A Study on the Role of Library for Realizing Sharing Value in a Sharing Economy Era (공유경제시대에서 도서관의 공유가치 실현을 위한 역할 도출에 관한 연구)

  • The study aims to present function and role of the library in the age of sharing economy. For this purpose, through theoretical discussion and review of the characteristics and benefits of the sharing economy, the potential and value of a sharing economy were analyzed and the role of libraries was compared and analyzed in terms of the value of a sharing economy. In this study, the values created from the sharing economy were divided into five categories: Economic value, Social value, Community value, Technical value, and Environmental value, showing that the potential value of a sharing economy is similar to the role, function and value of a library. Based on this, it presented a function and role to realize the sharing value of a library in the era of a sharing economy.

  • A currently domestic governmental R&D business is early to 100. And this is each managed individually in 15 professional organizations of research and management by characteristics of a business. For this Reason, A redundant investment issue regarding national R&D occurs, and an issue regarding efficiency of R&D investment by insufficiency of systematic R&D research project and result management is continuously raised. Ministry of Education Science and Technology establishing National Science & Technology Information Service(NTIS) in order to solve these issues. NTIS is the national R&D Portal System which can support efficiency of research and development to result utilization in planning of national research and development. In this paper We consider integrated DB constructions and Information Linking of R&D Participants/Projects/Results information in a NTIS system for data quality Improvement. and then We analyze the cause of the data quality problem, and we propose the improvement plan for data quality elevation of NTIS system.

An NCS-based Evaluation Method of National Technical Qualification Examination in Electronics Fields (NCS 기반 전자분야 국가기술자격 실기시험 평가방법)

  • This paper presents an improved evaluation method, based on National Competency Standards (NCS), of National Technical Qualification (NTQ) examination in Electronics Fields such as Craftsman Computer, Industrial Engineer Computer Maintenance Control, Engineer Computer System Application, Engineer Computer, Engineer Embedded) to reflect practical vocational abilities and raise values of NTQ certificates. To evaluate each NTQ examination, we carefully chose corresponding NCS competency units for practical performance test, written subjective test, and mixed test through the advisory committee with industry, education, and qualification experts. In addition, we verified useful effects of the NCS-based evaluation method by performing and analyzing the simulated tests. We used both single and mixed problems in practical performance test and new problems about system design and implementation based on various working scenarios in written subjective test.

  • The presence of shops necessary for everyday life is a factor that increases the satisfaction of residential environment. From the perspective of founders, establishing businesses with high needs of local residents is a factor that affects business success. In this paper, we try to find out the status of businesses closely related to everyday city life. And it analyzes whether the formation of these businesses is consistent with the initial consumer needs of the new city. The purpose of this paper is to derive meaningful results that both the business founder and consumer can win-win. The current status of the life-friendly businesses and the needs of citizens were analyzed in the S city. As a results of analysis, the needs for education appears strongly at the early stage of urban development. And it shows a characteristic of being weakened to some extent with the passage of time. On the other hand, the needs for food, which is the basic requirement of life, has a low starting and steadily increasing character.

A Case Study on Performance Development Based on Local Folk Tale in Gangneung - Focusing on the Musical <Wolhwajeon> - (강릉지역 설화 중심으로 한 공연 개발사례연구 - 뮤지컬 <월화전>을 중심으로 -)

  • This study analyzed the use of scriptwriting and hologram technology for storytelling in the production of locally-centered cultural and artistic content. The musical <WolhwaJeon>, produced in the Gangneung area, was examined as a case study. The process of creating the script for the performance was used to establish the self-identity of the character "carp" and the stage visualization of the folktale "Yeonhwa." Furthermore, the use of hologram technology to actualize the inner expressions of the characters, deliver information, enhance spatiality, and visualize fantasy elements was examined. Through this approach, educational information about local folktales was provided to the local residents, and their pride in their region was heightened. This locally-centered content requires continuous development in a modern society that pursues cultural diversity, and future research is needed to produce and develop traditional and cultural content in other regions.

A Study on the Improvement of the Efficiency of School Report Documentation Using Artificial Intelligence Technology in Natural Language Processing (자연어 처리 인공지능 기술을 활용한 생활기록부 작성 효율성 제고 향상 연구)

  • 본 논문에서는 대입수시전형에서 생활기록부 입력은 대한민국 입시를 결정하는 매우 중요한 평가자료이다. 30명의 교사를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 통해서 교사들이 생활기록부를 작성하는데 가장 많이 참고하는 자료로는 수행평가 결과물, 발표내용, 보고서, 감상문 등의 학습 결과물(90%), 학생들이 작성한 자기평가서(73.3%), 관찰 평가지(50%)로 나타났으며, 80%(24명)의 교사들이 생활기록부를 작성하는데 고충을 겪고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 교사들이 느끼는 고충의 원인으로는 학생들의 개인별 특성 파악이 어려워 차별성있게 작성하는 것(76.7%)을 가장 힘들어 하였고, 작성해야 할 많은 수의 학생(60%), 문구를 만드는데 대해 부담(86.7%)을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 이 과정에서 교사의 전문성 뿐만 아니라 기계적이고 반복적인 작업도 많이 요구되고 있기 때문에, 생활기록부를 작성하는데에 도움을 줄 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다고 고안을 내었다. 교사들 역시 반복적이고 일률적인 생활기록부 작성에 도움을 줄 수 있는 프로그램이 있다면 유용하게 활용할 것이라는 응답이 90%였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 자연어 처리 인공지능 기술을 활용하여 교사들이 생활기록부를 작성하는데 있어 기계적이고 단순한 작업을 도와 주는 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제시하였다. 제안하는 프로그램은 학생들의 탐구보고서, 토론, 발표, 감상문 등의 생화기록부 작성 참고자료들을 텍스트로 변환하고 추상요약(Abstractive Summarization)을 통해 교사들이 효율적으로 작성하는데 활용될 수 있도록 설계하였다. 연구 결과 생활기록부 작성 참고자료를 텍스트로 변환하는 것과 추상요약을 할 수 있는 개방형 데이터셋까지는 확보하였다. 추상요약을 구현하는 방법에 대해서는 보다 심도 있는 추가연구가 필요하였다. 이를 통해 교사들이 교육 본질에 더욱 충실할 수 있는 환경을 마련하고, 내실 있는 생활기록부 작성이 공교육 신뢰 제고에 밑바탕이 되고자 한다.

