The aim of this study is to investigate the role of information service failure severity within existing framework of service recovery justice research and analyse the effects of the attribution of service recoveries on recovered user satisfaction and revisit. For empirical analysis, A total of 452 valid questionnaires were used to analyse the data gathered from university students who experienced the information service failures of university library. Some findings of the research are as follows: First, service failure severity has negative effect on service recovery justice. Second, procedural and interactional recovery justice has positive effect on recovered user satisfaction. Third, service recovery justice has significant influence on procedural and interactional justice. Finally, recovered user satisfaction has positive effect on user revisit and mouth of word.

Organizations amplify their information security (IS) technical investments as the demand for IS escalates. This research suggests conditions for enhancing insider compliance with IS, focusing on the potential for behavior modification through techno-stress and organizational justice, based on the theory of planned behavior. To test the proposed hypothesis, this study utilized a survey methodology on 383 employees from companies with implemented IS. The test results showed that IS techno-stress (overload and uncertainty) caused by reduced attitudes of employees, and organizational justice increased subjective norms, influencing IS compliance intentions along with self-efficacy. Additionally, organizational justice has been found to alleviate the adverse effects of IS overload and uncertainty on attitudes. The findings are expected to help clarify measures for achieving IS performance within the organization by proposing organizational justice conditions to improve the negative IS environment of the organization.

이동 주체의 전자 상거래 참여는 계약 문서나 결제 정보 교환 서비스에 대해 사용자 실체에 대한 증명과 교환 메시지의 사후 검증 수단을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동 주체의 이동성에 따른 한계적 계산 능력 및 대역폭 사용을 고려하여 부분적으로 제 3의 신뢰 기관(Trusted Third Party, TTP)의 효율적인 참여 구조를 수용한 상호 공정 계약 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 기존 공정 계약 프로토콜에 대한 연구를 상거래 주체에 대한 이동성을 지원하기 위해 상호 공정 계약 프로토콜로 확장하였다. 제안한 프로토콜은 이동성에 대한 한계적 능력에 대해 해당 TTP와 공개키를 기반으로 거래 주체간의 상호 인증을 수행하도록 하였으며, 이러한 초기화를 수행한 이후 상거래 주체는 해당 인증 결과를 기반으로 주체간 상호 메시지 교환을 위한 공정 계약 프로토콜을 수행하도록 하였다. 또한 사전에 동의한 계약 과정 이외의 예외 상황 발생시 부분적 TTP의 참여를 허용하여 시스템의 대단위 계산 능력에 대한 효율성을 보장할 수 있다.

Considering that our construction market is recognizing the necessity of EVMS(Earned Value Management System) and that the EVMS will be applied to the construction projects with large scale. the suggested methodologies to link WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) with EVMS results and the developed web-based EVMS can be a tentative system for practical application.

공정계획(process planning)이란 제품에 대한 설계정보 및 제한된 가용자원에 대한 정보를 바탕으로 비용, 생산량을 고려하여 원자재를 원하는 형태로 변형시키기 위한 방법의 체계적인 결정과정이라 할 수 있으며, 생산계획(production planning: scheduling)이나 작업계획(operation planning)과 연계하여 설계와 생산을 연결하는 교량 역할을 수행한다. 이러한 공정계획 작업을 컴퓨터에 의해 자동화하기 위한 컴퓨터 원용 공정계획(computer aided process planning : CAPP)은 변환적 방식(variant approach)에서 시작되어 창생적 방식(generative approach)으로 발전되어 왔으며 인공지능 기법을 응용 한 지식기반 CAPP(knowledge based CAPP) 방식에 이르기 까지 CAM-1's CAPP, APPAS, GARE, SIPS, XCUT등 수많은 연구가 행해 졌다. 본 연구에서는 자동차 부품 업체인 K사의 공정계획 사례를 바탕으로 범용성이 있는 개방형 공정계획 시스템의 개발을 목표로 한다. 본 시스템에서 i) 설계정보는 객체지향에 의해 표현된 형상특징을 사용하고 ii) 공정계획은 국부적 공정계 획과 전체적 공정계획 과정(golbal planning)으로 구별하였고 iii) 공정계획을 위한 정보는 지식 베이스(knowledge base : KB) 와 데이타 베이스(data base : DB)로 구분하였다. 또한 iv) 정보의 모듈화를 통하여 임의의 제조라인에 적합하도록 개방형을 추구하였다.

