본 논문에서는 기업내의 지식활동 주체들이 지식경영을 실천하는데 필수적인, 지식에 대한 가치평가 기준을 제시한다. 이 평가기준은 기업의 경영전략적 모형의 구조에서 도출하였다. 지식경영의 궁극적 목적을 기업의 경영전략의 실현으로 파악하여, 지식의 가치를 기업의 사명, 비전, 경영목표 및 경영전략 등이 형성해내는 기업의 경영전략적 모형안에서 찾았다. 기업의 경영전략적 모형의 구조안에서, 업무처리 지식에 대한 가치측정은, 이 구조가 제한하는 단일지식에 대한 완성도와 복잡도로 평가하였다. 그리고 기업의 경영방향에 관련된 지식의 가치는, 그 구조요소들 사이의 중요도와 연관성으로 평가하였다.

기업들은 ITIL 기반의 IT 서비스 관리체계 도입으로 IT 서비스에 대한 객관적인 가치 평가를 기대하고 도입한다. 하지만 기업들의 IT 서비스 관리체계의 성과지표들은 관리 중심적인 성과모델로써 가치 평가보다는 IT 운영 관리 중심으로 활용되고 있으며, IT 거버넌스의 전략적 의사결정을 위한 가치 연계와 책임 추적성, 성과 측정 및 위험 관리를 지원하지 못하고 있다. 가치 중심의 성과지표 모델을 통해 IT 거버넌스를 지원하고, 기업의 지속적이고 체계적인 투자관리를 통해 기업 가치 향상과 투명한 IT 투자에 기여하길 기대한다.

In this study, the factor that affect use value of domestic public library was analysed. This study try to grasp the effect of various variables such as characteristics of the respondent and library through the measurement using CVM that extract the value by the user's statement. For this purpose, effective variables identified in the value measurement study of domestic and foreign public library was grasped and characteristics of the effective variables presented in the study examined. The factor influenced WTP representing library's value are the demographic characteristics such as gender, income, age and the using pattern such as frequency of use, time to visit. As to user's satisfaction and recognition, the recognition about librarian's satisfaction, place for resident's exchange, degree of financial support, culture-art volunteers are affecting depending on the service such as information, facilities and programs. The study comprehensively analysed the impact on the value measured by all types of public library in the nation and provided the information about property of value assessed by user according to region and scale. This information is expected to help the strategic policy making to enhance the value of library in the future.

지금까지 HCI분야의 많은 연구들은 사용성 (Usability)을 중요한 연구 주제로 인식하여 왔다. 그러나 연구의 범위를 사용성에 한정하는 것은 HCI 분야의 잠재성을 좁히고, 사용자 경험 (User Experience)의 개념도 좁은 범위로 한정시키게 된다. 따라서 향후 HCI 분야의 연구는 정보 기술의 사용성 측면의 뿐만 아니라, 정보 기술의 사용을 통한 다양한 사용자 경험을 구조적인 관점에서 살펴보아야 한다. 즉 사용성 중심의 연구가 아닌, 보다 전반적이고 구조적인 측면에서 사용자 경험을 살펴보는 새로운 방향의 HCI 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다. 이와 같이 사용자 경험을 보다 전반적이고 구조적인 측정에서 이해하기 위해서는 사용자가 특정 정보 기술의 사용을 통해 추구하는 가치 (Value)와 그와 같은 가치를 실현 시킬 수 있는 정보 기술의 속성 (Attribute) 및 결과 (Consequence), 그리고 속성, 결과, 가치 간 연관 관계를 구조적인 측면에서 살펴보아야 한다. 본 연구는 사용자 가치에 대한 대표적인 이론인 Means-End Chain Theory와 속성, 결과, 가치 간 연관 관계를 파악하기 위한 정성적 연구 방법론인 Laddering 기법을 기반으로 사용자 경험 구조 파악 및 가치 중심적 HCI (Value-Centered HCI)를 위한 새로운 연구 방법론을 제안하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구에서는 새롭게 제안된 방법론을 통해 모바일 인터넷 서비스에 대한 사용자 경험 구조를 도출하고, 모바일 인터넷 상황에서 도출된 결과 및 본 연구에서 새롭게 제안된 방법론의 이론적이고 실용적인 의의를 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the differential influences of cash dividends and stock dividends on the firm valuation. Cash dividends are firm's cash outflows but stock dividends are not. If individual investors recognize that dividend revenues are taxed. they will value paid-in capital and retained earnings differently. The results from testing the hypotheses indicate that individual investors value cash dividends after dividend taxes but do not value stock dividends after dividend taxes. This suggests that non-taxing of capital gains provides tax shelters to individual investors and investors prefer retained earnings to be converted as paid-in capital rather than 0 be paid as cash dividends.

According to increasing the benefits from public libraries, there are many studies for measuring the library value. This study presents a methodology for measuring use value of the public library in terms of time value, surplus value of alternative service, value of library service, and overall value of library. The cost-benefit ratio of the time value compared to library's annual budget is 11:1, and the cost-benefit ratio of the overall library value was measured by user's WTP is 0.3:1. This study proposed the method for measuring use value of the public library according to the process, the results of these measurments for each value and the factors affecting the values.

This study is to develope a user-based economic valuation methodology and model for the economic analysis on the DDS of foreign journals. For this study, the sampling data on the annual subscribed journals by K institution was used and the online questionnaire was used to collect data. There are three aspects of the economic value of DDS journals was classified as use value, non-use value, and expectancy value. We suggested the income and market approach to measure its economic use value. To estimate the its value by individual users, this study applied a contingent valuation method and designed the imaginary scenarios.

본 논문은 정보자산의 가치측정 방법론을 수립에 필요한 정보자산프로파일의 개요를 살펴보고, 정보 자산프로파일 개발절차 및 현존하는 위험평가 방법론과의 관계를 소개하며, 금융공학기법을 이용하여 정보자산의 가치 측정을 위해 제안된 메타 모델을 활용하여 실제 적용방안에 대해 알아본다.

This study examined the impact of smart factory's quality factors on the intention to accept Advance Smart Factory(ASF) by mediating Perceived Value(PV) and Smart Factor Performance(SFP) of domestic SMEs that had introduced smart factor. As a result, First, Information Quality(IQ) and Service Quality(SQ) had a significant positive impact on Perceived Value(PV). Second, System Quality(SysQ), IQ, and SQ had a significant positive impact on SFP. Third, PV had a significant positive impact on intention to ASF, and PV and SFP had a significant positive impact on the intention to accept ASP. Also, PV had a mediating effect between SysQ, IS and Perfromance, and PV and Performance had a moderation between SQ and ASF. These results could provide one implication to SMEs that are taking into account to improve their smart factor to be advanced.

경로 계획은 에이전트가 로봇이 특정 목적지에 도착할 수 있도록 에이전트가 수집한 정보를 바탕으로 경로를 설정하는 작업을 뜻한다. 부분 관측만 가능한 맵인 경우 에이전트 이동마다 새로 수집되는 정보들을 바탕으로 마르코프 의사결정 과정을 사용한 가치 반복 알고리즘이 널리 사용되지만, 제안된 가치 반복 알고리즘 사용 시 매 행동마다 모든 공간의 최적 경로를 계산하기 때문에 시간이 오래 걸리는 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 에이전트가 한 번에 탐색하는 범위가 제한되어 있다는 점에 착안하여 탐색 반경 내에 속하는 공간의 가치 함수 값을 미리 추정하여 효율적으로 최적의 경로를 추정하는 가치 반복 알고리즘을 제안한다.
