This study was carried out to provide basic data for improving oral health management plans by identifying the actual conditions of dental treatment use and criteria for selecting dental medical institutions for foreign students. The survey method was a survey of 145 foreign students at S University, and the collected data was conducted with the SPSS 24.0 program. As a result of the analysis, dental caries treatment was the most common among all nationalities in the dental experience. When the oral health education program was important, the will to use dental treatment in the future was positive. Therefore, in the future, it is required to revitalize oral health education programs and provide health care information for foreign students.
The overall digital transformation in society is rapidly progressing with the corona virus epidemic. In particular, in the field of cultural heritage and museums, digital transformation is taking place throughout the preservation, management, and utilization of cultural heritage. To respond to this, the importance of cultivating the digital literacy of museum professionals to select and utilize digital cultural heritage information is increasing. However, the current digital capacity education of museum professionals has not reached the cultivation of digital literacy due to one-way theory and one-way practical education. To overcome this, we propose a digital capacity building program using virtual museums. We propose a curriculum based on participatory museums, cooperative learning, and project-based learning theories. Learners experience the entire process of acquiring, selecting, and utilizing digital cultural heritage information through individual, cooperative, constant, exhibitions, and project-based learning programs. We were evaluated by experts in terms of education, museum education, and ICT technology education to prove its usability and derive improvements. This study will contribute to building the digital capacity of museum professionals.

Incorrectly loaded containers can easily knock down by strong winds. Container collapse accidents can lead to material damage and paralysis of the port system. In this paper, We propose a deep learning-based container loading state and accident risk detection technique. Using Darknet-based YOLO, the container load status identifies in real-time through corner casting on the top and bottom of the container, and the risk of accidents notifies the manager. We present criteria for classifying container alignment states and select efficient learning algorithms based on inference speed, classification accuracy, detection accuracy, and FPS in real embedded devices in the same environment. The study found that YOLOv4 had a weaker inference speed and performance of FPS than YOLOv3, but showed strong performance in classification accuracy and detection accuracy.

Academia and research institutes mainly use qualitative methods that rely on expert judgments to understand and predict research trends and science and technology trends. Since such a technique has the disadvantage of requiring much time and money, in this study, science and technology trends were predicted using keyword network analysis. To that end, 13,618 AI (Artificial Intelligence) patent abstracts were analyzed using keyword network analysis in three separate lots based on the period of the submission of each abstract: analysis period 1 (January 1, 2002 - December 31, 2006), analysis period 2 (January 1, 2007 - December 31, 2011), and analysis period 3 (January 1, 2012 - December 31, 2016). According to the results of frequency analyses, keywords related to methods in the field of AI application appeared more frequently as time passed from analysis period 1 to analysis period 3. In keyword network analyses, the connectivity between keywords related to methods in the field of AI application and other keywords increased over time. In addition, when the connected keywords that showed increasing or decreasing trends during the entire analysis period were analyzed, it could be seen that the connectivity to methods and management in the field of AI application was strengthened while the connectivity to the field of basic science and technology was weakened. According to analysis of keyword connection centrality, the centrality value of the field of AI application increased over time. According to analysis of keyword mediation centrality during analysis period 3, keywords related to methodologies in the field of AI application showed the highest mediation value. Therefore, it is expected that methods in the field of AI application will play the role of powerful intermediaries in AI hereafter. The technique presented in this paper can be employed in the excavation of tasks related to regional innovation or in fields such as social issue visualization.

This study aims to propose an extended OAK metadata for research data that would be described in OAK, an open access repository of the National Library of Korea. As a research method, literature review, case studies, and interviews with related parties were conducted. The method of extending the existing OAK metadata for research data was derived as follows. First, in modeling for research data, the structure of the collection> item> file is maintained, the collection is placed as a higher group to which the research data can be grouped, and item was combined metadata and files or digital objects of various formats together. Second, by mapping the metadata standard and case organizations with the existing OAK metadata, elements judged to need to be extended to OAK for research data were selected and reflected in the existing OAK. Third, the controlled vocabulary and syntax are also proposed so that it can be used for search or later statistics through structured data. By expanding the OAK metadata to describe research data, research data produced in Korea can be officially stored and used, which is the basis for preventing duplication of research and sharing and recycling research results nationally.

The purpose of this research was to develop a self-care application for kidney transplantation patients based on a review of previous literatures and the results of a survey that evaluated the needs of patients. The research proceeded in ADDIE order of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. In the analysis phase, interviews were conducted on over 5 kidney transplantation patients. Moreover, related applications and literatures were reviewed to develop application contents. App-based postoperative self-care program composed of the following: Health teaching, measurement, checklist, views, alarms, and App information. For the evaluation phase, a survey was conducted on 9 experts and 5 patients, using a smartphone application. SPSS/WIN 21.0 program was used for data analysis. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the validity and suitability of data obtained from experts and users. Content was validated using CVI. Expert assessment of application for the self-care after kidney transplant showed 3.5 out of 4. Patient assessment showed 3.7 out of 4. We determined that a self-care application for patients that underwent kidney transplant is helpful. Moreover, a future study is necessary to test and verify the effects of using this application on self-care and self-care knowledge.

