It is very important to construct advanced recall systems in aspects of developing auto industry through strengthening international competitive power, as well as protecting the lives from traffic crashes by vehicle defects. Under the self-certification system, there may be high probability to be defected vehicles because vehicles are sold without testing and approval of governmental sides, even though the system was introduced to give an autonomy to manufactures. Accordingly, it is not optional, but essential concerns to build advanced recall system. As a result of analysis, manufacturers and consumers ask for improvements of domestic recall systems. In this study, policy guidelines were provided on the basis of analyses on several regulations and questionnaires of consumers and manufacturers. The policy guidelines are clearness of recall subjects, prompt collection of vehicle defect information, objective determination of vehicle defects, continuous monitoring of vehicle recalls, etc.

Outer Space is existing as the opening-up frontier. The space activities included benefit-and-risk are now confronted with the challenge of arriving at just and effective rules for the use of space serving many technical, practical and conflicting legal, economic, political and military interests. Therefore many governments have developed domestic and international policies to respond to the opportunities and constraints engendered by space exploration and exploitation. the challenges of outer space toward the 21st century are being internationalized, commercialized, and privatized, militarized through the international cooperation and competition in space activities. For the future of mankind, futhermore the right to live of humankind, we must be positively interested in international space law which may give rise to international repercussions. I suggeste that many issues be resolved by international coordinating organization.

The advancement of digital technology accelerates intelligence, convergence, and demands better change beyond traditional methods in all aspects of business models and technologies, infrastructure, processes, and platforms. Risk management is becoming more important because of various security risks, depending on the changing business environment and aligned to business goals is emerging from the existing information asset based risk management. For business aligned risk management, it is essential to understand the risk appetite for achieving business goals, which provides a basis for decision-making in subsequent risk management processes. In this paper, we propose a framework for analyzing the risk management framework, pre - existing risk analysis, and protection motivation theory that influences decisions on security risk management. To examine the practical feasibility of the developed risk appetite framework, we reviewed the applicability and significance of the proposed risk appetite framework through an advisory committee composed of security risk management specialists.

The purpose of this study is to find out the difference in perception of skin beauticians according to the perception of bamboo therapy. For the study, 301 skin beauticians working in skin care departments were randomly selected and conducted for 28 days from April 19 to April 29, 2019. In the results of this study, skin cosmetologists who are aware of bamboo therapy have a very high interest and interest in bamboo therapy compared to skin cosmetologists who do not recognize bamboo therapy, and have a very high willingness to use it in the industrial field. They recognized that it was a way to help skin beauticians protect their joints at the same time as the body shape management effect of Bamboo.

The decrease in the school-age population caused the closure of private universities, but the guidelines at closed private universities are ambiguous, causing confusion. Therefore, this study intends to suggest a plan to utilize the closed school university. The government aims to increase the possibility of selling closed schools by preventing alley slums through the recovery of alley commercial districts and local communities. The data were collected through a Google survey from September 30 to October 8, 2021 and an on-site interview conducted on October 2, 2021. A total of 84 nearby citizens of the closed school university were surveyed, and on-site interviews were conducted with a total of five people. The collected data suggested the direction of utilization plan for closed school building. This study will present a model for the use of closed school property in the future and contribute to the establishment of urban regeneration policies.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, various universities' corporate field application education models are being presented. In particular, along with new teaching methods, various educational models for customized education of many companies are being studied, increasing their usability. Research on project-oriented teaching methods for competencies required in the field of business is the most developed field in recent years. In this study, we intend to propose a case-oriented curriculum model that applies the project-oriented teaching method to the requirements of these companies. In particular, we design an industry-oriented curriculum model through a companycustomized education model for blockchain and web developers, and suggest the direction of development focusing on examples of the operation process. The model through this case was designed and operated as a curriculum model suitable for the field through in-depth interviews with industries, etc.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution is bringing about great changes in many industrial fields, and among them, active research is being conducted on convergence technology using artificial intelligence. Among them, the demand is increasing day by day in the field of object recognition using artificial intelligence and digital transformation using recognition results. In this paper, we proposed an optimal learning model construction method to accurately recognize letters, symbols, and lines in images and save the recognition results as files in a standardized format so that they can be used in simulations. In order to recognize letters, symbols, and lines in images, the characteristics of each recognition target were analyzed and the optimal recognition technique was selected. Next, a method to build an optimal learning model was proposed to improve the recognition rate for each recognition target. The recognition results were confirmed by setting different order and weights for character, symbol, and line recognition, and a plan for recognition post-processing was also prepared. The final recognition results were saved in a standardized format that can be used for various processing such as simulation. The excellent performance of building the optimal learning model proposed in this paper was confirmed through experiments.

Communication of art and the expansion of roles are some of the important discourses of art. For a while, many attempts were made to overcome the enjoyment of art by only a few elites and the alienation of roles. In the meanwhile, due to its formative nature, media art has contributed to the various expansion of roles as a familiar art in society and by communicating with the public in various play contents and industrial context. This study will take a step further and examined whether media art can assess and be used in social issues through the characteristic analysis of 'media art information visualization.' The general field of information visualization only focuses on the clarity of information delivery, so it is effective for intuitively identifying various information. However, stiff visual expression must improve user-friendly functions in an era in which users' sensibility is increasing, and it only focuses on the effectiveness of information delivery that its secondary social problem such as personal information protection must be compensated. Thus, this research analyze the characteristics of case works to examine how the visualization of media art information can approach social problems creatively, seek the expansion of the role of art and compensate the areas that general information visualization is missing.

Recently, the smart healthcare industry that grafted the Internet of Things (IoT) onto the healthcare and medical services is being highlighted. Smart healthcare refers to the healthcare and medical services offered on the basis of information communication technologies including application, wearable devices and platforms, etc. The number of next generation smart healthcare devices are increasing in the smart healthcare industry through the combination of information technology (IT) and Bio Technology (BT), which are the most active areas among the 6T, which are the areas of the next generation industry. With the emergence of a diverse range of smart healthcare systems or devices, whether the smart healthcare system can be linked with other systems organically and the security and quality of the system have become important elements of evaluation. In this Study, the characteristics and service types of smart healthcare systems were examined, and the trends in the technology and industry of the smart healthcare system were analyzed. Moreover, this Study aims to develop the evaluation method for security and standards for quality evaluation by deducing the factors for the evaluation of smart healthcare system on the basis of the results of aforementioned examination. It is anticipated that this can induce improvement of quality and development of highly reliable products of a smart healthcare system, and will become the core technology to substitute the technology protection barrier.

In the early 1990's, international security environment bring on the change. So each countries should have renewed the defence policy. The developed countries make efforts to keep the superiority of military industry with an high technology and huge capital. One of the efforts is the defence industry exhibitions for the management performance regarded as the marketing strategic principal method. The result of the opening exhibitions has been studied by research papers and treatises. A exhibitions' goal is different from an it's characteristic, type, industry, participator, institution and participating nation. An enterprise's management performance is runs as follows. First, an exhibitions participation activation has an effect re-participation following the satisfaction. Second, an exhibitions participation activation contributes to be on sale promotion, The result of the exhibitions participation is classified with sale performance and non-sale performance. The third, an exhibitions participation activation contributes to the effective company management. The huge fund advertisement is a financial burden, but a exhibitions takes effect one-fifth economical retrenchment. Accordingly, this study researched the exhibition participation choice properties, an exhibitions participation activation properties and investigated the Korea defence industry's income statement, balance sheet, growth ratios, profitability ratios, productivity ratios, stability ratios which were substitute for the enterprise's management performance through the exhibitions participation costs and the number of times.
