The game policy in China takes the way of promoting the development of domestic enterprises through protecting the growth of those. In order to improve the development of domestic game industry, it will maintain the policy that restrict the import of overseas game. However, as to the domestic enterprise, it will develop the aid policy in the form of encouraging overseas export. For the characteristics of wide audience, long life term and easy to be developed, the class game of flags and cartes has become a very significant field of game industry. But for the gamble characteristics of the class game of flags and cartes, it also becomes the center for the government of making regulations and policies. This research aims to analysis the china game policies for the class game of flags and cartes and to find the strategy to entry into the china.

The objective of this study is to propose an operation management strategy for the connectivity which are the designated and managed in sector of the transportation and logistics on the national critical infrastructures. The industrial structure is becoming advanced. The national critical infrastructure managed by the shows forms of the cooperative connection and collaborative R&D. Also, in-depth and specific analysis for the disaster safety budget are implemented to consideration for the R&D life cycle. The government responsibility are expanded comprehensively. Needs are exchanging life styles by the economic and safety demands. At this trends, this study encourage facility maintenance and scientific management to the public service. Throughout the result of this study, national critical infrastructure are implementing for protection plan of the sustainable maintenance and management. And, we have to prepare and implement for the consideration of the characteristics through comprehensive guidelines. This study contributes to the disaster and safety management by proposed an operation strategy of the cooperative connection in the sector of transportation and logistic sector on the national critical infrastructure.

This study presents implications of the Global Data Law & Policy by comparing national data strategies, data regulations and policies, and governance in South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. According to the result of the comparative analysis, the biggest difference is in data governance, in other words, the management and coordination of policies at the pan-government level and data ethics. Therefore, this study proposes the establishment of a presidential special committee on data policy or the creation of a 'National Digital Innovation Office' at the Presidential Secretariat as a national CDO for the governance of data policies. Furthermore, this paper suggests a) to enact 'the Framework Act on the Development of Data Industry' that can regulate data practices in the private sector, b) to institutionalize the data-centric security and data protection, c) to settle the public ethics and personnel management based on data expertise and professional ethics, including explainability and responsibility, and d) the education and training systems.

The willingness of online music users to pay is the key to the protection of music copyright and the sustainable development of the industry. This paper aims to study the influencing factors of online music users' willingness to pay based on exploratory analysis. Based on the theory of customer perceived value, the unified theory of technology acceptance and use, and the theory of fan enthusiasm, the research model is constructed. Validate the obtained 583 valid data. Through analysis, I got that perceived value, interpersonal influence, fan enthusiasm, and personal payment awareness directly affect online music users' willingness to pay; practical value and hedonic value have a positive impact on perceived value, and the impact of economic cost and compilation cost has not reached a significant level; Online word-of-mouth negatively moderates the impact of perceived value on users' willingness to pay for music. Music platforms can formulate operating policies based on this.

With the development of IoT technology, various technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation are being grafted into industrial sites, and accordingly, the importance of data processing is increasing. In particular, a system based on a digital image may cause a malfunction due to noise in the image due to a sensor defect or a communication environment problem. Therefore, research on image processing has been continued as a pre-processing process, and an effective noise reduction technique is required depending on the type of noise and the characteristics of the image. In this paper, we propose a modified spatial weight filter to protect edge components in the impulse noise reduction process. The proposed algorithm divides the filtering mask into four regions and calculates the standard deviation of each region. The final output was filtered by applying a spatial weight to the region with the lowest standard deviation value. Simulation was conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm, and it showed superior impulse noise reduction performance compared to the existing method.

2023년 우리나라에 발생한 재난은 남부지방의 가뭄, 태풍 카눈에 의한 폭우, 7월~9월 폭염 등의 자연재난과 4월 5일 분당 정자교 붕괴, 4월 29일 검단신도시 붕괴사고, 7월 13일 대구 염색산업단지 황산 누출 등의 사회재난이 발생하였다. 이전 2022년에는 022년 10월 29일, 서울 이태원역 부근에 대규모 인파가 한번에 몰리며 압사사고가 발생하여 159명이 목숨을 잃고 196명의 부상자가 발생하였다. 이처럼 다양한 형태로 발생하는 재난에 대하여 우리나라는 「헌법」과 「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」에서 재난으로부터 국민의 생명·신체 및 재산과 국가의 피해를 줄이기 위해 노력하여야 한다고 명시하고 있다. 재난은 다양한 특성을 지니고 있으며, 학자들의 일반적 견해는 누적성, 불확실성, 복잡성, 인지성 등의 특성을 들고 있다(재난관리론, 2020). 특히, 사회재난은 발생위치, 시점, 피해, 규모를 예측하기가 상대적으로 매우 어렵기에(장대원 외, 2019) 불확실성의 특성을 강하게 보여주고 있다. 이러한 사회재난의 특성은 자연재난과 비교하여 사람들에게 물리적·심리적 영향을 크게 미칠 뿐만 아니라 단기간에 회복하기 어려운 특성을 지닌다(신재헌 외, 2020). 이에 대하여 많은 국민들은 심각한 사회재난이 발생할 때마다 정부차원의 적극적 재난관리 및 통제능력 향상을 요구하고 있으나, 사회재난 특성 상 특정 기관 중심으로 대응하기에는 많은 어려움이 있다(신재헌 외, 2020). 우리나라 경찰은 2021년 7월부터 자치경찰제도를 실시하며 국민의 생명·신체 및 재산의 보호, 범죄예방, 수사 및 질서유지업무 이외에 국민들의 봉사·서비스 행정 요구의 증대로 인한 적극적·능동적 경찰활동으로 변화하게 되었다(조호대, 2014). 이에 따라 경찰은 경찰의 재난관리체계를 확립하고, 경찰의 재난관리에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 2012년 「경찰 재난관리규칙」을 제정하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 경찰의 재난 발생 시 역할이 무엇이며, 특히 사회재난 시 경찰의 적극적 대응 방안은 무엇인가에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

