As soon as possible, our military have to trainning the information security manpower for Cyber Warfare, it should be block the foreign infowarrior to go by way of other country from our system. An emergency, we can protect our military information system and this thesis provide checkpoint about how we consider about trainning the infowarrior for future war.

A serious disturbance of the 7.7 DDoS hacking gets a chance of raised awareness for importance of response countermeasure with current status of information security. The critical factor out of countermeasure of information security is the supply of information human power. In this paper, we review program of information security of domestic and foreign, from major courses of domestic university, and category of government about information security, and analyze security education training awareness program of human power in the information security area.

20세기 이후 대한민국의 중소기업은 큰 성장률을 보인 반면, 정보보안의 중요성에 대한 인식은 크게 개선되지 않아 중소기업에서 이용하는 시스템에 많은 취약점이 존재한다. 이와 같은 취약점을 악용한 해커들의 다양한 자동화 공격 툴로 인해 보안 사고가 꾸준히 증가하는 추세이다. 그러나 중소기업의 특성 상 부족한 예산과 보안 인력의 부재로 실질적인 대응이 어려운 상황이다. 이 프로젝트는 이러한 예산 및 보안 인력의 부재에도 중소기업에서 사용 가능한 보안 솔루션 개발을 목적으로 한다.

Today, as a daily routine such as administration/finance is operated under information system and various cyber crime against national, public, and private institutions happen, demand for information security manpower is increasing. Hence, Ministry of Education has formed an Institute of Information Security Education for the Gifted to early discover talent in the field of information security and train professional personnel with specialty and ethics in 4 universities of country in 2014. But the nascent Institute of Information Security Education for the Gifted lack systematic analyses compared to Institute of Mathematics and Science Education for the Gifted that has existed from a long time ago. In this paper, we analyze the state of the Institute of Information Security Education for the Gifted in three parts: operation, selection, education and suggest an improvement to build a practical program for effective operations and education.

This study aims at the development of new curricula for information security department at colleges. For this purpose, the curricula for information security of the seven colleges in Korea were first examined. Then, questionnaires from the fifteen information security companies and professors were put into place. With these results, a new curricula for the information security department was developed. A curriculum that developed in this study will also provide changes and improvements for the future curricula of information suity department at colleges in Korea.

Demand for information security consulting is increasing as the number of major information infrastructure facilities in the country is increasing and the subject of ISMS mandatory certification is expanded. The demand for manpower also increases, but the manpower to meet the needs of industry is scarce. In order to cultivate the manpower that meets the demand, the demand of the industry should be grasped first. Therefore, this study collected and analyzed job advertisements in Korea and the United States in order to grasp the needs of industry. This will contribute to the development of policy to cultivate human resources of consultants in accordance with the future demand of the enterprise, and ultimately it will be able to solve the quality disparity of security consulting personnel.

2007년 국내 정보보호 관련 업무 종사자는 약 3만명으로 추산되고 있다. 비록 69만명에 이르는 IT 산업 인력에 비해 턱없이 부족한 숫자임에도 불구하고, 직업으로서 정보보호 전문가에 대한 사회적 관심은 분명 높아져가고 있다. 실제로 언론 등에서 발표되는 자료에 따르면, 향후 5년 이내 가장 주목받을 유망직종으로 정보보호 전문가가 빠지지 않고 등장하고 있다. 이로 인해 정보보호 분야로의 진출을 희망하는 사람들이 증가하고 있지만, 또 한편으로 기업이나 기관 등에서 필요로 하는 정보보호 전문가 부족 현상은 여전하다.

As a sufficient workforce supports the industry's growth, workforce training has also been carried out as part of the industry promotion policy. However, the market still has a shortage of skilled mid-level workers. The information security disclosure requires organizations to secure personnel responsible for information security work. Still, the division between information technology work and job areas is unclear, and the pay is not high for responsibility. This paper compares job keywords in advertisements for the information security workforce for 2014, 2019, and 2022. There is no difference in the keywords describing the job duties of information security personnel in the three years, such as implementation, operation, technical support, network, and security solution. To identify the actual needs of companies, we also analyzed and compared the contents of job advertisements posted on online recruitment sites with information security sector knowledge and skills defined by the National Competence Standards used for comprehensive vocational training. It was found that technical skills such as technology development, network, and operating system are preferred in the actual workplace. In contrast, managerial skills such as the legal system and certification systems are prioritized in vocational training.

These days cyber attacks are increasing all over the world, and the national critical infrastructure and information network protection has become important. For this reason, the concentrated investment in information security and development of professional human resource are essential, but there is a shortage of information security workforce in Korea. Currently, departments of information security in domestic universities make efforts to develop human resource of information security and have a increasing interest in the curriculum design. So this paper investigates the curriculums of information security in domestic universities and graduate schools. And then, it compares with the needs of industry knowledge and skills by using SPSS. Through this analysis, we will get implications about curriculum design of Information security.
