A Study on the Cadastral Characteristics of Dokdo-ri (독도리의 지적 특성 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the cadastral transformation process of Dokdo-ri based on the institutional concept of the cadastre, while presenting the cadastral characteristics of Dokdo-ri therefrom. For this purpose, both the literature search method and the Internet search method were used. As for the analysis method, descriptive analysis method and comparative analysis method were used. The findings support that the cadastral characteristics of Dokdo-ri is drawn as follows: First, from the physical point of view, the cadastral characteristics of Dokdo-ri shows that the territory is given by the smallest lot numbers in the country and that the territory is also given by the land lot number consisting of small size lots without continuing the ground for which the cadastral resurvey project was carried out for the first time. Second, in terms of the rights, the cadastral characteristics of Dokdo-ri shows that the entire area given by the lots is owned by a single owner and no ownership has been changed. Third, in terms of its value, the cadastral characteristics of Dokdo-ri shows that it is the only area given by the lots of which the officially assessed individual land price has never been decreased in the entire lots. Fourth, when it comes to presenting the cadastral characteristics of Dokdo-ri in terms of the use control/restriction, the consciousness of preserving Dokdo-ri and the consciousness of enhancing real territory are confronted but due to the Cultural Heritage Protection Act etc, the cadastre turned out to be a very passive cadastral work.

  • It is settled in the economic arena that electronic commerce which used the Internet is new recently by explosive increase of the rapid development and Internet use of the information and communication technology. The problem that is legitimate at a point called the business of the form that the electronic transactions to set together if I drift are new of the times is the situation caused a lot. However, the use custom of construction and electronic transactions of the maintenance that is the legislation thief who can do rules of electronic transactions is the fact that it was not able to be still established It may not be just applied to the Internet electronic transactions that an exchange promise between our characters does against unspecified number of the general public person in the property even if I say that the conclusion of the purchase agreement is concluded in Internet electronic transactions by EDI method. That can have the approval of contract in the main legal problem of such an Internet electronic transactions contract. We civil law sorts it by a contract between the talks characters and a contract between the remote area people and all the adopted children are equal and must decide the formation of contract time in a principle of Empfangstheorie because it may be said that the rule of the civil law that it be heated and decides to be able to be available is irrational.

Recently, the remarkable development of information and communication technology with supplying the high-speed Internet services. Accordingly, the transaction contract made by these also, the steady legal effect occurred by two or more parties by legal action which is the electronic agreement of expression. and it makes agreement improving corporate productivity and it can control the whole process such as contract documents and the actual buying store provision. Like this it has many benefits so, it suddenly rising as the new axis of economic activity area, it is a reality. In this change of era, with the establishment of electronic contracts, there are many problems are occurred to the expression of parties which is core of the contract on civil code so, the systematic legal composition is required. Thus, in this study will propose the reasonable improvements about the issue of electronic contract through the consideration.

  • Web Based Instruction has its theoretical background in constructivism paradigm of education. According to social changes called information era and thanks to the sophisticated internet mechanism the constructivism in education has been dominant paradigm. In this paradigm information and knowledge are not merely given by a instructor facing the loaners. This system of instruction has n almost every field of discipline introduced. This article aims to examine how far WBI and constructivism are applicable for design education. Richard Branchia predicted that the learner oriented instruction method would become the dominant education system. He stressed an interactivity of the teacher and students. Upon this can the applicability of WBI for design education be affirmed.   • This paper studies the characteristics of the network of the Zhongguancun Cluster, the most representative innovative cluster of the high-tech industry in China at present. For this study, Zhongguancun Cluster was the first high-tech cluster created in China in 1988, the current Zhongguancun Cluster plays a leading role in the development of the high-tech industry in China. In addition, the Zhongguancun Cluster has attracted global attention and helped elevate China as a key region in terms of research development in relation to the high-tech industry. With regard to the spatial characteristics of the network belonging to the companies in Zhongguancun Cluster, purchase and producer services and information and R&D network have a strong tendency to be local, while on the other hand the product sales network has a strong tendency to be non-local. It is because the political support supplied by the government, institutional base that provides high-tech companies, producer services and information regarding producer services is relatively well prepared and managed in Zhongguancun Cluster. The spatial characteristics of the R&D network have a very strong local character is due to the location of the Zhongguancun Cluster where companies, universities and research centers with outstanding research development capacity as well as various support organizations for technology innovation within the cluster are included. On the other hand, because the high-tech products produced in this area are sold all across China as well as in foreign countries, the product sales network has a strong non-local character. Strengthening the local network in terms of the main agents of the cluster is the most important aspect in order to develop a certain industrial cluster into an innovative cluster. In this respect, if the Zhongguancun Cluster is seen from the perspective of a network, it has a basic network foundation. However, to strengthen international competitiveness, not only the local network but also the international network should be strengthened.