Purpose: This paper aims to explore approaches for obtaining KOLAS certification for masks developed as protective equipment for use during evacuation processes in the event of a radiation disaster involving residents within a radiation emergency planning zone. Method: Various reports, papers, and data from the KOLAS accreditation bodies' websites were examined for this study. Result: Although domestic radiation disaster preparedness measures have been established to enhance resident protection, the distribution of protective equipment is limited to thyroid protection drugs. Supplementary support items like masks are necessary to prepare for radiation disasters. Currently, there is no KOLAS-accredited certification body for radiation protection masks. Conclusion: For masks that have established performance certification criteria, a dual process is required for KOLAS certification. This involves obtaining an official test report as an industrial respirator mask, receiving certification, and then obtaining a general test report based on internal standards.

Native plants thrive naturally in specific areas without human intervention, offering significant potential as genetic resources and biotechnological assets across multiple sectors. To harness this potential, our focus was on analyzing domestic patents related to native plants, investigating their uses, effectiveness, active components, and extraction methods. Using the Korea Forest Service's National Standard Plant List, we gathered data from 988 patents on native plants and 430 patents on the use of native plant seeds. This comprehensive patent analysis aimed to reveal research patterns, technology levels, and emerging trends. The goal is to identify research trends, current technology levels, and provide insights for future patent applications involving native plants.

Current leakage of industrial technologies with revealing state secret against nation is gradually increasing and scope of the spill is diversified from technology-oriented leakage to new economic security sector like information and communication, electrical and electronic, defense industry, illegal export of strategic material, economic order disturbance by foreign country, infringement of intellectual property, etc. So the spill damage can affect not only leaked company but also national interests and entire domestic industry. According to statistics from National Industrial Security Center of National Intelligence Service, a major cause of technology leakage is not only by external things about hacking and malignant code, but internal leakage of former and current employees account for about 80%. And technology leakage due to temptation of money and personal interests followed by technology leakage of subcontractor is steadily increased. Most studies in the field of security have tended to focus on measuring security capability of company in order to prevent leakage core assets or developing measurement Indicators for management rather than security activities of the company members that is most important. Therefore, this study analyzes the effect of most underlying security education in security activities on security capabilities of enterprise. As a result, it indicates that security education have a positive(+) correlation with security capabilities.

Screen Quota is very important topic at our whole society not only film industry. Moreover the opinions are sharply divided. So, journalism, at the objective and neutral position, has the responsibility to present objective field to discuss and neutral information. This script censoriously focuses that how Korean Journalism handles Screen Quota issue from the upper mentioned premises. The first point is Korean Journalism gives legitimacy to the Governmental persistence, which is fixing Screen Quota as a hurdle for the FTA settlement so that it should be reduced. Secondly, Korean Journalism has been reducing the importance of the Screen Quota issue as the problem of film industry itself own, describing it as combat between Government and Film Industry. Third, it describes the Screen Quota as a privilege granted to the Film industry only. Finally, it provides power to the point of view of the Government which insists to reduce the Screen Quota mentioning the superiority of the competitiveness of the Koran Films discriminatingly. In conclusion, I could not but define that Korean Journalism is only speaking for America and Korean Government especially about the Screen Quota issue which is divided sharply. What it means is Korean Journalism has not been providing not only objective information but also impartial dispute field to the public for the issue which has very importance socially. The news and discussions about Screen Quota shows that this issue is not free from the progress of FTA which includes the Screen Quota problem. Further on, it could be deduced that the discussion about Korean film industry has kept on focusing its topic to the choice of decreasing or maintaining Screen Quota. The cultural contents have been expanding its importance day by day. Endeavors to settle the enormous problems of film industry should be preceded to strengthen the competitiveness and to prepare against market opening. Consequently, to solve the problems of film industry, Screen Quota should be positioned as a protect policy rather than a remedy for every ill, at the same time all the possibilities should be considered especially for the problems that Screen Quota could not solve.
