본 고에서는 행정, 교육, 과학기술, 금융, 국방, 공안, 외교 및 물류 등의 전산망을 위한 통합적인 보안 해결책 및 초고속정보통신망을 위한 보안 해결책을 제시하기 위한 일환으로 미국 NSA가 주도하여 수행하고 있는 MISSI에 대하여 소개를 한다. MISSI는 다중등급 보안을 근간으로 하고 있으며 무결성, 사용자 신분확인, 부인봉쇄, 비밀성 및 가용성 등의 보안 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이들 보안 서비스를 위하여 Firewall, Fortezza, Guard 및 안전한 컴퓨터와 같은 상용의 보안 제품을 사용할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 본 고는 국가 전산망 및 초고속정보통신망의 효과적인 보안 해결책으로써의 지침을 제공해 주리라 생각된다.

Korea is concerned with information security industry due to recent leak-out private information of 3 card companies. Executives are aware of damage from breach of security such as personal data spill, is more dangerous than any other financial risks. The information security industry, which was limited in physical security and network security formerly, is evolving into convergence security of public and facility security industry. The field of interest has also been changed into security of smart phone and intelligence image recently, from firewall or Anti-virus. The convergence security is originally about access control of facility, but recently its demand has been increased mostly by public institutions and major companies. The scope of the industry also varies from finance, education, distribution, national defense, medical care to automobile industry. The market of convergence security has been expanded and new various products and services of security of intelligent vehicle, 'U' healthcare, finance, smart grid and key industries are also developed. It is required to create and enhance of new curriculum and cultivate human resources for the development of knowledge information security industry. Raising standard of education and security consciousness of the nation is also necessary to strengthen the global competitiveness.

Recently, the importance of information security is emphasized in IT related field. The agency related to information security implements the policies to emphasize the security and protection of the privacy. However, the issue in many companies and users is that awareness of security is still poor. Therefore, in this paper, we develope the learning program for AES(advanced encryption standard) block cipher, to raise the awareness of security. Also, wish to cause interest about AES cipher because user confirms process that is encryption/decryption through program of this paper directly and prove awareness about information security.

This study aims to explore how the degree of education related to information systems and the Internet literacy affect perceived security risk and how these three variables affect online transaction intention based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Since using smartphone to purchase necessary products is increasing, the study provided two different cases of using the existing Internet and smartphone to buy products. As a result of an empirical test, the degree of information system education, internet literacy, and perceived security risk had significant effects on online transaction intention mediating perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Unlike the expectation, the more people have education related to information systems, the more they have knowledge about hacking or cases of privacy infringement, leading to even more concerns about security, thereby believing the Internet transactions require much effort. The more the education about information system, the more we have concerns about security; therefore, perceived security risk have a positive(+) effect on perceived usefulness not a negative(-) effect. Lastly, while the degree of education related to information systems has relations with the recognition of the usefulness of the Internet transaction, the study showed that there are no relations of recognizing the usefulness and the ease of use of smartphone.

WWW(World Wide Web)은 인터넷에서 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 서비스 중의 하나로써 인터 넷 초기에는 일부의 계층에서 주로 교육, 연구용으로 사용하여 왔으나, 현재는 일반 사용자 계층에까지 파고들고 있다. 일반 사용자들의 참여로 인해 이제는 WWW가 상업용으로까지 이용되고 있는 실정이므로 안전한 WWW 통신의 구현이 필수적이다. 본 고에서는 안전한 WWW구축에 필요한 보안 요구사항들을 살펴보고, WWW에서 기본적으로 제공되는 보안 메카니즘과 현재 연구 개발중인 보안 기법들을 소개한다.

회사의 정보보호 활동 기준을 제시하기 위해 '정보보호 정책규정집' 제작이라는 쉽지 않은 일을 해낸 김 대리. 그는 프로젝트를 마친 후에도 알림 게시판 공지, 포스터 제작, 자체 정보보호 교육 등을 통해 사내 구성원들이 회사의 보안 정책지침을 잘 이해하고 따를 수 있도록 별도의 정보보호 정책홍보를 시행했다. 두 달 뒤, 김 대리는 사내 구성원들이 '환상기업'의 보안정책을 얼마나 잘 준수하고 있는지 궁금해 하지 않을 수 없었다.

This study is to identify the factors that influence an intention to information security policy compliance of employees. To do this, this study is based on three theoretical backgrounds because of the lack of holistic perspective. Research results show that detection certainty and individual attachment have a positive effect on information security policy compliance intention. Detection certainty is influenced by security awareness education and training. Finally, response cost has a negative effect on information security policy compliance intention.

Recent accidents of customer information leakage increase the necessity of information security for organization and the importance of information security team for it. To strengthen information security, organizations make information security policy and ask the members to comply with it. In this regard, maritime organization also needs to structure information security policy and examine its ability and behavior. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of compliance with information security policy on the ability and behavior of workers in shipping and port organization. The results of investigation show that information security education and norm affect compliance with information security of the workers. On the contrary, the punishment of information security is insignificant. It is shown that the degree of compliance with information security significantly affects its ability and behavior of the workers in shipping and port organization.

Recently, new information security vulnerabilities have proliferated with the convergence of information security environments and information and communication technology. Accordingly, new types of cybercrime are on the rise, and security breaches and other security-related incidents are increasing rapidly because of security problems like external cyberattacks, leakage by insiders, etc. These threats will continue to multiply as industry and technology converge. Thus, the main purpose of this paper is to design and present security subjects in order to train professional security management talent who can deal with the enhanced threat to information. To achieve this, the study first set key information security topics for business settings on the basis of an analysis of preceding studies and the results of a meeting of an expert committee. The information security curriculum taxonomy is developed with reference to an information security job taxonomy for domestic conditions in South Korea. The results of this study are expected to help train skilled security talent who can address new security threats in the future environment of industrial convergence.

With the rapid development of information and communication technology, information exchange between ships and shore has become faster and more convenient, However, accessing ship information has also become easier and concerns about cyber security attacks are growing. When a ship suffers a cyber-attack, it may cause considerable damage and incurs enormous costs and time to repair. In response to this threat, the maritime industry now demands that a cyber security officer be assigned to each ship to take charge of cyber security management onboard. In order to reduce the damage cause by an attack and to respond effectively, a specialized training course for the ship's cyber security officer is required. The purpose of this study was to present a training course for the position of the ship's cyber security officer, and to highlight the necessity of amending current legislation, To this end, domestic and foreign trends, ship cyber security incident cases, and cyber security training courses were investigated, and based on the results a standard training course for a ship's cyber security of icer was developed. Additionally, recommendations on the related amendments to legislation ware established. The results of the study can be used as basic data to establish future training courses for cyber security officers.