Analysis of the relationship between service robot and non-face-to-face

  • As COVID-19 spread, non-face-to-face activities were required, and the use of service robots is gradually increasing. This paper analyzed the relationship between the increasing trend of service robots before and after COVID-19 through keyword search containing the keyword 'service robot AND non-face-to-face' over the past three years (2018.10-20219) using BigKines, a news big data analysis system. As a result, there were 0 cases in the first period (2018.10~2019.9), 52 cases in the second period (2019.10~2020.9) and 112 cases in the third period (2020.10~2021.9), an increase of 115% compared to the second period. The keywords commonly mentioned in the analysis of related words in the second and third periods were COVID-19, AI, the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy, and LG Electronics, and the weight of COVID-19 was the largest, confirming that the analysis keyword. Due to the spread of Corona 19, non-face-to-face is required, and with the development of information and communication technology, the field of application of service robots is rapidly increasing. Accordingly, for the commercialization of service robots that will lead the non-face-to-face economy, there is an urgent need to nurture human resources that require standardization and expertise in safety and performance fields.

Study on the Characteristics and Quality Level of Single Subject Researches in the Stroke Patients : The Field of health care ~ (뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 한 단일대상연구의 특성과 질적 수준에 관한 연구: 보건의료 분야를 대상으로)

  • Objective : This study sought to characterize and determine the qualitative level of a single target study for stroke patients. Methods : The National Science and Technology Information Center (NDSL), DBpia (DBpia), RISS (Radical Research Information Service), Korea Research Information (KISS), and the National Assembly Library's original case study from 2002 to 2017. A total of 24 single target research papers were selected through the screening process to analyze the quality level of research methods and research design. Results : ABA design was th most common study design method. One person was the most with 12(50%). and three were the second with 8(33.3%). Imagination was the most used as an independent lawyer. Dependent variables had the highest level of situability and one-sidedness. The study was also conducted with a variety of target behaviors, including 'memory', 'visual attention', 'dysphagia', 'visual-motor coordination', 'balance', 'activity of daily life' and 'edema' behaviors. It also showed a positive effect on all dependent variables. The Qualitative level was found to be above the intermediate level except for one study. Conclusion : It is academic significance that this study analyzes the items to be prepared for in the performance of a single target study and further studies may require the establishment of a weak but good-quality single target study for researchers conducting research in local communities and clinical sites.

A Study on the Research Trends of Archival Preservation Papers in Korea from 2000 to 2021 (국내 기록보존 연구동향 분석: 2000~2021년 학술논문을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to determine the research trends in archival preservation through keyword analysis, understand the current research status, and identify the research topics' changes over time. The degree and betweenness centrality analyses were conducted and visualized on 463 "archival preservation studies" articles published from 2000 to 2021 in various academic journals, using NetMiner 4.0. The collected research papers were divided into three time periods according to when they were published: the first period (2000-2007), the second period (2008-2014), and the third period (2015-2021). The subject keywords for the research papers on archival preservation in Korea that have influence and expandability are as follows. Across all periods, these were "electronic records" and "long-term preservation." In addition, if taken separately per period, the "OAIS reference model" and "electronic records" dominated the first and second periods, respectively, while the "records management standard table" and "long-term preservation" both dominated the third period. A conceptual framework and theory-oriented study for archival preservation, such as "digital preservation," "digitalization," and the "OAIS reference model," dominated the first period. During the second period, more research focused on procedures and practical applications related to conservation activities, such as "electronic record," "appraisal," and "DRAMBORA." In contrast, the majority of the research in the third period was on technical implementation according to the changes in the records management environment, such as "data set," "administrative information system," and "social media."

A Study on China's SNS Opinion Leader through Social Data (소셜 데이터를 통한 중국의 여론 주도층에 관한 연구)

  • The rapid development of the Chinese version of Twitter, the groom Weibo has become an important communication means for Chinese SNS users to obtain and share information. As a result, in China, the phenomenon of the power shift has emerged from the traditional opinion leaders to SNS opinion leasers. The relationship analysis of demographic variables of the Chinese SNS users and their Information on the relationship between keywords was made by utilizing the centrality analysis using Social Network Program NetMiner. China's SNS opinion leaders have general interest in daily activities with their families or friends rather than in social issues. And in case of SNS opinion leaders of high betweenness centrality, it was analyzed that general users was a key mediator role that organically out lead to the adjacent information. These properties are not independent of demographic variables, such as professional, therefore, the demographic characteristics of SNS opinion leaders showed a significant effect on the parameters of betweenness centrality. This study analyzed the characteristics of SNS users, especially opinion leaders in China by looking at the aspects of Chinese social phenomenon in terms of information. Through this study, we expect to provide basic information about the social characteristics of China through collective communication.

The Effect of Marketing Mix Factors on Sales: Comparison of Superstars and Long Tails in the Film Industry (마케팅믹스 요소가 매출액에 미치는 영향: 영화산업에서 슈퍼스타와 롱테일의 비교)

  • Researchers are making contradictory claims through the concept of superstars and long tails about how the development of IT technology affects demand distribution. Unlike previous studies that focused on changes in demand from a macro point of view, this study explored whether the relationship between a company's marketing activities and consumer response differs depending on the product location (i.e., superstar vs. long tail) from a micro point of view. Based on the marketing mix framework, hypotheses were developed based on the relevant literature. In the case of empirical analysis, 2,835 daily data from 63 Korean films were tested using the quantile regression method. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the influence of marketing mix factors on sales varies depending on the location of the product. Specifically, the appeal breadth of the film and the effect of owned media are enhanced in superstar products, and the effect of acquisition media in long-tail products is enhanced and the negative effects of competition are mitigated. Unlike previous studies that focused on macroscopic changes in demand distribution, this study suggested marketing activities suitable for practitioners through microscopic analysis.
