An information system for defense technology information management should assist the user's work and manager's decision-making by managing and timely providing data held by defense-related organizations. This paper proposes a plan for constructing an advance defense technology information service. DTiMS concentrates on the collection and management of defense science technology information but not its distribution. Therefore, it is important that the advanced distribution service model be established on the concept of total life cycle management that utilizes user information, so that it can provide proper information to each user in the defense field who require the information processed by their roles. This study examined the management of information and operation method through advanced case analysis. In addition, the analysis of existing services revealed improvements in the management of an information standard, the trace ability of information and usability, and improved user-interface. The proposed development direction was implemented by deploying the advanced DTiMS. Therefore, it is expected that the proposed methodology will contribute to the weapon system total life cycle, and will support defense technology planning, and R&D decisions.

The study is to propose the reference model of Korean record management for integrated information resources management, based on the Korean regulative and administrative environments. Therefore, the study suggests the reasons why the electronic records must be come to the one of the national knowledge and information resources and reviews several integrated information management systems such as GKMS, KADO, ERA, EUN, and COVAX. Next, the study proposes the integrated records management system architecture, integrated national knowledge and information management environment architecture, and information technology architecture for Integrating resource management environment.

The Aircraft Development Department operated a Technical Document Management System that was effectively managed using a database management system for the management of the technical information created by a research and development phase of an aircraft and managed a technical information of a research and development varied by the project on a lot of the aircraft development program. While managing the user management and technical information project, it caused some problems on the workflow of the Work Memo and a search of some technical information, etc. As result, we developed the web-based Integrated Technical Information System(ITIS) which be able to totally manage the Technical Document Management System varied by program. According to the construction and operation of this system, we can access by program using user account and privilege and dramatically increased the productivity of a research and development because of performing the workflow of the Work Memo and some search of technical information by the integrated screen of the ITIS.

하천관련 정보관리기술의 발전을 위해서는 관련자료 출처 발굴과 자료의 통합관리 및 분석 기술개발 등의 노력이 필요하다. 이에 따라 하천관련 정보에 대한 관리기술의 선진사례 분석을 통하여 국외의 앞선 기술을 살펴보고 국내 적용 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 분석한 미국의 HIS (Hydrologic Information System)는 CUAHSI (Consortium of Universities for the Advancement of Hydrologic Science, Inc)에서 수행하는 연구 활동의 하나로서 개방형 프로젝트로 개발되고 있으며 수문분석에 필요한 정보를 통합하여 관리하고 배포하는 기능을 수행하고 있다. CUAHSI-HIS는 웹기반 시스템이며 HIS 중심부(데이터 목록), Hydro 서버(데이터 게시), HydroDesktop (사용자 검색툴)으로 구성되어 있다. 이 세 개의 핵심 요소들은 상호작용을 통해 운영되며 미국 내의 모든 물관련 자료를 발굴하고 수집한다. 이렇게 발굴 수집된 자료는 WaterML로 표준화하여 다양한 사용자가 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 제공된다. 국내의 경우 RIMGIS와 WAMIS 등이 하천정보를 제공하고 있지만 변화된 하천운영 환경을 반영하여 사용자에게 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 정보를 제공하기 위해서는 정보의 표준화 및 시스템 구성환경 등 다양한 측면에서 검토가 필요하다. 이를 위해 CUAHSI-HIS 연구사례를 벤치마킹하여 국내 실정에 맞는 적용방안을 수립하여 구축하게 된다며 체계적인 정보관리 및 활용성을 극대화할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문에서는 연구회 관점에서 출연(연) R&D정보에 대한 종합적인 입수관리 및 서비스에 대한 요구에 부응하기 위해서 연구회R&D정보서비스(KRCF-RND)를 설계하고 구현하였다. NTIS의 표준체계 및 관련도구를 적용함으로써 연구회 중심의 데이터 입수/관리의 체계를 견고히 하였다. 정보관리를 위해서 국가R&D정보표준에 근간하여 174개의 연구회 관리항목을 정의하였고, NTIS 표준코드를 이용하였다. 관리시스템에는 NTIS의 부가서비스인 기관이형명관리서비스와 연구성과검증서비스를 적용하였다. NTIS의 표준 정보연계 방식을 적용함으로서 기초기술연구회 소관 13개 출연(연)의 국가R&D정보에 대한 실시간적인 데이터 연계를 구현하였다. 입수된 데이터에 대해서 38개 경영 및 성과지표의 형태로 서비스를 제공하였다. 본 시스템의 구축은 연구회 차원의 객관적인 기관평가, 효율적인 정보의 공동활용, 성과활용의 극대화를 위한 기반마련에 의의를 둘 수 있다.

