The purpose of this study is developing a information support system for R&D decision making to maximize economic results of the R&D. This system is composed of studying the model of work flow for R&D decision making, analyzing a technology information, connecting with the databases from KISTI and others, and valuing R&D technology on line. Especially in the case of technology valuation, this system is combined with the valuation model which supports knowledge information for helping more objective estimation.

본 연구는 정보 통신 투자가 경제 전반에 미치는 효과를 분석함으로써 초고속 정보 통신망 투자의 경제적 효율성을 검토하고자 했다. 정보 통신 산업에 대한 투자효과는 1980년 이후 계속된 투자인데 이 투자로 인해 1990년의 최종수요를 충족하기 위한 생산활동 과정에서 1990년 총소요 자원비용 금액 중 1조 5,567억원의 자원 절감 효과를 발생시킨 것으로 계산되었다.

Since the outsourcing logistics business has been an emerging opportunities for many new service providers entering into such an ever-changing technology, knowledge and logistics market, it has resulted into a price-sensitive and high competition industry. In order to sharpen the global competitive power of the information-contents business in this severe environment, this research is engaged in meeting the following purposes: 1. well position the outsourcing logistics services in the logistics business industry 2. articulate the business model to compete in the outsourcing logistics services market, Information-contents industry. 3. propose a competitive strategy for a outsourcing logistics services provider to grow the information-contents business. This research report could also serve as a framework for the other logistics and the outsourcing services companies to plan out their competitive strategies of information-contents industry. For new comers to join the same market, it will be also helpful in positioning their services and making business decisions in a holistic view.

The aim of this study is to examine the changes of approach methods of research framework in the history of Korean economic geography during the last fifty years($1956{\sim}2005$). The five factors that have influenced Korean economic geography are Korean geography, European, American, and Japanese geography, fundamental theories of economics and business administration, regional problems, and culture. The study of Korean economic geography can be divided into four periods: 'period of cradle of economic geography($1956{\sim}1962$)', 'period of establishment of economic geography(1963$\sim$later 1970s)', 'period of leap of economic geography(the former half of 1980s$\sim$the former half of 1990s)', and 'period of transition of economic geography (since later 1990s)'. And research framework of Korean economic geography has changed from the regional structure theory in 'period of leap' to the spatial system of economies and network theory in 'period of transition'. Spatial system of economies and network theory consists of spatial system of world economies, spatial system of national economies, spatial system of regional economies, spatial network of enterprise economies, and spatial network of information economies.

사이버 경제활동을 규율하는 법 규범은 현실세계에서의 경우보다 많은 한계점올 안고 있다. 본 연구는 사이버 경제활동에 적용되는 법제의 효과적인 정착을 위해 라이프 사이클 단축 및 생산성이라는 두 가지 문제의 측면에서 그 배경 및 문제점들을 거시적으로 검토 분석한 것이다. 이로써 한국경제시스템이 사이버 환경에 원활하게 적응할 수 있도록 일익을 주는 데에 연구목적을 둔다. 논의의 결과 각 경제주체들이 사이버 경제활동을 수행함에 있어서 신뢰성 제고 및 안전성 확보의 여부가 향후 사이버 경제활동을 견고히 할 법제 마련에 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 특히 법률이란 시대적 흐름이나 기술발전에 뒤떨어지는 것이 일반적 현실임을 고려하여, 상이한 법률환경을 가진 사이버 공간에 적합한 법제를 마련 정착함으로써 이익극대화를 도모해 나가야 할 것이다.

국내 뿐 아니라 세계적으로 디지털 기반의 공유경제 서비스와 관리에 대하여 많은 관심을 두고 있다. 공유경제로 인하여 새로운 경제패러다임으로 높은 가능성이 있고 정부와 시민이 편익차원에서 많은 예산 절감이 가능하기 때문이다. 우버, 에어 비엔비 등의 사업이 활성화 되고 있는 상황에서 디지털 콘텐츠 역시 활용 공유 가능한 재화로써 공유경제에 참여하고 신뢰기반의 효과적 거래가 가능하다. 이 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠를 공유경제로 활용함에 있어 위 변조 및 해킹 가능성을 줄이고 투명한 거래가 가능하여 디지털 콘텐츠의 유통이 활성화 될 수 있는 방법으로 블록체인 활용기법을 제안하였다. 스마트 유통과정에서 이더리움의 스마트 컨트랙트 방법을 적용하고 디지털 콘텐츠 저작권을 보호하기 위한 머클트리 해싱방법과 암호화방법을 수정함으로써 디지털 콘텐츠가 공유경제로써 발돋움하고 활성화될 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 재해 예방 및 복구사업 경제성평가 모델 개발을 위해 경제성 평가 활용현황 및 문제점을 정리하고 경제성 평가모델개발방안 도출 등의 연구를 수행한다. 경제성 평가기법의 연구개발 현황 파악과 경제성 평가방법의 당면 과제 도출로부터 조사 범위 및 방법을 결정하고 성과물에 대한 활용방안 또한 결정에 참고하도록 한다. 기존 연구 및 풍수해 관련 자료의 분석결과 경제성 평가는 BCA가 일반적으로 사용되여 Benefit과 Cost의 고려범위에 따라 연구방법과 내용이 각기 다른 실정이었다. 또한 대부분의 연구는 정량화가 쉬운 직접비용에 치중되어 있으며, 고려 범위가 추상적인 경우는 과다하게 측정되는 경향이 있었다. 한편, 피해 발생 시 현재는 NDMS에 피해액관련 데이터 입력하여 활용하고 있으며 이는 관련보상 법규가 없던 과거조사자료와 최근의 조사자료사이에 큰 차이를 보이고 있다.
