본 논문에서는 ATM 망의 트래픽 제어 기능 중의 하나인 UPC(Usage Parameter Control) 알고리즘을 제안하고 VHDL을 이용하여 칩(chip)을 구현하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 우선순위가 높은 셀의 손실을 최소로 하고, 트래픽의 다중화 및 역다중화 과정에서 발생되는 트래픽의 군집성을 해소할 수 있다는 장점을 갖고 있다. 구현한 칩은 입력 모듈과 UPC 모듈, 출력 모듈의 3부분으로 이루어지며, 편의상, UPC 모듈에서는 커넥션 테이블의 index를 VCI(Virtual channel Identifier)와 동일하게 할당하였다. 또한 UPC 모듈의VSA(Virtual Scheduling Algorithm)블럭에서 셀의 도착시간을 계수하는 카운터가 랩-어라운드(wrap-around)할 때 생기는 VSA의 오류를 보정하여 구현하였다.

본 논문에서는 외부의 접속을 파악하고 운영체제의 파일 시스템 레벨에서 보안 기능을 제공할 수 있는 커널 모듈을 구현한다. 네트워크를 통한 통제를 뚫고 침입해오더라도 파일 시스템에 저장 된 데이터를 읽을 수 없다면 내부의 중요한 자료 유출은 방지할 수 있을 것이다. 구현한 보안 파일 시스템 모듈은 운영체제의 동적 적재 모듈을 사용하여 커널 레벨에서 보안 기능을 제공할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 보안 모듈에서 제공하는 기능은 파일 및 디렉토리의 암호화 및 복호화하는 기능을 가지고 있다.

In this paper, we developed a Satellite Image Processing System for obtaining 3-D positional information which is composed of five process modules. As a procedure of them, the Data Process module is the procedure that reads and processes the header file to generate data files. and then calculates orbital parameters and sensor attitudes for obtaining of 3-D positional information with them. The 3D Process module is to calculate 3-D positional information and the Dialog Process module is to correct the time of image frame center using the single image or stereo images for implementing the 3D Process module. We expect to obtain 3-D positional information with the header file and minimum GCPs(1∼2 points) using this system efficiently and economically in comparison with existing commercial software packages.

To securely protect users' sensitive information and national secrets, the importance of cryptographic modules has been emphasized. Currently, many companies and national organizations are actively using cryptographic modules. In Korea, To ensure the security of these cryptographic modules, the cryptographic module has been verified through the Korea Certificate Module Validation Program(KCMVP). Most of the domestic cryptographic modules are CPU-based software (S/W). However, CPU-based cryptographic modules are difficult to use in servers that need to process large amounts of data. In this paper, we propose an S/W cryptographic module that provides a high-speed operation using GPU. We describe the configuration and operation of the S/W cryptographic module using GPU and present the changes in the cryptographic module security requirements by using GPU. In addition, we present the performance improvement compared to the existing CPU S/W cryptographic module. The results of this paper can be used for cryptographic modules that provide cryptography in servers that manage IoT (Internet of Things) or provide cloud computing.

Each country has recently established and operated so called Aids to Navigation(AtoN) AIS system collecting and transferring information on the sea state and AtoN's position. Korea has also decided to introduce the system and been establishing it. And it has already installed and operated this system in Incheon and Daesan. For the purpose of giving the national standards of AtoN AIS, this paper is to investigate the present states of AtoN AIS systems in the above two area and to suggest the improvement to the operation of AtoN AIS system. To make it, the paper deals with the international regulations of related AtoN AIS and the cases of foreign's AtoN AIS system installed and also investigates the operation states of the system, in five modules such as system management, system composition, information, function and cooperation. The followings are concluded; improving the inconsistency of system management, reducing operator's confusion caused by excessive display of AtoN AIS system, improving the problem of receiving unnecessary information, improving the functional problems caused by AIS communication inability and improving AtoN AIS information which is presently not used on board.

정보시스템의 보호를 위한 정보보호 제품의 경우, CC를 바탕으로 하는 '정보보호시스템 평가제도'를 통해 평가 및 인증하며, 정보보호제품을 구현한 암호모듈의 경우, '암호모듈검증제도'(CMVP)를 통해 시험 및 검증한다. 본 글에서는 사실상의 국제기준인 미국 및 카나다의 CMVP의 새로운 검증기준 후보인 FIPS PUB 140-3의 변화내용을 분석한다. 또한, FIPS 140-1, FIPS 140-2, ISO/IEC 19790(즉, FIPS 140-2의 국제표준)의 내용과도 비교한다.