A Study on North Korea's Cognitive Warfare against South Korea: Focusing on Reflexive Control and Three Warfares (북한의 대남 인지전에 관한 연구: 재귀통제와 3전(3戰)을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to analyze North Korea's cognitive warfare capabilities against South Korea based on Russia's reflexive control and China's Three Warfares strategy, and to derive implications thereof. Cognitive warfare, a new form of conflict that aims to distort the enemy's decision-making by influencing their cognitive processes, has gained prominence in recent international disputes. The research findings indicate that North Korea has both the capability and intention to conduct cognitive warfare against South Korea, emulating strategies from Russia and China. This includes various means such as cyber attacks, psychological warfare, and dissemination of false information. To counter these threats, the study proposes several measures: establishing a dedicated national-level organization, enhancing information collection and analysis capabilities, expanding public education on cognitive warfare, developing proactive response strategies, and strengthening international cooperation. This study contributes to raising awareness about the threat of North Korea's cognitive warfare and emphasizes the need for systematic preparedness. It calls for further research on specific countermeasures and the development of relevant policies to effectively address this emerging security challenge in the Korean Peninsula.

Development of tangible language content system based on voice recording (음성녹음 기반의 실감형 어학시스템 콘텐츠 개발)

  • Learning a lesson about poor concentration and problems of the existing content, the system of language which could not be determined, Many teachers' assessment decision was made. As a result, voice recording based on the combination of ubiquitous technology and virtual reality technology, and install the projector in a classroom Through the learning content corresponding grade English student ID card attached RFID reader in each classroom, and students of RFID tags attached. In reality of the virtual three-dimensional image content foreigners and question-and-answer using the voice recording technology at the same time check the pronunciation and intonation level passes or level failure judged. Student education data to a central server system is configured to do so after saving to the DB through a feedback process, which provides information. Analysis of the issues that can have a common language content in the present study and Problem for voice recording technology to solve the problem and did not solve the existing language in the content level based classes.

Watt, Who is he? (와트, 그는 누구인가?)

  • This research paper is to examine James Watt who led the 1st industrial revolution successfully. His great work was called monumental achievement in the human history of civilization. Here, we looked over the Watts' educational environment during his infant, juvenile, and adolescence period and also, his learning attitude about his own field through literature review. The basic infra of soft and hard wares for the industrial revolution through the process of R & D on new developing steam engine resulted from the very industrial revolution and its R & D environment were to be investigated. The useful information and knowledge from this process of the research are able to give an appropriate educational guidance to bring up the development of creativity in schooling systems. And also a lesson from the past could be used to provide the desirable direction for the 4th industrial revolution which is just begun to start now. The main results from this study are as follows; First, Watts' parents positively guided him onto the technology of manual field because they recognized their son was interested in technology field. The parents' attitude stimulated and guided his sons' self-development, had been equal to the aims of education. Second, Watt made a chance of making friendships with professors of Glasgow University. He spontaneously had done self-directed learning for getting knowledge and technology, and thus he became an expert of practical engineer and theorist. Third, the Lunar society, which was jumping over one's social position in their society of the 18th century through new thinking way, leading new ages had been very good R & D social infra for Watt to open and connect new advanced level of science and technology in his age. This society provided a study environment fields for their members to exchange their ideas of scientific curiosity and freely inquiry, technology informations. They had discussed and understood the issues to be occurred in their own fields and accumulated necessary knowledge for problem-solving, respectively. Such as this R & D system environment will be also considered in the modern research group. Fourth, the entrepreneur such as Boulton, who understand technology and grasp its value in future, is needed. The system of 'grue of management' will support the researcher with financial support, which is necessary in R & D. And the researcher like Watt who takes pleasure in technology itself and study eagerly in his field without financial problems, that is, 'grue of technical expert' is essential when leading to success in the industrial revolution.

The Effects of Children's Art Activities through Forest Experience in Relation with Nuri Curriculum on Their Environmental Sensitivity (누리연계 유아의 숲 체험 미술 활동이 환경 감수성에 미치는 효과)

  • Objective: This study examines the effects of children's art activities through forest experience in relation with Nuri curriculum on environmental sensitivity. Method: A survey was administered to an experimental group of 20 children as well as a control group of 20 children for statistical analysis. after 16-class art activities through forest experience were performed to children aged 4 at a daycare center for 50 days. Result: Children's art activities through forest experience in relation with Nuri curriculum had a positive effect on their environmental sensitivity. In particular, their art activities had a positive effect on their self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy and motivation in the experimental group, supporting the educational effects and benefits of developmental children's art activities through forest experience in relation with Nuri curriculum. In other words, art activities through forest experience are useful in terms of providing children with creative expression activities in art by leading to observation and exploration, as well as educational experiences that have positive attitudes toward the environment. Conclusion: As children's art activities through forest experience have a positive effect on their environmental sensitivity, more useful information on teaching-learning methods will be able to be provided to early childhood teachers in the field. Consequently, children's art activities through forest experience need to be actively introduced in the field of early childhood education as an alternative for learning nature and improving environment-friendly emotional intelligence.