This study deals with the case that was the field application of the microseismic monitoring techniques for the stability monitoring in a domestic mine. The usefulness and limitations of the microseismic techniques were examined through analyzing the microseismic monitored data. The target limestone mine adopted a hybrid room-and-pillar mining method to improve the extraction ratio. The accelerometers were installed in each vertical pillar within the test bed which has the horizontal cross-section $50m{\times}50m$. The measured signals were divided into 4 types; blasting induced signal, drilling induced signal, damage induced signal, and electric noise. The stability analysis was performed based on the measured damage induced signals. After the blasting in the mining section close to the test bed, the damage of the pillar was increased and rockfall near the test bed could be estimated from monitored microseismic data. It was possible to assess the pillar stability from the changes of daily monitored data and the proposed safety criteria from the accumulated monitored data. However, there was a difficulty to determine the 3D microseismic source positions due to the 2D local sensor arrays. Also, it was needed to use real-time monitoring methods in domestic mines. By complementing the problems encountered in the mine application and comparing microseismic monitored data with mining operations, the microseismic monitoring technique can be used as a better safety method.

It can be expected that intelligence and knowledge will be the core of the post-industrial society in a near future. Accordingly, the age of intelligence shall be accelerated extensively to find ourselves in an age of 'Communication' service enterprise. The communication actions will increase its efficiency and multiply its utility, indebted to its scientic principles and legal idea. The two basic elements of communication action, that is, communication station and communication men are considered to perform their function when they are properly supported and managed by the government administration. Since the communication action itself is composed of various factors, the elements such as communication stations and officials must be cultivated and managed by specialist or experts with continuous and extensive study practices concerned. With the above mind, this study reviewed our public service officials law with a view to improve it by providing some suggestions for communication experts and researchers to find suitable positions in the framework of government administration. In this study, I would like to suggest 'Occupational Group of Communication' that is consisted of a series of comm, management positions and research positions in parallel to the existing series of comm, technical position. The communication specialist or expert is required to be qualified with necessary scientific knowledge and techniques of communication, as well as prerequisites as government service officials. Communication experts must succeed in the first hand to obtain government licence concerned in with the government law and regulation, and international custom before they can be appointed to the official positions. This system of licence-prior-to-appointment is principally applied in the communication management position. And communication research positions are for those who shall engage themselves to the work of study and research in the field of both management and technical nature. It is hopefully expected that efficient and extensive management of communication activities, as well as scientific and continuous study over than communication enterprise will be upgraded at national dimensions.
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is regarded as a core technology of ubiquitous computing. Although it has some technical limitations such as technological standardization of RFID tags as well as economical limitations, many companies around the world have already accepted RFID to improve their management efficiency. In this regard, this study is to meet with results that the adoption of RFID technology willbring opportunities that companies' operational process are improved and customer satisfaction is highly strengthened. This research focuses on providing more understanding for building RFID marketing strategy to suppliers who want to sell their RFID products to customers through analyzing purchasing process. The findings are as follows; First, the study shows that buying center members usually take product reliability and precision of technical specification in the case of new-task buying situation while they put their first purchasing priority on prices in the straight rebuy. Second, the finding presents that in new-task buying situation and the straight rebuy purchasing personnel get information about new products through product performance test, organizational engineers, opinions from other companies' purchasing personnel, and checking out samples. Third, this research demonstrates when it comes to purchasing risk in their first purchasing, the persons who are in charge of material purchasing are inclined to be aware of the risk most in technical problems, followed by financial problems and time delay problems in order. And in addition to those risks are mentioned above, once-again-purchasers take the risk like an opportunity loss for better products into consideration. Fourth, the study shows that the role of concerning departments makes no difference in each purchasing stage. Accordingly marketers need to beef up the differentiated strategy to persuade their customers. Fifth, the findings of this study demonstrate that purchasing decision making is much influenced by the final users. So suppliers are supposed to perform the most active marketing strategy at the first stage of purchasing through various resources. Finally, the study presents that the suppliers who will have had close relationships with their customers need to give consistent information to them so that their customers can have lower motive in purchasing products from competitors.

This study aims to determine the association structure of the behavioral relationship variables, such as trust, commitment, cooperation, communication and coercive power, in the relationship between the buyers and suppliers of industrial parts. It also investigates the impact of the use of IT technologies on the relationships quality. Data was collected from 216 part suppliers of machinery, electronics and automobiles located in Incheon. Data supported all of the proposed hypotheses. First, it was confirmed that parts suppliers' trust in buyers leads to the commitment into relationships with buyers. Second, cooperation and communication showed a positive influence on parts suppliers' trust in buyers, and coercive power gave a negative influence on trust. Third, the use of IT technologies like Internet and E-Mail between parts suppliers and buyers was verified to have generally a positive influence on the quality of relationships. At the same time, cooperation and communication were confirmed to have a positive influence on each other, and cooperation and coercive power as well as communication and coercive power were confirmed to have negative influence on each other. This study is a pioneering attempt to examine the relationships between suppliers and buyers of industrial parts, and the influence IT technologies on the relationship quality. Also, the findings will be practically much helpful to find how to reinforce the relationships between parts suppliers and buyers.