R&D에 관한 주요 국가 및 산업기술의 정보 유출이 문제가 되고 있다. 2009년 11월 국가과학기술지식정보서비스(NTIS)는 영국표준협회(BSI)로부터 ISO 27001에 대한 11개 도메인, 133개 보안 통제항목의 정보보호관리체계((Information Security Management System) 인증을 획득하였고 이후 사후인증 심사를 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호 국제 표준인증인 ISO 27001과 관련하여 NTIS의 정보보호관리체계에 대하여 국가R&D정보관리의 경영적 관점에서 실증적 현황 및 성과와 향후 개선 및 발전 방향에 대하여 검토한다. ISO 27001 도입 후 133개 통제항목 중에서 적용율이 증가하였고 중부적합/경부적합/개선권고 사항이 크게 감소하였으나 정보자산 및 개인정보 관리는 지속적인 관심과 개선이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

기업의 효율적인 정보시스템 구축은 정보화 사회에서는 반드시 필요하다. 또한 기업의 성장 규모, 기업의 요구 사항. 기업의 보다 향상된 업무를 위해 시스템을 능동적으로 구현, 확장, 재구성되어야 한다. 이에 정보의 연계, 최신 정보의 효율적 관리를 이용한 구체화와 정보화를 유지할 수 있다. 이를 위하여 중소 업체에서는 한 번에 많은 투자를 해야되는 종합 정보화 시스템보다는 생산 관리, 인사 관리, 회계 관리 등 각각에 대한 정보화를 위해 가장 기본적인 프로그램들을 업체의 특성과 차별성을 고려하여 실용 업무에 보다 적합한 자동화 시스템구성의 필요성이 강조된다. 따라서 이들 시스템간에 서로 정보를 교환하고 의사결정을 하는 종합 관리 시스템을 구축하여야 하는데, 이를 위하여 기존에 개발된 영업관리, 생산 관리, 인사 관리, 회계관리 프로그램들을 통합하는 것이 새로운 시스템을 개발하는 것보다 경제적, 기능적 측면에서 매우 유리하다 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 (주)두양금속의 기존에 사용중인 영업관리, 생산 관리, 인사 관리. 회계 관리 시스템을 통합하고자 이미 구축된 시스템을 분석하고 각각의 독립된 업무를 연계하여 효율적인 정보 관리 시스템을 구축하는 것에 목적을 두고있다.

Construction automation based on information and communication technology(ICT) has been studied for improving productivity in the construction industry. This study investigates domestic research trends in ICT-based construction automation using text mining techniques. The results show that 'Technology to collect and analyze project progress(26%)' and 'Technology to analyze and apply the automation element of construction machinery(28%)' are the major research area. The word of 'construction information' is showed as important keywords in the area of 'Technology to collect and analyze project progress', and researches focusing on resource management, site management, information management, and real-time information monitoring have been mainly conducted. The word of 'ubiquitous' is shown as important keywords in the area of 'Technology to analyze and apply the automation element of construction machinery', and researches focusing on ubiquitous information management, ubiquitous site management, and measurement system have been mainly conducted.

There is not enough knowledge on how to use, build, and apply ubiquitous technologies such as the ubiquitous sensor network, GIS, statistic analysis system, mobile GPS system etc. Also there are other questions such as, how should the knowledge information resources be managed and web decision making system developed for national park management. The purpose of this study is to propose a framework for the national park integrated management system based on ubiquitous information technology. This study will include followings: 1) this study explores what ubiquitous information technologies are needed for national park management, 2) this study proposes building strategies about the spatial and attribute database using ubiquitous information technologies, and links methods among geographic information system, analysis program, sensor network, etc. The results of this study will contribute towards deciding a direction for national park policy in preparation for the ubiquitous computing oriented society.