As open-source software (OSS) becomes more widely used, many users breach the terms in the license agreement of OSS, or reuse a vulnerable OSS module. Therefore, a technique needs to be developed for investigating if a binary program includes an OSS module. In this paper, we propose an efficient technique to detect a particular OSS module in an executable program using its function-level features. The conventional methods are inappropriate for determining whether a module is contained in a specific program because they usually measure the similarity between whole programs. Our technique determines whether an executable program contains a certain OSS module by extracting features such as its function-level instructions, control flow graph, and the structural attributes of a function from both the program and the module, and comparing the similarity of features. In order to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed technique, we evaluate it in terms of the size of features, detection accuracy, execution overhead, and resilience to compiler optimizations.

무선인터넷 접속 프로토콜의 사실상 국제표준이라 할 수 있는 WAP 프로토콜의 규격을 제정하는 WAP 포럼에서는 인증서 및 비밀키의 저장, 그리고 암/복호화 및 전자서명/검증 등의 연산을 지원하기 위한 무선인증모듈 규격을 정의하고 있다. 스마트카드로 구현되는 무선인증모듈의 사용 형태를 고려할 때, 다양한 플랫폼에서의 사용과 사용자의 이동성 지원, 그리고 무선인증모듈을 이용한 정보보호 특성 보장은 필수적인 요구조건이다. 본 논문은 무선인증모듈을 스마트카드로 구현함에 있어 멀티 애플리케이션을 지원하고, 기능 확장성을 보장하기 위한 PKCS #15 기반의 무선인증모듈 설계와 구현 결과를 보인다. 본 논문에서는 접촉형 스마트카드에 대한 국제규격인 ISO/IEC 7816 시리즈 규격을 준수한 설계를 보이고, 지수승 모듈러 연산을 하드웨어적으로 지원받아 RSA 1024 비트 암/복호화 및 전자서명/검증을 처리하는 결과를 보인다.

본 논문에서는 네트워크 계층 및 어플리케이션 계층의 트래픽 분석을 수행할 수 있는 RMON2 MIB를 이용하여 LAN 세크먼트의 트래픽을 분석하는 웹 기반 RMON 에이전트 시스템을 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 구현된 RMON 에이전트 시스템은 제어기능 설정 모듈과 패킷 수집 모듈 그리고 패킷 분석 모듈로 구성된다. 제어기능 설정 모듈은 관리자가 RMON 에이전트가 수행할 제어기능과 제어 인자들을 설정하는 기능을 수행한다. 패킷 수집 모듈은 네트워크상의 패킷을 수집하고 패킷 분석 모듈은 설정된 제어 기능에 따라 수집된 패킷으로부터 필요한 정보를 얻어 RMON MIB 에 따라 설계된 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 본 RMON 에이전트 시스템은 웹 인터페이스를 사용하여 관리자가 인터넷을 통해 제어기능 설정 및 모니터링할 수 있게 함으로써 대규모 네트워크에서 많은 RMON 에이전트 시스템들의 관리를 용이하게 할 수 있으며, PC 상에서 순수한 소프트웨어만으로 구현되었으므로 고가의 RMON 장비 없이 효율적인 네트워크 관리를 수행할 수 있다.

VRML은 상호 작용을 하는 3D 객체와 세계를 기술하는 파일 형식이다. OO-VRML은 VRML을 객체 지향 언어로 확장하여 정보 은닉, 상속 그리고 동적 바인딩 등을 가능하게 한 언어이다. OO-VRML의 이런 특징들은 더 동적인 가상 세계를 섬세하게 조정할 수 있도록 해준다. 이 논문에서는 OO-VRML의 표현 능력을 잘 활용하기 위해 OO-VRML 언어를 사용하는 전용 브라우저를 설계하고 구현한다. 부라우저는 파싱 및 인스턴스화 모듈, 실행 모듈, 브라우저 모듈의 세 부분으로 나누어진다. 파싱 및 인스턴스화 모듈은 OO-VRML 형식의 가상 세계를 읽어들여서 객체로 바꾸어주고 그객체들을 인스턴스화하여 OO-VRML장면 그래프로 바꾸어준다. 장면 그래프는 실행 모듈은 발생한 이벤트들을 처리하여 인스턴스의 필드 값을 바꾸어준다. 브라우저 모듈은 가상 세계를 화면에 나타내 주고 사용자 입력과 네비게이션을 처리한다.
