지난 97년부터 교사 및 학생들의 정보 활용교육 등이 강화되어 추진되면서, 교사에게는 정보소양 함양과 전문성 신장을 위한 다양한 형태의 연수가 이루어져 왔다. 특히, 기존의 출석수업 증설의 교사 연수는 연수시설의 부족과 시간적 제약 등의 문제로 인해 급변하는 정보화 시대에 대응하기 어려운 점이 있었다. 따라서 기존 연수의 문제점을 해결하고 디지털 정보사회에 적합한 연수체제 구축을 위한 대안으로 교원 원격교육 연수원이 도입 운영되고 있으며 해마다 그 수가 증가추세에 있다. 그러나, 이와 같은 양적 증가에도 불구하고, 정보교육 관련 원격연수에 대한 종합적 안내 체계가 미흡한 결과 현장의 교사들은 연수선택에 대한 정보제공이 적절하게 이루어지지 못했다. 또한, 2004년 4월 현재 53개의 원격교육연수원이 운영되고 있으며, 전체 교육과정 중 50%이상이 정보화 교육과정임에도 불구하고, 실제 다수의 교사들이 정보화 원격연수 기회를 접하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 현재 운영되고 있는 원격교육연수원의 지정 인가현황과 연수원별 교육과정 운영현황 등을 고찰해 보았으며, 현장의 교사들이 정보교육 관련한 원격교육의 필요성은 매우 높게 느끼지만, 실제의 이수상황은 그렇지 못하고 있다. 다양한 원격연수 기관에 대한 인지도가 매우 낮게 나타났으며, 결과 다수의 교사들이 자신의 관심과 흥미에 맞는 연수의 기회를 받지 못하고 있는 것이다. 문헌 및 설문조사를 통해 이러한 문제들에 대한 분석과 함께 개선방안을 본 연구에서 제안하고자 한다.

최근 정보화의 역기능이 더욱 다양해지고 광범위해지면서 정보보호의 중요성은 전 세계에 걸쳐 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 이에 따라 정보보호인력을 양성하기 위한 교육기관들이 개설 및 증설되고 있지만, 인력양성의 핵심적인 역할을 담당하고 있는 정규교육기관에서의 정보보호인력 양성 현황에 대한 체계적인 분석은 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 교육통계연보를 이용하여 국내 정규교육기관(전문대학, 대학, 대학원)의 정보보호전공 설치 현황을 파악하고, 설문조사를 실시하여 졸업생 진로 현황, 교육 프로그램 운영 시 애로사항, 교육 프로그램 개발 시 우선순위를 파악한다. 또한 이를 토대로 정보보호인력의 공급을 전망하고 학교 급별로 정보보호인력의 양성 방안을 제시한다.

Today, as a daily routine such as administration/finance is operated under information system and various cyber crime against national, public, and private institutions happen, demand for information security manpower is increasing. Hence, Ministry of Education has formed an Institute of Information Security Education for the Gifted to early discover talent in the field of information security and train professional personnel with specialty and ethics in 4 universities of country in 2014. But the nascent Institute of Information Security Education for the Gifted lack systematic analyses compared to Institute of Mathematics and Science Education for the Gifted that has existed from a long time ago. In this paper, we analyze the state of the Institute of Information Security Education for the Gifted in three parts: operation, selection, education and suggest an improvement to build a practical program for effective operations and education.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current practices of the customized bibliographic instructions (CBI) at four-year academic libraries in Korea. Among the entire 206 academic libraries, a total of 149 libraries participated in the survey. Study result shows that the libraries providing CBI was 63.1%. The findings of the study revealed the overall picture of the CBI operated in Korean academic libraries. The findings of the study suggested useful strategies to apply in adopting and operating the CBI in academic libraries in Korea.

Viewing and approaching problems based on computational thinking can be improved through informatics education, which is essential for students to live in a future society. The purpose of this study is to analyze the operation status of informatics subjects that have become general electives in the 2015 revised curriculum, and to contribute to enhancing the effect of future informatics subject. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was conducted for 400 students who graduated from high school in 2015-2016, and five students and five informatics subjects teachers were interviewed. Operation period of Infomatics subject, contents, method and evaluation method were analyzed. As a result, the operation of informatics subjects varied greatly from the second semester of the first year to the second semester of the third year. The most common method was teaching type, but the percentage of self-study was high in the second semester of the third year. The contents of the study did not learn all the contents, and the use rate of textbooks was low in the class. This study confirmed that the informatics subject class did not proceed in the form of observing the curriculum similarly to other subjects excluded. It is also significant that for the first time, the operational status of informatics subjects was analyzed.