The object of this research is to examine the factors leading to intercompany win-win by finding the antecedents and consequences that affect a supplier's fairness perception. We assume that the antecedent factors of a supplier's fairness perception are vertical coordination, cooperation support, information sharing, and legalistic plea. We assume that the consequential factors of a supplier's fairness perception are supply chain dependence and supply chain flexibility. The object industry is an electronic parts manufacturing company. We tested our model by using the SPSS 17.0 and the LISREL 8.5. For measurement validation, we verified by using a confirmatory factor analysis and a reliability analysis. For hypothesis analysis, we did a path analysis with the LISREL 8.5. By checking the modification index and expecting parameter changes, we modified the model. First, the buyer's vertical coordination had a positive effect on the supplier's distributive fairness perception and procedural fairness perception. Second, the buyer's cooperation support had no effect on the supplier's distributive fairness perception and procedural fairness perception: we suppose that the buyer's requests were burdensome, although they cooperated with the supplier. Third, the buyer's information sharing had a positive effect on distributive fairness perception but had no direct effect on procedural fairness perception. Fourth, the buyer's legalistic plea had a negative effect on the supplier's distributive fairness perception. and a negative effect on the supplier's procedural fairness perception at a 0.1 significance level. Fifth, although procedural fairness perception had no direct effect on supply chain dependence, fairness perception had an effect on supply chain dependence and supply chain flexibility both directly and indirectly.

플라즈마 공정장비 지능화를 이루기 위해서는 플라즈마 공정장비에서 플라즈마를 생성하는 다양한 조건 값에 따라 변화되는 플라즈마의 상태 값이 필요하며 이러한 데이터를 수집하기 위해 여러 종류의 측정 센서를 사용한다. 측정 센서에서 생산된 데이터를 이용하여 다양한 분석 기법을 사용하여 플라즈마 생성 조건 및 센서 데이터의 주요한 특징점 간의 관계성을 파악함으로써 플라즈마 공정장비의 상태를 진단할 수 있다. 이를 위해 플라즈마 공정장비에서 생산된 데이터를 기반으로 다양한 데이터 분석 연구를 통한 데이터간의 연관성을 보여주도록 한다.

TCP Vegas는 TCP Reno에 비해 효율성과 안전성 측면에서 보다 나은 성능을 보이고 있으나, 두 버전이 같이 사용되는 경우 충분한 성능을 발휘하지 못하여 공정성에 문제점을 드러내고 있다. 본 논문에서는 TCP Vegas의 알고리즘에서 사용하는 상수 요소인 $\alpha$, $\beta$ 값의 변화에 의해 TCP Reno 버전과의 공정성이 향상되는 사실을 시뮬레이션을 통해 확인하였으며, 이에 따른 향후 연구과제를 제시하였다.

단일서버 시스템에서 응용간 자원의 공정한 분배는 GPS(Generalized Processor Sharing)을 통친 실현될 수 있다. 그러나 다중서버시스템에서 GPS를 적용한다면, 각 서버 내에서의 공정성은 보장해 주지만, 시스템 관점에서의 공정성은 더 이상 보장되지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 멀티서버 시스템에서 시스템 관점에서의 공정성 보장을 위한 기법을 제시한다. 이 기법은 시스템에서 발생하는 각 서버의 잔여용량을 응용간 공정하게 분배하는 모델과 모델을 참조하여 실행하는 실제 스케줄링 알고리즘으로 구성된다 모델에서는 긴 시간동안 각 서버에서 발생하는 잔여용량의 사용을 관측하여, 향후 각 응용의 요청들에게 제공할 잔여용량 분배를 결정한다. 스케줄링 알고리즘은 모델에 의해 결정된 잔털용량 분배를 실제 각 응용들이 제대로 가져갈 수 있도록 제어한다. 실제 모델을 참조하여 공정 잔여용량 분배를 수행하는 스케줄링 알고리즘의 동작은 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였다.

To deploy multicast protocols, fairness to current Internet traffic, particularly TCP, is an important requirement. PGMCC is one of the most promising multicast congestion control proposals but it suffers from degradation of fairness by fixed timeout and uncertain acker selection. In this paper, we suggest addition of an adaptive timeout mechanism and NAK suppression in router using throughput comparison to improve fairness. Our simulation show improved fairness.
