 이에 따라 웹 어플리케이션 보안의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며 이에 대한 연구 개발이 필요하다. 본 고에서는 현재 웹 서비스의 해킹 현황을 살펴보고, 웹 어플리케이션 보안의 문제점과 널리 사용되고 있는 공격 유형을 분석한다. 그리고 웹 어플리케이션을 공격으로부터 보호할 수 있는 대응 방안을 살펴본다.