교육인적자원부는 교육행정 전반의 효율성을 높이고 교원 업무 환경 개선을 위해 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)을 도입하여 시행하고 있다. 그러나 개인정보보호 문제로 여러 단체와 갈등을 빚어오던 중, 2003년 12월 교무 학사, 입 진학, 보건 등 3개영역을 분리하여 별도 시스템을 구축하기로 결정하고 2005년 시범학교 운영을 거쳐, 2006년에는 시스템을 전면적으로 운영하게 되었다. 본 연구는 교무업무시스템의 운영 현황을 분석하고, 당면한 문제점과 관련 과제를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 70%이상의 교사들이 교무업무시스템을 1일 평균 1-2회 접속하는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 기존의 수기장부가 약간 줄어들은 것으로 평가되었다. 교사들은 교무업무시스템의 기능, 디자인, 편의성, 효율성 등에 대해 긍정적이었으며, 재택 처리가 가능해진 것을 가장 좋은 점이라고 응답했다. 또한 개인정보보호에 대한 중요성을 알고 전자인증서를 관리한다는 응답이 많았으며, 가장 큰 문제점으로 접속의 어려움과 느린 시스템 속도 등 시설 측면의 개선이 요구되었다. 다수의 교사들이 시스템의 정착 후 교원의 업무가 경감되고 효율적으로 바뀔 것이라고 긍정적으로 응답했으나, 복잡해지고 이중 부담이 예측된다는 응답이 뒤를 이었다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해, 다양한 연수프로그램 제공, 학교 시설의 전반적인 개선, 수기장부의 감축을 통한 실제적인 업무 경감 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

대학도서관 맞춤교육은 이용자의 자발적인 요청으로 사서가 이용자의 요구사항과 주제 분야, 전공 등을 고려하여 맞춤형으로 교육을 설계 제공하는 것이다. 맞춤교육은 이용자가 필요한 시점에 필요한 내용을 제공한다는 강점을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 맞춤교육의 국내 대학도서관 운영현황을 파악하고, 맞춤교육의 필요조건 및 장애요인을 파악하고자 하는 목적으로 대학도서관의 맞춤교육담당자를 심층 면접하였다. 연구결과, 맞춤교육의 필요조건으로 사서 인력의 자격 및 자질과 교육 환경적 측면이 중요한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 한편 앞에서 파악된 필요조건이 결여되거나 교과운영과정에서 발생하는 문제점들이 주요 장애요인으로 파악되었다.

This study seeks to analyze the actual operation status of the school history archive, which collects, preserves, and utilizes school history records, and propose improvement strategies. The subjects of this study were divided into unit school history archives established in each school and integrated school history archives, which collect school history records under the jurisdiction of the Office of Education. The types and functions of school history records and school history archives were first identified, and the status of school history archives overseas was investigated. Afterward, interviews were conducted with six unit schools and five Offices of Education to examine the domestic status. The interview questionnaire was structured according to the following aspects: operation status, records and archives management, and archival information services. Based on this, the status and problems of the unit school type and integrated school history archives were identified, and improvement measures in terms of operation, record management, and record information service were proposed. In addition, comprehensive improvement strategies encompassing the unit school and integrated school archives were suggested. The results of this study can serve as useful material for operating and developing school history archives.

In order to secure the national competitiveness in the 21st century's frontier knowledge-based information and globalized society, Korea also needs programs to pick out advanced human resources early and educate them systematically. Therefore the education for the gifted in the information science area is very important, in response to the highly developed Information society, nationally, science-gifted education institutes attached to colleges and several institutions for gifted education have selected and educated the gifted in information science. Therefore, this study is intended to survey local elementary school teachers' awareness on elementary information education for gifted and talented students carried out in jeju by the Education Center for Science Gifted and Talented Students of jeju National University and other education institutions for gifted and talented students in the region and thereby suggest strategies for improvement of the education.

This paper purports to analyze the works of elementary school teachers belonging to the educational information division, who are key players in making information-based elementary school education, to analyze any problems with the works, and to find out the best solutions to the problems under the given circumstance. Its research topics are: characteristics and current status of school network, and major structural characteristics and problems with operation of school network at N Elementary School; the works of elementary school teachers belonging to the educational information division (hereinafter referred to as "the Teachers"); the Teachers' recognition of education information and any problems with their works; and finally, countermeasures to reduce the Teachers' work load.
